The invention discloses a guide sleeve for remanufacturing and repairing a five-axis boring machine, which comprises a columnar body, wherein an inner hole is formed in the center of the columnar body, an annular flange ring is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of one end of the columnar body, an annular step is formed between the annular flange ring and the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, an annular groove serving as an oil storage tank is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the middle part of the columnar body, and an oil hole communicated with the inner hole is formed in the oil storage tank; the body is matched with a bottom hole of a guide sleeve of the equipment clamp; after the body is arranged in the bottom hole of the guide sleeve, the annular step props against the end face of the bottom hole of the guide sleeve of the equipment clamp to play a role in limiting; the oil hole is convenient for inject lubricating oil, and the oil storage tank is as lubricating oil reservoir. firstly, when the coaxiality of the bottom hole of the guide sleeve of the clamp bracket meets the requirement, in order to reduce the fit clearance and improve the precision after assembly, the diameter size precision of the inner hole 1 of the guide sleeve is designed into two grades, namely the tolerance is 0.015 and 0.03, and the diameter size precision is selected according to the specific assembly condition;
secondly, when the coaxiality of the bottom hole of the guide sleeve of the clamp bracket can not meet the requirement, the diameter size of the inner hole 1 of the guide sleeve is determined to be phi 64.5+0.10, so that the guide sleeve hole can be finely bored to the matching size by adopting a machining center when the coaxiality of the bottom hole is not good.
Thirdly, the guide sleeve is pressed into a bottom hole of the guide sleeve of the clamp bracket, and the cutter bar is adopted to grind the inner hole 1 at a low rotating speed, so that a clearance of precise fit is finally achieved.
