Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dry quenching furnaces, in particular to a protection structure of a chute bracket of a dry quenching furnace.
Background
The coke dry quenching refers to a coke quenching method for cooling red coke by adopting inert gas. During the coke dry quenching process, red coke is loaded from the top of the coke dry quenching furnace, low-temperature inert gas is blown into a red coke layer of a coke dry quenching cooling chamber by a circulating fan, and after the sensible heat of the red coke is absorbed, the red coke passes through a chute and an annular air duct and is transferred to a boiler area to generate steam.
The dry quenching furnace is divided into a pre-storage area, an annular air duct area, a chute area and a cooling area from top to bottom, the chute area plays a role in bearing the weight of an annular wall in the annular air duct area in the middle of the dry quenching furnace, and the bracket is an important component of the chute area. The dry quenching furnace is not only stressed by the upper masonry, but also scoured by circulating gas and coke powder, and the temperature fluctuation is frequent, so that the refractory bricks at the bracket part can frequently fall off due to damage and fracture, and the bracket part can even collapse to cause the shutdown of the dry quenching furnace in severe cases. Currently, minor and intermediate repairs of the dry quenching furnace are mainly performed around the bracket of the chute area. By changing the material of the bracket brick and improving the structures of the annular air duct area and the inclined duct area, the service life of the bracket is prolonged, and a large part of maintenance cost can be saved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a protection structure for a bracket of a chute of a dry quenching furnace, which can effectively protect the bracket of the chute, reduce the extrusion stress of coke and upper masonry to the bracket and prolong the service time of the bracket by improving the structure of the joint part of an annular air duct area and the chute area.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a protection structure for a bracket of a chute of a dry quenching furnace comprises a reducing section and a supporting section which are sequentially arranged between an annular air duct area and the chute area from top to bottom; the reducing section is of a conical structure with a large upper opening and a small lower opening, the inner diameter of the top of the reducing section is the same as that of the annular air duct area, the inner diameter of the bottom of the reducing section is the same as that of the supporting section, and the inner diameter of the supporting section is smaller than that of the annular air duct area and that of the top of the chute bracket.
The included angle between the inner surface of the reducing section and the center line of the dry quenching furnace is 15-30 degrees.
The inner diameter of the support section is (50-80) mm of the inner diameter of the bracket of the chute.
The reducing section and the supporting section are built by refractory bricks or precast blocks or cast by castable on site.
The inclined channel bracket is a single inclined channel bracket, a double inclined channel bracket or a multi-inclined channel bracket.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
through the structural improvement to the annular air duct area and the inclined flue area, the bracket of the inclined flue can be effectively protected, the extrusion stress of coke and upper masonry to the bracket is reduced, and the service time of the bracket is prolonged.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an annular air duct area and a chute area of a conventional dry quenching furnace.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a protection structure of a bracket of a chute of a dry quenching furnace.
In the figure: 1. annular air duct area 2, inclined way corbel 3, protection structure 31 of inclined way corbel, reducing section 32 and supporting section
Detailed Description
The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in figure 1, in the conventional dry quenching furnace, the transition section between the annular air duct area 1 and the inclined duct area is a straight section, the inner diameter of the annular air duct area 1 is equal to the inner diameter of the top of the inclined duct bracket 2, the contact area of coke in the dry quenching furnace and the inclined duct bracket 2 is large in the downward moving process, and the inclined duct bracket 2 is easily damaged under the action of long-time strong stress of the coke.
As shown in fig. 2, the protection structure 3 for the bracket of the chute of the dry quenching furnace comprises a reducing section 31 and a supporting section 32 which are sequentially arranged between an annular air duct area 1 and the chute area from top to bottom; the reducing section 31 is of a conical structure with a large upper opening and a small lower opening, the inner diameter of the top of the reducing section 31 is the same as the inner diameter of the annular air duct area 1, the inner diameter of the bottom of the reducing section 31 is the same as the inner diameter of the supporting section 32, and the inner diameter of the supporting section is smaller than the inner diameter of the annular air duct area 1 and the inner diameter of the top of the chute bracket 2.
The included angle between the inner surface of the reducing section 31 and the center line of the dry quenching furnace is 15-30 degrees.
The inner diameter of the support section 32 is (50-80) mm of the inner diameter of the bracket of the chute 2.
The reducing section 31 and the supporting section 32 are made of refractory bricks or precast blocks by masonry, or are cast in situ by casting materials.
The inclined channel bracket 2 is a single inclined channel bracket, a double inclined channel bracket or a multi-inclined channel bracket.
The inner diameter of the protection structure 3 of the bracket of the chute is smaller than the inner diameter of the top of the bracket 2 of the chute, coke falling from the upper part is guided by the reducing section to fall into the cooling area below, the contact extrusion and the friction stress of the falling coke and the bracket 2 of the chute are obviously reduced, the bracket is protected, and the service life of the bracket is prolonged.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
