the packing box comprises a box shell component (11), the packing box shell component (11) comprises a packing box shell (1101), a waterproof layer (1102) and a fireproof layer (1103), the waterproof layer (1102) and the fireproof layer (1103) are arranged in the packing box shell (1101), the waterproof layer (1102) is located on one side of the fireproof layer (1103), the packing box shell component (11) is used for storing the silk cakes, and a base (12) is bonded to the lower side inside the packing box shell component (11);
a layer of foam board (3) is placed on the base (12), a plurality of layers of packaging partition boards (2) are stacked on the foam board (3) placed on the base, and a layer of foam board (3) is placed on the topmost packaging partition board (2);
the packaging clapboard (2) comprises a lower clapboard (21), a supporting column (25) and a groove (28);
an upper partition plate (22) is arranged above the lower partition plate (21), placing grooves (23) are formed in the upper surface of the lower partition plate (21) and the lower surface of the lower partition plate (21), spinning cakes (24) are placed between the lower partition plate (21) and the upper partition plate (22), the upper ends and the lower ends of the spinning cakes (24) are placed inside the placing grooves (23) in the lower partition plate (21) and the upper partition plate (22) respectively, fixing columns (212) are fixed inside the placing grooves (23) in the upper partition plate (22), and the fixing columns (212) extend into the spinning cakes (24);
the upper ends of the supporting columns (25) are welded to the bottom of the upper partition plate (22), the lower ends of the supporting columns (25) are attached to the upper surface of the lower partition plate (21), connecting columns (26) are welded and fixed to four corners of the bottom of the upper partition plate (22), a screw rod (27) is in threaded connection with the inside of each connecting column (26), and the screw rod (27) penetrates through the upper partition plate (22) and the connecting columns (26) to be in threaded connection with the lower partition plate (21);
the groove (28) is formed in the upper surface of the lower partition plate (21), a bolt (29) is connected to the inner portion of the groove (28) in a sliding mode, a compression spring (210) is installed between the outer side of the bolt (29) and the groove (28), and a screw hole (211) is formed in the upper surface of the upper partition plate (22);
the foam plate (3) comprises a main body structure (31) and a moisture-proof mechanism (38), the main body structure (31) comprises a first packaging plate (32) and a second packaging plate (33), the first packaging plate (32) is arranged above the second packaging plate (33), upper clamping pieces (35) and lower clamping pieces (36) are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the first packaging plate (32) and the second packaging plate (33), and the upper clamping pieces (35) and the lower clamping pieces (36) are respectively connected with the upper end and the lower end of the spinning cake (24); dampproofing mechanism (38), the bottom and second package board (33) fixed connection of dampproofing mechanism (38), and dampproofing mechanism (38) include drying cabinet (39), exhaust hole (310) and drier (311), be provided with drier (311) in drying cabinet (39), and the even exhaust hole (310) of having seted up in the left and right sides of drying cabinet (39).

A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the distance between the uppermost end of the lower partition plate (21) and the lowermost end of the upper partition plate (22) is smaller than the height of the spinning cakes (24), and the distance between the lowermost end of the placing groove (23) on the lower partition plate (21) and the uppermost end of the placing groove (23) on the upper partition plate (22) is larger than the height of the spinning cakes (24).
4. A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the central line of the placing groove (23) on the upper clapboard (22) and the central line of the corresponding placing groove (23) on the lower clapboard (21) are positioned on the same vertical line.
5. A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the supporting columns (25) and the spinning cakes (24) are arranged in a staggered mode.
6. A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lowest end of the connecting column (26) and the lowest end of the supporting column (25) are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
7. A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lowest end of the bolt (29) and the lowest end of the lower partition plate (21) are located on the same horizontal plane, the uppermost end of the bolt (29) and the uppermost end of the lower partition plate (21) are located on the same horizontal plane, and meanwhile the center line of the bolt (29) and the center line of the corresponding screw hole (211) are located on the same vertical line.

A packing device for spinning cake transport as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the outer surfaces of the first packing plate (32) and the second packing plate (33) are provided with wear-resistant layers (34); all be provided with limiting plate (37) on first packing plate (32) and second packing plate (33), and limiting plate (37) set up in the outside of spinning cake (24).
