The stirring fans 63 are uniformly distributed on the rotating shaft 62, preferably, spirally distributed on the rotating shaft 62, so that the diluted slurry and the organic dry powder in the tank 61 are more continuously and uniformly mixed under the driving of the rotating shaft 62.
More preferably, the stirring fan 63 is a flat plate structure, as shown in fig. 7, the edge of the stirring fan 63 is a tooth-shaped structure, and the solid agglomerated before and during mixing can be broken up while stirring, so that the diluted slurry and the organic dry powder are mixed more uniformly.
In a preferred embodiment, the stirring fan 63 is connected to the rotating shaft 62 through a connection post 631. Specifically, one end of the connecting post 631 is provided with a groove, and the stirring fan 63 is partially inserted into the groove; a through hole is formed in the rotary shaft 62, the other end of the connecting post 631 is inserted into the through hole, and the connecting position of the connecting post 631 and the stirring fan 63 and the connecting position of the connecting post 631 and the rotary shaft 62 are fixed by welding.
The inventor finds that the stirring fan 63 and the rotating shaft 62 are welded together directly, and because the contact area of the stirring fan and the rotating shaft 62 is small, the welding strength is insufficient, the conditions such as welding detachment and the like are easy to occur in the stirring process, the service life of the mixer 6 is influenced, the stirring fan 63 is fixed on the rotating shaft 62 shaft through the connecting column 631, the connecting strength is increased, and the mixer 6 can work stably for a long time.
In the present invention, the power source of the rotating shaft 62 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, an electric motor, an air motor, or the like.
According to the invention, the organic fertilizer can be obtained after 5-15 hours after the materials mixed by the mixer 6 are stacked and solidified.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device for producing organic fertilizer further comprises a dry powder bin 64, organic dry powder is stored in the dry powder bin 64, the dry powder bin 64 is connected with the mixer 6 through a shaftless spiral pipe 65, and more preferably, the shaftless spiral pipe 65 is a shaftless spiral pipe with variable frequency and adjustable speed, so that the automatic control of the dry powder input amount is realized.

Example 1
A equipment for producing fertilizer includes meal kitchen processing portion and livestock and poultry excrement and urine processing portion, meal kitchen processing portion includes feed bin pulper 1, preparator 2, three-phase separator 3, livestock and poultry excrement and urine processing portion is including diluting pulper 5 and blendor 6, feed bin pulper 1 is connected with preparator 2 through first transfer passage 21, preparator 2 is connected with three-phase separator 3 through second transfer passage 22, preparator 2 is connected with dilution pulper 5 through organic matter transfer passage 23, three-phase separator 3 is connected with dilution pulper 5 through organic matter transfer passage 23 and waste water transmission passage 31, dilution pulper 5 is connected with blendor 6 through thick liquids discharge pipe 53.
Wherein, a stirring cutting mechanism 11, a cutting mechanism 12 and a filtering mechanism 13 are arranged in the stock bin pulping machine 1, the rotating speed of the stirring mechanism 11 is 380rpm, the diameter of a screen mesh of the filtering mechanism 13 is 7 mm, and the stirring time is 8 minutes;
the diameter of a rotary drum of the three-phase separator 3 is 400mm, the rotating speed of the rotary drum is 3800r/min, and the length-diameter ratio of the rotary drum is 1: 4.5. the stirring column 52 of the dilution pulper 5 having a volume of 30m3 was rotated at 380 revolutions for 15 minutes.
And stacking and solidifying the mixed materials in the mixer 6 for 10 hours to obtain the organic fertilizer.
The total occupied area of the equipment is 6 square meters, the daily treatment capacity is 300 tons, the common time from treatment to organic fertilizer obtaining of the kitchen waste and the livestock manure waste is not more than 20 hours, the treatment time is far shorter than that of other treatment equipment, the equipment occupied area and the treatment time are better than those of conventional equipment under the condition of the same daily treatment capacity, and the problem that urine after solid-liquid separation of the kitchen waste wastewater and the livestock manure is difficult to treat is solved.
The produced organic fertilizer is detected according to agricultural industry standard NY 525-.

The produced organic fertilizer meets the agricultural standard, has higher organic matter content and good fertility effect.

the dilution pulping machine (5) is used for adding acid into the treatment product treated by the kitchen treatment part and the livestock and poultry manure for dilution reaction,
and the mixer (6) is provided with a stirring and mixing mechanism and is used for mixing the slurry after the dilution reaction with the organic dry powder.

the bin pulper (1) is connected with the fine separator (2) through a first conveying channel (21);
the fine separator (2) is connected with the three-phase separator (3) through a second conveying channel (22);
the fine separator (2) is connected with the dilution pulping machine (5) through an organic matter conveying channel (23);
the three-phase separator (3) is connected with the dilution pulping machine (5) through a machine conveying channel (23);
the dilution pulping machine (5) is connected with the mixer (6) through a slurry discharge pipe (53);
preferably, the three-phase separator (3) is also connected to the dilution pulper (5) via a waste water transfer channel (31).
