Background
At present, in the process of building large, medium and small ships, at the building berth stage, the stern tube and the bearing are very heavy, the bearings are mostly in interference fit with the holes, the bearings are guaranteed to be correctly pressed and installed in place through a professional pressing sleeve tool, meanwhile, the process requirements are met by measuring the gap between the shaft and the bearings, the cleanliness of the shaft holes, the oil cleanliness, the shafting load and the like at the later stage, and the ships can sail smoothly. The replacement of the bearings is also a difficult point during the construction process or long-term operation of the ship, and the bearings need professional devices for disassembling the bearings. Because the types and the sizes of various ship bearings are not consistent, the ship bearings are not provided with matched professional devices. Some factories adopt a special tool to fix the magnetic drill, mill grooves through a garbage groove of the bearing, mill off two sides of the bearing, and then remove the bearing, and other factories use a gouging mode to destructively remove the bearing. The integrity of the bearing cannot be ensured by the method, and the surface of a screw shaft hole can be abraded; therefore, various dismounting devices are developed for the problems, but the position of the limiting structure cannot be adjusted according to the size of the openings at the two ends of the bearing by the conventional dismounting device, so that the dismounting device can only be used in a matched manner, the use range is limited, and the use is very inflexible.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention solves the problems that: provides a stern tube bearing dismounting device which can adjust the position of a limit abutting structure according to the size of openings at two ends of a bearing.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a stern tube bearing dismounting device comprises a stern tube, a bearing, a butt joint column and a sliding limiting assembly; the bearing is arranged in the middle of the inside of the stern tube; the bearing is hollow inside and is open at two ends; two ends of the bearing are respectively connected with a butt column in a penetrating way; the docking posts are connected end-to-end intermediate the interior of the bearing; the butt-joint columns are respectively provided with a sliding limiting component; the sliding limiting assembly comprises a driving screw, a sliding threaded cylinder, a connecting short rod, a limiting abutting wedge block, a limiting plate and a clamping rod; a driving screw is rotatably clamped and installed in the butt joint column; the outer end of the driving screw rod extends to the outer end of the butt column and is positioned outside the stern tube; a sliding cavity is arranged inside the butt-joint column; the upper side and the lower side of the sliding cavity are respectively provided with a sliding opening; the sliding threaded cylinder is transversely installed in the sliding cavity in a sliding mode and is in threaded sleeve joint with the driving screw; the upper side and the lower side of the sliding threaded cylinder are respectively provided with a connecting short rod; the outer ends of the connecting short rods respectively penetrate through the sliding openings and extend to the outer sides of the butting columns; the outer ends of the connecting short rods are respectively provided with a limiting and abutting wedge-shaped block; the inner side of the limiting abutting wedge block is provided with an abutting inclined plane; the abutting inclined planes of the limiting abutting wedge blocks are respectively abutted against the upper side and the lower side of the opening at the end part of the bearing; a limiting plate is connected and mounted on the outer side of the limiting abutting wedge block; the inner sides of the outer ends of the limiting plates are respectively and vertically provided with a clamping and connecting rod; the inner end of the clamping rod is slidably clamped on the outer side surface of the butt-joint column; the drive screw rotates to drive the sliding thread cylinder to move towards the inside of the sliding cavity, and the sliding thread cylinder drives the abutting inclined plane of the limiting abutting wedge block to abut against the end opening of the bearing when moving towards the inside of the sliding cavity.
Further, an abutting rubber sheet is arranged on an abutting inclined plane on the inner side of the limiting abutting wedge block.
Furthermore, sliding clamping grooves are respectively formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the outer side face of the butt-joint column; the inner end of the clamping rod is slidably clamped on the sliding clamping groove of the butting column.
Furthermore, the inner end of the driving screw is provided with a rotary clamping tooth; a rotary clamping groove is formed in the butt-joint column; the driving screw is rotationally clamped on the rotary clamping groove in the butt joint column through the rotary clamping teeth at the inner end.
Furthermore, in the penetrating columns at the two ends of the bearing, the inner end of one penetrating column is provided with a thread head, the inner end of the other penetrating column is provided with a thread groove, and the two penetrating columns are in threaded rotary connection through the thread head and the thread groove.

