The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a hip-protection paper diaper, which includes a paper diaper body and a paper diaper production apparatus.
The diaper body is provided with a longitudinal direction along the length direction and a transverse direction along the width direction, and comprises two hip protectors 1, a liquid-permeable surface layer 2, a composite absorption core layer 3 and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer 4 which are overlapped from inside to outside. Every protects buttock 1 including in proper order from top to bottom superimposed last ventilative layer 11, protect buttockss layer 12, ventilative layer 13 down, goes up ventilative layer 11 and is located between ventilative layer 13 down and protect buttockss layer 12 both sides and be equipped with first rubber 14, protects the top and the bottom of buttockss 1 and is located and form fore-and-aft buttockss groove 10 between two first rubbers 14 respectively. The composite absorption core layer 3 comprises an upper absorption core 31 and a lower absorption core 32 which are sequentially overlapped up and down, the upper absorption core 31 is positioned in the middle of the top of the lower absorption core 32, the width of the upper absorption core 31 is smaller than that of the lower absorption core 32, and second rubbers 33 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the upper absorption core 31 at the top of the lower absorption core 32; the height of the second rubber 33 is usually 2 times of the thickness of the upper layer absorption core 31, a longitudinal urination region 30 is formed between the two second rubbers 33 at the top of the diaper body, the upper layer absorption core 31 is longitudinally provided with three first diversion trenches 310, the width of the first diversion trench 310 in the middle is larger than that of the first diversion trenches 310 on the two sides, the lower layer absorption core 32 is longitudinally provided with five second diversion trenches 320, the width of the second diversion trenches 320 is gradually reduced along the directions of the two sides, and the projections of the first diversion trenches 310 on the two sides along the surface of the lower layer absorption core 32 respectively have coincident parts with the two second diversion trenches 320; both side edges of the upper absorbent core 31 are respectively located above two of the second channels 320.
The hip protection part 1 can be made of fabric, cotton or other materials, and the hip protection factors or the hip protection agents on the hip protection part 1 can be added on the hip protection part 1 through soaking or spraying, and are well-known materials and technologies, and are not described again.
Generally, the width of the upper layer absorbent core 31 is one third to two thirds of the width of the lower layer absorbent core 32, the height of the upper layer absorbent core 31 is 5mm to 20mm, and the height of the lower layer absorbent core 32 is 1.5 times to 3 times of the upper layer absorbent core 31, and other values may be used, depending on the case.
The height of the second rubber 33 is generally 1.5 to 3 times the thickness of the upper absorbent core 31, and may be other values, as the case may be.
The height of the first rubber 14 can also be 1.5 times or other multiples of the thickness of the hip protection layer 12, and the thickness of the hip protection layer 12 is usually 3mm to 10mm, and other values can be set according to the situation.
The first rubber 14 and the second rubber 33 may be made of rubber band or other rubber materials, which are well known materials and will not be described herein.
The desiccant 15 may be a desiccant pellet or other desiccant 15, which is a well-known material and will not be described herein.
The number of the first guiding grooves 310 may be three, four, five or even more, and the width of each first guiding groove 310 may also be the same, but the guiding effect is relatively poor; the number of the second guiding grooves 320 may be one, two, three or more, and the width of each second guiding groove 320 may also be the same, but the guiding effect is relatively poor, and the second guiding grooves are specifically set according to the situation.
The paper diaper production device comprises two hip protection mechanisms which respectively and synchronously produce hip protectors 1, wherein each hip protection mechanism comprises a composite roller mechanism, a compression roller mechanism, a first cutting roller mechanism, a glue spraying mechanism and a conveying mechanism; the two rollers 5 of the compression roller mechanism and the composite roller mechanism are respectively provided with a first ring groove 51 corresponding to the two first rubbers 14, and the two rollers 5 of the compression roller mechanism and the composite roller mechanism are respectively provided with a second ring groove 52 corresponding to the hip protection part 1; referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a composite roller mechanism, the roller mechanism and the composite roller mechanism have the same structure, and the distance between two rollers of the composite roller mechanism is greater than the distance between two rollers of the roller mechanism. The paper diaper production device further comprises an absorption core production mechanism, the absorption core production mechanism comprises a polymer blanking mechanism, two baffle mechanisms, a second cutting roller mechanism and a second adsorption wheel, one baffle mechanism comprises three baffles, the other baffle mechanism comprises five baffles 6, and referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 has five baffles 6, and the baffles shield polymer materials to form a first diversion trench 310 and a second diversion trench 320.
