A construction waste disposal device according to claim 7, wherein a surrounding plate (25) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the reciprocating plate (24), a screen plate (26) is fixedly installed below the reciprocating plate (24), and a plurality of through holes are formed in the screen plate (26) to filter waste in size.
