When the antibacterial agent layer 3 is provided on the middle area and the entire area of the inner surface of the airbag cover 1, the cover tear line 5 is not covered by the antibacterial agent layer 3, and the cover tear line 5 needs to be avoided; or the antibacterial agent layer 3 is provided with a weakening line which is superposed with the position of the cover cap tearing line 5, and the thickness of the antibacterial agent layer 3 at the weakening line is thinner, so that the airbag cover cap 1 can be normally torn along the cover cap tearing line 5 when the airbag is detonated, and the airbag is ejected after being inflated. In the present embodiment, the antibacterial agent layer 3 is adhered to the inner surface of the airbag cover 1 by gluing, and the antibacterial agent layer 3 is a soft material rich in inorganic antibacterial agents, such as but not limited to antibacterial cloth rich in inorganic silver ions. By providing the antibacterial agent layer 3 on the inner surface of the airbag cover 1 and perforating the corresponding area of the surface of the airbag cover 1, the antibacterial agent can be diffused to the surface of the airbag cover 1 through the through-holes 8.
