Referring to fig. 6, the steps of packaging the air conditioner indoor unit 40 using the above-described embodiment include:
s601: the second module 120 is connected to the third module 210. The second module 120 is formed by injection molding. The second module 120 and the third module 210 can be connected by pasting or nailing
S602: the indoor unit 40 of the air conditioner is placed in the receiving chamber 130.
S603: the first module 110 and the second module 120 are spliced into the first package module 100.
S604: the accessory case 50 of the indoor unit 40 is placed in the accessory chamber 410.
S605: the second packing module 200 is wrapped around the outside of the first packing module 100. The second packaging module 200 is fixed with the adhesive tape 30 and the packing belt 20 at the outer side, so that the packaging effect of the packaging structure 10 is improved.
S606: the air-tightness of the indoor pipeline of the air conditioner 40 is detected by the detecting part of the detecting device through the second leakage detecting hole 320 and the first leakage detecting hole 310 in sequence.
In some embodiments, when the detection device is required to detect the air tightness of the indoor unit 40 pipeline, the sealing member disposed at the hole of the second leakage detecting hole 320 is removed, the detection head of the refrigerant detector sequentially passes through the second leakage detecting hole 320 and the first leakage detecting hole 310 and extends into the accommodating cavity 130, the detection head is used to detect the concentration of the refrigerant in the accommodating cavity 130, when the concentration of the refrigerant in the accommodating cavity 130 is higher than a preset value, the refrigerant in the indoor unit 40 pipeline of the air conditioner is indicated to leak, and the indoor unit 40 of the air conditioner is repaired. When the detection of the detection device is finished, the second leak detection hole 320 is sealed by the sealing element. Therefore, the tightness of the receiving chamber 130 is important for the accuracy of detecting the air tightness of the indoor unit 40.
To ensure the tightness of the accommodating cavity 130, on one hand: the depth of the avoiding groove 121 towards the inner wall of the side flanging 211 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the side flanging 211, so that the opening of the fourth module 220 is sleeved outside the third module 210 beyond the free end of the side flanging 211, the side flanging 211 is prevented from protruding out of the second module 120, and the packaging effect is enhanced; moreover, the fourth module 220 can be tightly attached to the outer side of the first packaging module 100, so that the tightness of the accommodating cavity 130 is ensured, and the accuracy of the air-tightness of the pipeline of the indoor unit 40 is improved.
Alternatively, the accessory chamber 410 may not communicate with the receiving chamber 130. If the accessory chamber 410 is communicated with the accommodating chamber 130, the opening at the communication position can be blocked by the accessory box 50, so that the tightness of the accommodating chamber 130 is ensured, and the accuracy of the air-tightness of the pipeline of the indoor unit 40 is improved.
