In one embodiment, the edge of the pedal 11 is provided with a surrounding cloth (not shown in the figure), so as to prevent the internal structure of the box body 10 from being directly exposed and improve the aesthetic degree of the box body 10; in addition, the surrounding cloth does not easily affect the lifting of the pedal 11 and the position movement of the adjusting plate 60.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the outer sidewall of the case 10 is further provided with a vent 90, so that the air inside the case 10 has better fluidity, which is beneficial to the combustion of moxa cone; in addition, a filter screen is arranged on the vent hole 90 to prevent moxa ash in the box body 10 from flying out of the vent hole 90 and further influencing the environment and the human body.
In one embodiment, the moxa ash collecting box 80 with the handle 81 is further arranged at the bottom of the box body 10, when the conveying mechanism rotates, the moxa ash falls onto the moxa ash collecting box 80, after all moxa columns in the box body 10 are burnt out, the moxa ash collecting box 80 is drawn out, and the moxa ash is poured out at one time, so that frequent cleaning of the moxa ash is avoided.
In one embodiment, a sock cover (not shown) is arranged at the position of the placing area 12 on the pedal 11 to keep the foot warm and simultaneously isolate smoke, so that smoke is avoided and comfort is improved; the sock cover can be internally provided with a shoe-pad-shaped fomenting bag filled with traditional Chinese medicinal materials, which plays a dual role of medication and moxibustion and improves the curative effect.
The invention also provides a working method of the foot moxibustion box, which comprises the following steps:
before the foot moxibustion box is used, two pressing parts of the clamping piece 31 are pressed, the moxa cone passes through the clamping part 311 of the clamping piece 31 and is inserted onto the inserting needle 32 of the clamping groove 30, and the pressing parts are loosened to finish the fixation of the moxa cone;
repeating the fixing operation until all the card slots 30 are inserted with moxa cones;
the foot moxibustion box is started, the distance sensor 59 of the ignition device senses that the moxa cone is positioned at the ignition position, the heating controller 58 controls the heating wire 56 to heat and controls the driving mechanism to extend the heating pipe 55, the ignition part 57 is in contact with the moxa cone and ignites the moxa cone, automatic moxa ignition is realized, the generated moxa heat is transmitted to the sole of a user placed on the pedal 11 through the acupuncture point hole 13, and the moxibustion of the user is realized;
after the moxa cone is ignited, the heating controller 58 controls the heating wire 56 to stop heating, and the telescopic mechanism 54 retracts the heating pipe 55 to prevent the ignition device from blocking the normal rotation of the moxa cone;
moxa ash generated in the burning process of the moxa cone falls on the clamping groove 30 or the conveying belt 25 of the conveying mechanism;
when the moxa cone to be ignited is burnt out or is about to be burnt out, the rotating controller 43 is controlled to synchronously start the two driving mechanisms when the next treatment is carried out, the two transmission mechanisms drive the moxa cone to rotate, and the burnt-out or about to be burnt-out moxa cone is replaced by a new moxa cone, so that the automatic replacement of the moxa cone is realized;
the transmission mechanism conveys the moxa cone to the ignition position and stops, the ignition device senses the moxa cone and repeats the ignition operation to automatically ignite a new moxa cone;
in the rotating process of the conveying mechanism, the moxa ash on the clamping groove 30 or the conveying belt 25 of the conveying mechanism falls to the bottom of the box body 10 under the action of gravity, and the moxa ash can be treated in a centralized manner;
when all moxa cones are burnt out, the moxa ash collecting box 80 at the bottom of the box body 10 is pulled out, and the moxa ash is poured out at one time.
Through the working method of the foot moxibustion box, automatic point moxa and automatic replacement of moxa columns and centralized processing of moxa ash of the foot moxibustion box can be realized, and the automation degree of the foot moxibustion box is improved, so that the operation is more convenient, and the workload is greatly reduced.
The foot moxibustion box provided by the invention can realize automatic moxa spotting and automatic moxa column replacement, improves the automation degree of the device, can perform one-time centralized treatment on moxa ash, does not need to frequently clean the moxa ash, frequently replace moxa columns and manually spot moxa after each treatment is finished, and greatly reduces the workload; the operation is convenient and simple, and multiple treatments can be realized; the acupuncture point holes 13 corresponding to the foot reflecting areas are arranged, and different reflecting area moxibustion can be selected independently, so that the treatment performance of the device is improved, and different user requirements can be met; the size of the acupoint hole 13 can be adjusted to adjust the moxa heat temperature, and the inclination angle of the foot can also be adjusted to improve the comfort level; the massage bulges 14 are arranged, so that the pressure stimulation of the reflecting area can be increased, the effects of stimulating acupuncture points and massaging can be achieved, and the curative effect is improved.
