The property, maintenance company and even government supervision department can check the running state, maintenance information, fault information and the like of the elevator through the cloud monitoring system, so that the safety performance of the brand elevator and the working efficiency of the maintenance company can be known, the government department can conveniently master the elevator market, a corresponding safety guarantee system is made, and the safe running of the elevator is promoted; the property and maintenance company can monitor elevator information in real time, know elevator operation data and maintenance records, realize visual tracking of the full life cycle information of the elevator, and the fault statistics function and the timing maintenance function of the property and maintenance company are greatly convenient for the maintenance company to manage and maintain the elevator.
The five-party intercom module 9 is arranged, and conversation among the elevator car, the elevator machine room, the elevator top, the elevator bottom and the cloud information management platform 6 can be achieved.
