本发明公开了一种极地海水淡化方法,包括以下步骤:取极地海水,通过管道依次经过多介质过滤器1、第一保安过滤器2、第二保安过滤器3、第一反渗透器4和第二反渗透器5过滤,得到产水;极地海水通往多介质过滤器的管道的外表面设置有电加热器。本发明的方法所用系统占地空间小、重量轻、安装快速、操作简单等诸多优点,产水水质可达到饮用水标准。本发明的方法所用的系统能够连续运行且维护便捷,本发明可以用于极地及极端环境海水淡化。

一种极地海水淡化方法
技术领域
本发明属于海水淡化技术领域,特别涉及一种适用极地的海水淡化方法。
背景技术
随着淡水资源的日益短缺,海水淡化作为水资源的增量、开源和替代技术,是保证国家水资源安全、促进水资源可持续利用的重要手段,受到了广泛关注。海水淡化即利用海水脱盐生产淡水,不受时空和气候影响,可以保障沿海城市、海岛地区稳定供水。随着极地科研工作的推进,亟需适应于极地海水淡化方法,考虑到极地环境气候等特殊因素,现有的海水淡化系统、装备及工艺很难用于极地海水淡化生产稳定供应淡水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,针对极地海水淡化面临的问题,提供一种能够稳定运行并提供可靠供水的极地海水淡化方法。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种极地海水淡化方法,包括以下步骤:
取极地海水,通过管道依次经过多介质过滤器1、第一保安过滤器2、第二保安过滤器3、第一反渗透器4和第二反渗透器5过滤,得到产水;
极地海水通往多介质过滤器的管道的外表面设置有电加热器。
多介质过滤器中的滤料为石英砂、无烟煤、活性炭、磁铁矿、石榴石、多孔陶瓷和塑料球中的至少两种。
优选地,多介质过滤器中的滤料为质量比1:1:1的石英砂、磁铁矿和无烟煤,并自上而下依次设置。
有益效果:
1、本发明的方法所用系统占地空间小、重量轻、安装快速、操作简单等诸多优点,产水水质可达到饮用水标准。
2、本发明的方法所用的系统能够连续运行且维护便捷,本发明可以用于极地及极端环境海水淡化。

具体实施方式
第一保安过滤器和第二保安过滤器为市售。
第一反渗透器和第二反渗透器为本领域常用的反渗透器。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
一种极地海水淡化方法,包括以下步骤:
取极地海水,通过管道依次经过多介质过滤器1、第一保安过滤器2、第二保安过滤器3的过滤、第一反渗透器4和第二反渗透器5过滤,得到产水,见图1;
极地海水通往多介质过滤器的管道的外表面设置有电加热器。
多介质过滤器中的滤料为质量比1:1:1的石英砂、磁铁矿和无烟煤,并自上而下依次设置。
多介质过滤器中的滤料还可以为石英砂、无烟煤、活性炭、磁铁矿、石榴石、多孔陶瓷和塑料球中的至少两种。
第一反渗透器和第二反渗透器配备淡水冲洗和化学清洗装置,以对这两个反渗透器短期、长期停机时的保护和反渗透膜的维护。
电加热器优选电磁加热器。
产水达到饮用水标准,可供应饮用。
极地海水的取用为直接取水,极地海水通往多介质过滤器的管道的外表面设置有电加热器,以克服极地低温。

1.一种极地海水淡化方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
取极地海水,通过管道依次经过多介质过滤器(1)、第一保安过滤器(2)、第二保安过滤器(3)、第一反渗透器(4)和第二反渗透器(5)过滤,得到产水;
极地海水通往多介质过滤器的管道的外表面设置有电加热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是所述多介质过滤器中的滤料为石英砂、无烟煤、活性炭、磁铁矿、石榴石、多孔陶瓷和塑料球中的至少两种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所述多介质过滤器中的滤料为质量比1:1:1的石英砂、磁铁矿和无烟煤,并自上而下依次设置。
