Description

Thermoplastic composite material interior trimming panel for motor home and processing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite material plates, in particular to a thermoplastic composite material interior trimming plate for a motor home and a processing method thereof.
Background

Moreover, the interior trim panel is used as a main body material of the limo, if the specific strength is lower, the interior trim panel can occupy the use space of the limo, the oil consumption is increased, and the endurance mileage is shorter. Therefore, the development of a low-odor, environment-friendly and lightweight interior panel is a problem which needs to be solved at present.
Patent publication No. CN 2086998125U discloses an oil paint-free light high-strength flame-retardant type interior wall panel for motor homes, which is formed by compounding an upper surface layer consisting of a PET hot-rolled non-woven fabric, a flame-retardant continuous fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material reinforced reinforcing layer, a lower surface layer of a PET needle-punched non-woven fabric and a flame-retardant PP core plate through hot pressing. The interior wallboard has the characteristics of flame retardance, light weight, high strength and the like, and simultaneously avoids environmental pollution caused by using oil paint. But the whole structure is asymmetric, so the device is easy to warp and inconvenient to install and use; and the PET acupuncture non-woven fabrics is as the internal surface of side wall board, easily produces the scraping balling-up, stains, breeds the bacterium scheduling problem.
