The working principle of the invention is as follows: the sewage sludge to be treated is placed into the first treatment box 1 through the feed inlet 2, the first motor 10 is started to drive the second gear 9 to rotate, so that the first rotating shaft 7 on the first gear 8 is driven to rotate, the first rotating shaft 7 drives the first cam 6 to rotate, under the eccentric action of the first cam 6, the crushing toothed plate 3 on the connecting rod 4 is driven to perform reciprocating crushing operation under the elastic action of the first spring 5, the crushed sludge continues to be crushed on the crushing roller 17 under the action of the inverted V-shaped buffer plate, the crushing effect is remarkable, the second gear 9 simultaneously drives the first worm 12 on the third gear 11 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 14 on the first worm wheel 13 is driven to rotate under the gear connection relationship, so that the rotation of the magnet 16 on the third rotating shaft 15 is realized to adsorb magnetic metal scrap iron in the sludge, and the second cam 22 on the first stirring shaft 23 rotates, the guide seat 20 is driven to compress the second spring 21 to realize the reciprocating vibration of the first filter screen 18, so that garbage is retained on the first filter screen 18, the first filter screen 18 is convenient to disassemble and can collect the garbage, sludge and water fall into the lower second filter screen 27 in a dispersing manner under the action of the stirring blades on the first stirring shaft 23 to filter the water, a flocculating agent is added from the liquid adding pipe 26 to facilitate the water to be clearer, meanwhile, the third motor 36 periodically operates to drive the screw 29 to rotate, so that the moving block 30 drives the rotating gear 31 to be connected to the rack 32 under the threaded connection relationship of the screw 29, the stirring blades on the U-shaped stirring rod 33 are continuously rotated, the mixing effect of impurities and the flocculating agent in the water is better, the water is adsorbed and sterilized through the sterilizing odor removing and inhibiting layer 34 and the purifying and sterilizing layer 35 to be discharged from the water outlet pipe on the first treatment tank 1, the energy is saved and the environment is protected, the second motor 25 is operated to drive the conveying blades on the first conveying shaft 24 to place sludge and the like into the second treatment box 37, the electric heating wire 46 is used for heating, the fourth motor 38 is used for driving the second worm 39 to rotate, so that the second stirring shaft 41 on the second worm gear 40 is driven to rotate, the crushing cutter on the second stirring shaft 41 is used for crushing the entering sludge, in addition, the fourth rotating shaft 42 is driven to rotate under the action of the synchronous belt, the blowing fan blades 45 are driven to rotate under the connection relation of the bevel gear pair 43 to generate wind blowing to the electric heating wire 46, the drying operation is carried out on the entering sludge, meanwhile, the second worm 39 is used for driving the conveying blades on the second conveying shaft 47 to rotate under the action of the synchronous belt for conveying, the dried and crushed sludge is conveniently conveyed out, the reutilization of resources is realized, and the energy is saved and the environment is protected.
It should be particularly noted that, the components in the present application are all general standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the design of the crushing toothed plate 3, the reciprocating driving assembly, the first rotary driving assembly, the crushing roller 17, the second rotary driving assembly, the vibrating screen assembly, the material conveying assembly, the reciprocating stirring assembly, the drying assembly and the third rotary driving assembly is applied to a sewage and sludge separation treatment apparatus in combination, which is an innovative point of the present application, and effectively solves the problem of poor separation treatment effect of the existing sewage and sludge treatment apparatus.
