Referring to fig. 9 and 11, in the first embodiment, when the sliding base 7 slides relative to the mounting base 4, the rail 730 and the positioning boss 63 move relative to each other and form a linear moving track L1 and a heart-shaped moving track L2 connected to the linear moving track L1, the linear moving track L1 is close to the position-limiting rail portion 74, the heart-shaped moving track L2 is disposed in a side-tilted shape and is divided into a left heart segment L21 and a right heart segment L22, the arc length of the right heart segment L22 is smaller than that of the left heart segment L21, so as to ensure that the positioning boss 63 can only enter the heart-shaped moving track L2 from the left heart segment L21 in a single direction and move out from the right heart segment L22, but in other variations, the arc length of the right heart segment L22 can also be greater than or equal to the left heart segment L21 as long as the C of the positioning boss 63 is deviated from the center point or the center point of the left heart segment L22, the positioning convex column 63 can be controlled to enter the heart-shaped moving track L2 from the left side or the right side, and the limiting effect of unidirectional entering is also achieved. Meanwhile, by accommodating the limit rail part 74 in the guide slot 411, the sliding seat 7 does not swing left and right when sliding relative to the mounting seat 4, and the matching precision of the positioning convex column 63 and the rail 730 can be improved to reduce false operation.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, the sliding seat 7 is slidable relative to the mounting seat 4 along the length direction L and is movable between a storage position (see fig. 9) and a taking position (see fig. 11), in the storage position, the needle storage space 70 (see fig. 8) of the sliding seat 7 is located in the accommodating chamber 40 of the mounting seat 4, the positioning protrusion 63 is located on the heart-shaped moving track L2 and abuts against the parking recess 733, and at this time, as shown in fig. 10, a position of the offset point 736 projected in the width direction W is located between the center point C and the first tangent point T1. As shown in fig. 11, in the taking position, the sliding seat 7 is pushed elastically and the pressing end 711 extends out of the box opening 401 (see fig. 7), and at this time, the positioning boss 63 is adjacent to the eccentric point 735, and the position of the eccentric point 735 projected in the width direction W is located between the center point C and the second tangent point T2.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, when the slide seat 7 is located at the storage position, at the moment when the pressing end 711 of the slide seat 7 is pressed by a finger, the positioning boss 63 moves out of the parking recess 733 and hits the biased contact point 736, and then the finger is released, the slide seat 7 is pushed by the elastic member 5 (see fig. 8), and the free end 62 of the pivot rod 6 and the rail 730 of the slide seat 7 move simultaneously, and the positioning boss 63 moves along the right segment L22 and passes through the first contact point 737 to move continuously along the right segment L22 to the linear moving track L1 to reach the access position, at which time, the user can pull the slide seat 7 outwards to a position where the spare staple is convenient to be taken out.
Referring to fig. 9 and 11, when the slide seat 7 is located at the taking position, the slide seat 7 is pressed to the bottom by a finger, so that the positioning boss 63 moves along the linear moving track L1 and hits the eccentric point 735, and moves along the left center segment L21 and stays in the parking recess 733, i.e., reaches the storage position. By the position arrangement of the offset contact point 736, the eccentric point 735 and the center point C of the positioning boss 63, and the first tangent point T1 and the second tangent point T2, and by the eccentric impact of the positioning boss 63 and the rail 730, the sliding seat 7 can move along the linear movement track L1 and the heart-shaped movement track L2, and can be switched between the storage position and the access position.
Referring to fig. 12, when the above-mentioned positional arrangement relationship is changed and the sliding seat 7 slides relative to the mounting seat 4, the rail 730 and the positioning boss 63 move relatively only along the center-type moving track L2, and the positioning boss 63 abuts against the eccentric point 735 at the taking position, that is, the sliding seat 7 can be smoothly switched between the storage position and the taking position as long as the position of the eccentric point 735 of the slot rail portion 73 projected in the width direction W is located between the center point C and the second tangent point T2.
Referring to fig. 13, a second embodiment of the stapler with a spare magazine of the present invention, similar to the first embodiment, differs in that:
the spare needle magazine 300 is pressably received in the second seat 12, whereby the second embodiment has the same function as the first embodiment in storing the spare staples.
Referring to fig. 14, in a variation of the second embodiment, the stapler with the spare staple magazine includes two spare staple magazines 300, which are respectively mounted on the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, so as to store more spare staples.
In summary, the spare magazine 300 of the present invention can store the spare staples, and when the staple for binding is used up, the spare magazine 300 can be pressed to eject the slide base 7 and be drawn to a position where the spare staples can be easily taken out.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
