Abstract
The invention relates to a casting method of a wear-resistant valve of a replaceable split type wear-resistant roller sleeve of a roller press. The method comprises the following steps: A. casting a common cast steel layer; B. polishing the outer cambered surface of the common cast steel layer to remove burrs; C. attaching the lost foam of the wear-resistant layer to the outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer, and brushing paint on the outer surface of the assembly; D. manufacturing a circular sand box by using a resin plate; E. placing a common cast steel layer and a lost foam in a sand box, wherein a pouring port of the sand box corresponds to the lost foam; F. arranging a medium-frequency heating coil, and sleeving the medium-frequency heating coil outside the sand box; G. heating the sand box by a medium-frequency heating coil, heating the common cast steel layer to over 900 ℃, and pouring alloy metal solution of the wear-resistant layer; H. and (3) founding, taking out the wear-resistant valve casting, performing stress relief heat treatment on the wear-resistant valve, and performing quenching and tempering heat treatment on the wear-resistant layer. The metal of the common cast steel layer is fused and cast with the metal of the wear-resistant layer in a critical state, the bonding strength of the common cast steel layer and the wear-resistant layer is high, the overall service life is prolonged, and the cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a roller press, in particular to a casting method of a wear-resistant valve of a replaceable split type wear-resistant roller sleeve of the roller press.
Background
The compression roller is the main part of roll squeezer, and the roller shell of compression roller is because of its direct contact material, causes wearing and tearing too fast, and the change degree of difficulty is big, and the change time is long, wastes time and energy. At present, the roller cover of the roller press has 3 forms:
1. the roller sleeve of the hard alloy cast nail has complex manufacturing process, expensive materials (3900 cast nails are needed), high cost, no replacement and difficult acceptance by medium and small enterprises;
2. the roller surface overlaying has the defects of material slipping, low efficiency and frequent repair welding influence on production;
the whole alloy-fitted roller sleeve is basically cast in an embedded mode due to large volume and heavy weight, is difficult to operate, has casting danger and low yield, and is difficult to replace after the roller sleeve is worn.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides a casting method of a wear-resistant segment of a replaceable segmented wear-resistant roll sleeve of a roll squeezer, which improves the bonding strength of a common cast steel layer and a wear-resistant layer and prolongs the service life of the roll sleeve.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
A. casting a common cast steel layer;
B. polishing the outer cambered surface of the common cast steel layer to remove burrs;
C. attaching the lost foam of the wear-resistant layer to the outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer, and brushing paint on the outer surface of the assembly;
D. manufacturing a circular sand box by using a resin plate;
E. placing a common cast steel layer and a lost foam in a sand box, wherein a pouring port of the sand box corresponds to the lost foam;
F. arranging a medium-frequency heating coil, and sleeving the medium-frequency heating coil outside the sand box;
G. heating the sand box by a medium-frequency heating coil, heating the common cast steel layer to over 900 ℃, and pouring alloy metal solution of the wear-resistant layer;
H. and (3) founding, taking out the wear-resistant valve casting, performing stress relief heat treatment on the wear-resistant valve, and performing quenching and tempering heat treatment on the wear-resistant layer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopting the technical scheme has the beneficial effects that:
the medium-frequency heating casting is adopted, the metal of the inner common cast steel layer is cast with the metal of the outer wear-resistant layer in a critical state, the bonding strength of the common cast steel layer and the wear-resistant layer is high, the ideal mechanical property is achieved after heat treatment, the wear-resistant layer is high in hardness and wear-resistant, the common cast steel layer has high toughness, the service life of the whole body is prolonged, the cost is reduced, the medium-frequency heating only generates high temperature on the common cast steel layer, and other materials such as a sand box are not affected.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the wear-resistant roller sleeve is composed of a bottom sleeve 2 and wear-resistant flaps 3, the bottom sleeve 2 is sleeved on a main shaft 1, the outer peripheral surface of the bottom sleeve 2 is in a regular hexagon shape, and the wear-resistant flaps 3 (shown in fig. 5) are arranged on the outer sides of each side of the bottom sleeve 2. The wear-resistant valve 3 is composed of a fan-shaped common cast steel layer 4 and a circular arc-shaped wear-resistant layer 5, the wear-resistant layer 5 is positioned on the outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer 4, and the bottom sleeve 2 and the six wear-resistant valves 3 form a cylinder shape.
A casting method of a wear-resistant segment of a replaceable segmented wear-resistant roll sleeve of a roll squeezer comprises the following steps:
A. casting of ordinary cast steel layers
Casting a common cast steel layer 4 by adopting a sand mold, wherein the material of the common cast steel layer 4 is low-carbon steel;
B. external arc surface of common cast steel layer is polished and burrs are removed
The outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer 4 is polished by an angle grinder and a grinding wheel, and burrs on the outer arc surface are removed;
C. attaching the lost foam of the wear-resistant layer 5 to the outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer 4, and brushing paint on the outer surface of the combined body (shown in figure 6);
D. a resin plate is used to make a round sand box 6 (shown in fig. 3 and 4), and the sand box 6 is filled with molding sand 7;
E. placing the combination of the common cast steel layer 4 and the evaporative pattern 5-1 in a sand box 6, wherein two combinations are symmetrically arranged in the sand box 6, and a pouring port 6-1 of the sand box 6 corresponds to the evaporative pattern 5-1;
F. arranging a medium-frequency heating coil 8, and sleeving the medium-frequency heating coil 8 outside the sand box 6;
G. the medium-frequency heating coil 8 heats the sand box 6, an irradiation type electronic induction thermometer is adopted to measure the temperature of the common cast steel layer 4, or an industrial electronic temperature measuring gun is adopted to measure the temperature of the indirect molding sand 7, the common cast steel layer 4 is heated to over 900 ℃, the outer-layer evanescent mode 5-1 disappears, the common cast steel layer 4 reaches a critical state, the alloy metal solution of the wear-resistant layer 5 is poured, and the wear-resistant layer 5 and the common cast steel layer 4 are cast together;
H. and (3) founding, taking out the wear-resistant valve 3 casting, annealing the wear-resistant valve 3, removing casting stress, quenching the wear-resistant layer 5 and tempering for heat treatment.
After the heat treatment of the wear-resistant layer 5 of the wear-resistant valve 3 of the wear-resistant roller sleeve, a threaded hole is processed in the common cast steel layer 4, the wear-resistant valve 3 is assembled on the bottom sleeve 2, and then the wear-resistant roller sleeve is installed on the main shaft 1.

C. attaching the lost foam of the wear-resistant layer to the outer arc surface of the common cast steel layer, and brushing paint on the outer surface of the assembly;
D. manufacturing a circular sand box by using a resin plate;
E. placing a common cast steel layer and a lost foam in a sand box, wherein a pouring port of the sand box corresponds to the lost foam;
F. arranging a medium-frequency heating coil, and sleeving the medium-frequency heating coil outside the sand box;
G. heating the sand box by a medium-frequency heating coil, heating the common cast steel layer to over 900 ℃, and pouring alloy metal solution of the wear-resistant layer;
H. and (3) founding, taking out the wear-resistant valve casting, performing stress relief heat treatment on the wear-resistant valve, and performing quenching and tempering heat treatment on the wear-resistant layer.
