In the production process of the prefabricated tower cylinder ring piece of the assembly type building PC, ring piece steel bars need to be positioned, bound and welded to form truss ribs, the process ensures that the positions and the intervals of the truss ribs of different types meet the technical specification and the design requirement so as to avoid the influence of adverse factors on the tower body structure in the later operation stage, and the traditional ring piece steel bar welding mode has low flexibility and adaptability; the method can control the space between the steel bars to a certain extent, and has a certain effect on the straight steel bars, but not only has poor positioning precision for the arc-shaped mesh sheet, but also has inconvenience in removing the positioned steel bars from the fixed ring, the fixed ring needs to be detached, the operation is difficult, if the steel bars are bound to a certain number, the operation can be performed only by large-scale machines such as a crane and the like if the positions of the truss bars need to be corrected again at a later stage, the time and the labor are consumed, and the accuracy is not high; the manual unloading of tower section of thick bamboo ring piece reinforcing bar is through the fixed reinforcing bar of the fixed subassembly of the shaping frock frame of customization, and then the welding, very wastes time and energy, for this reason, we have developed a new straight arc double-purpose net piece shaping unit equipment.

a feeding mechanism is installed at the bottom of the center of the front end of the welding rack, a material pushing cylinder is installed on one side, away from the downward bending mechanism, of the top of the supporting seat, a fixing frame is fixedly connected between the two supporting columns, and a lifting welding mechanism corresponding to the two welding seats is fixedly connected to the rear end of the fixing frame;

The working principle is as follows: when the straight-arc dual-purpose mesh forming machine set equipment is used, one end of a transverse steel bar 4 is fed by a bar feeding mechanism 3, then the transverse steel bar 4 can be quickly straightened by conveying and straightening by a plurality of first straightening wheels 302 and second straightening wheels 305 and is guided into a guide mechanism 5, the guide mechanism 5 can utilize a first guide wheel 502 and a second guide wheel 503 to guide and limit the transverse steel bar 4 in conveying, the transverse steel bar 4 is guided to a downward bending mechanism 12 by a guide pipe 9 and then is cut by a cutting mechanism 14, meanwhile, two longitudinal steel bars 20 are conveyed by a clamping device 21 to the tops of two welding seats 10 and extend forwards, after the cut transverse steel bar 4 falls on two feeding push plates 1511, the two first air cylinders drive the two sliding seats 1503 to slide upwards, then the two second air cylinders 1505 drive a rotating frame 1506 and two feeding push plates 1511 to rotate through the extension of a piston rod, therefore, the transverse steel bars 4 on the two feeding push plates 1511 are sent to the tops of the two welding seats 10 and are located at the tops of the two longitudinal steel bars 20, one end of a piston rod of the material pushing cylinder 16 is fixedly connected with a fixed push block, the fixed push block is used for pushing the transverse steel bars 4 sent to the tops of the two welding seats 10 to a designated welding position, the lifting welding mechanism 18 can drive the two welding electrodes 1803 through the first lifting seat 1801 and the second lifting seat 1802 to automatically weld the arranged transverse steel bars 4 and the arranged longitudinal steel bars 20, when circular-arc meshes need to be processed, the two longitudinal steel bars 20 can be guided into the space between the two groups of first rolling wheels 2201, the second rolling wheel 2202 and the third rolling wheel 2203, and accordingly the two groups of first rolling wheels 2201, the second rolling wheel 2202 and the third rolling wheel 2203 are used for arc bending of the longitudinal steel bars 20.
