The adhesive bonding of physical bonding or chemical reaction is beneficial to rapid permeation, air exhaust, bonding, consolidation and the like of glue, and provides higher stripping force. When the penetration depth of glue and the like is shallow and the gluing amount is small, large-area peeling is not easy to occur, the air exhaust is facilitated, and the problems of bulging and the like are not easy to occur.
The adhesive medium layer 3 is preferably a hot-rolled non-woven fabric or a spunlace non-woven fabric with the surface density of 60 gsm. The shape of the rolling points of the hot-rolled non-woven fabric is diamond, square or oval, the preferred area proportion of the rolling points is 40%, the shortest distance between adjacent rolling points is 3.0mm, and the depth of the rolling points is 0.1 mm. This range can provide a higher peel strength in both directions of the final article. The spunlace non-woven fabric is preferably a two-way cross non-woven fabric, the difference between the radial and latitudinal mechanical strength, the shrinkage rate and the like is small, and the prepared composite material plate is flat and is not easy to warp.