According to the invention, the upper end and the lower end of the bearing are respectively abutted through the limiting abutting wedge block, and the abutting inclined planes of the limiting abutting wedge blocks are abutted against the upper side and the lower side of the end opening of the bearing, so that when the bearing with different opening diameters is disassembled, when the end opening of the bearing is larger, the sliding threaded cylinder is driven to move towards the inside of the sliding cavity through the rotation of the driving screw rod, and when the sliding threaded cylinder moves towards the inside of the sliding cavity, the abutting inclined planes of the limiting abutting wedge blocks are driven to move inwards and abut against the end opening of the bearing, thus forming a two-end clamping structure of the bearing; when the end opening of the bearing is small, the sliding threaded cylinder is driven to move towards the outside of the sliding cavity through rotation of the driving screw rod, the abutting inclined surface of the limiting abutting wedge-shaped block is driven to move outwards when the sliding threaded cylinder moves towards the outside of the sliding cavity, the proper position is abutted against the end opening of the bearing, a clamping structure at two ends of the bearing is formed, and the bearing is drawn out through traction of the driving screw rod.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a stern tube bearing dismounting device comprises a stern tube 1, a bearing 2, a docking post 4 and a sliding limiting assembly 3; the bearing 2 is arranged in the middle of the inside of the stern tube 1; the inside of the bearing 2 is hollow and is open at both ends 21; two ends of the bearing 2 are respectively connected with a butt-joint column 4 in a penetrating way; the docking posts 4 are connected end to end intermediate the interior of the bearing 2; the butt-jointed columns 4 are respectively provided with a sliding limiting component 3; the sliding limiting assembly 3 comprises a driving screw 31, a sliding threaded cylinder 33, a connecting short rod 34, a limiting abutting wedge block 32, a limiting plate 35 and a clamping rod 36; a driving screw 31 is rotatably clamped and installed in the butt joint column 4; the outer end of the drive screw 31 extends to the outer end of the docking post 4 and is located outside the stern tube 1; a sliding cavity 44 is arranged inside the butt column 4; the upper side and the lower side of the sliding cavity 44 are respectively provided with a sliding opening; the sliding threaded cylinder 33 is transversely installed in the sliding cavity 44 in a sliding mode and is sleeved on the driving screw rod 31 in a threaded mode; the upper side and the lower side of the sliding threaded cylinder 33 are respectively provided with a connecting short rod 34; the outer ends of the connecting short rods 34 respectively penetrate through the sliding openings and extend to the outer sides of the butting columns 4; the outer ends of the connecting short rods 34 are respectively provided with a limiting and abutting wedge-shaped block 32; the inner side of the limit abutting wedge block 32 is provided with an abutting inclined surface 321; the abutting inclined surfaces 321 of the limiting abutting wedge-shaped block 32 respectively abut against the upper side and the lower side of the end opening 21 of the bearing 2; a limiting plate 35 is connected and mounted on the outer side of the limiting abutting wedge block 32; the inner sides of the outer ends of the limiting plates 35 are respectively and vertically provided with a clamping rod 36; the inner end of the clamping rod 36 is slidably clamped on the outer side surface of the butt column 4; the driving screw 31 rotates to drive the sliding threaded cylinder 33 to move towards the inside of the sliding cavity 44, and when the sliding threaded cylinder 33 moves towards the inside of the sliding cavity 44, the abutting inclined surface 321 of the limiting abutting wedge block 32 is driven to abut against the end opening 21 of the bearing 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an abutting rubber sheet is further provided on an abutting inclined surface on the inner side of the limit abutting wedge block 32. Furthermore, the upper and lower parts of the outer side surface of the butt-joint column 4 are respectively provided with a sliding clamping groove 43; the inner end of the clamping rod 36 is slidably clamped on the sliding clamping groove 43 of the butt column 4. Further, the inner end of the driving screw 31 is provided with a rotary clamping tooth 311; a rotary clamping groove 45 is formed in the butt-joint column 4; the driving screw 31 is rotatably clamped in the rotary clamping groove 45 inside the butt column 4 through the rotary clamping tooth 311 at the inner end. Further, in the penetrating columns 4 at the two ends of the bearing 2, the inner end of one penetrating column 4 is provided with a thread head 42, the inner end of the other penetrating column 4 is provided with a thread groove 41, and the two penetrating columns 4 are in threaded rotary connection through the thread head 42 and the thread groove 41. Further, the outer end of the driving screw 31 is provided with a traction buckle body 5.
According to the invention, 32 are respectively abutted through the limiting and abutting wedge block at the upper and lower parts of the two ends of the bearing 2, the abutting inclined surfaces 321 of the limiting and abutting wedge block 32 are abutted against the upper and lower parts of the end opening 21 of the bearing 2, so that when the bearing 2 with different opening diameters is disassembled, when the end opening of the bearing 2 is larger, the sliding threaded cylinder 33 is driven to move towards the inside of the sliding cavity 44 through the rotation of the driving screw 31, and when the sliding threaded cylinder 33 moves towards the inside of the sliding cavity, the abutting inclined surfaces 321 of the limiting and abutting wedge block 32 are driven to move inwards and abut against the end opening 21 of the bearing 2, so that a clamping structure at the two ends of the bearing 2 is formed; when the end opening of the bearing 2 is small, the driving screw 31 rotates to drive the sliding threaded cylinder 33 to move towards the outside of the sliding cavity 44, the sliding threaded cylinder 33 drives the abutting inclined surface 321 of the limiting abutting wedge block 32 to move outwards when moving towards the outside of the sliding cavity 44, so that a proper position is abutted against the end opening 21 of the bearing 2, a clamping structure at two ends of the bearing 2 is formed, and the driving screw 31 is pulled out of the bearing 2.