The composite roller mechanism, the press roller mechanism, the first cutting roller mechanism, the glue spraying mechanism, the conveying mechanism, the first adsorption wheel, the polymer blanking mechanism, the second cutting roller mechanism and the second adsorption wheel are well-known devices and are not described herein again.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) two hip guards 1 were prepared: the method comprises the following steps of conveying a lower breathable layer 13, a hip protection layer 12 and an upper breathable layer 11 up and down in sequence, conveying first rubber 14 on two sides of the hip protection layer 12 respectively in sequence, spraying glue on the upper breathable layer 11, horizontally conveying the hip protection layer 12 and the first rubber 14, enabling the lower breathable layer 13 to incline downwards, enabling the upper breathable layer 11 to incline upwards to enter a compound roller mechanism, enabling the two first rubbers 14 to be located in a first annular groove 51 respectively, enabling a hip protection layer 1 to be located in a second annular groove 52, applying a drying agent 15 on the hip protection layer 12, compounding and overlapping the lower breathable layer 13, the hip protection layer 12, the two first rubbers 14 and the upper breathable layer 11 in sequence through the compound roller mechanism, fixing the two sides of the lower breathable layer 13 and the upper breathable layer 11 in a compounding mode through a compression roller mechanism, pressing and fixing the compounded hip protection layer 1 through a compression roller mechanism, and cutting the compounded layer to form a flaky hip protection part 1 through a first cutting roller mechanism;
(2) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer 2 and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer 4;
(3) preparing a composite absorption core layer 3: the macromolecule blanking mechanism respectively blanks macromolecule materials onto two macromolecule carriers, the macromolecule materials form a longitudinal first diversion trench 310 on the upper layer absorption core 31 through the baffle mechanism, a longitudinal second diversion trench 320 is formed on the lower layer absorption core 32, the upper layer absorption core 31 and the lower layer absorption core 32 are compounded and fixed, meanwhile, two second rubbers 33 are synchronously conveyed, the two second rubbers 33 are respectively conveyed and fixed on the top of the lower layer absorption core 32, the two second rubbers 33 are positioned at two sides of the upper layer absorption core 31, the absorption core is cut into a flaky composite absorption core layer 3 through the second cutting roller mechanism, and the composite absorption core is placed on the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 4 through the second adsorption wheel;
(4) the liquid-permeable surface layer 2, the composite absorption core layer 3 and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 4 are sequentially overlapped and compounded up and down, glue is sprayed on the side edge of the top of the flaky hip guard part 1, the two hip guards 1 are compounded on the liquid-permeable surface layer 2 after being turned over for 180 degrees through a first adsorption wheel, and then the flaky paper diaper body is cut through a third cutting roller mechanism.
Wherein, in the method (1), the following method can also be adopted, when the lower air-permeable layer 13, the hip protection layer 12, the two first rubbers 14 and the upper air-permeable layer 11 are sequentially compounded and superposed through a compound roller mechanism, the upper air-permeable layer 11 horizontally enters the compound roller mechanism, the hip protection layer 12, the first rubbers 14 and the lower air-permeable layer 13 obliquely and downwards enter the compound roller mechanism, the thickness of the first rubbers 14 is twice of the height of the hip protection layer 12, a roller above the compound roller mechanism is provided with a first annular groove 51 and a second annular groove 52, the top of the compound roller mechanism is positioned between the two first rubbers 14 to form a longitudinal hip protection groove 10, the bottom of the hip protection 1 on the paper diaper body forms the hip protection groove 10, one hip protection groove 10 can separate the hip from the liquid-permeable surface layer 2, the liquid on the compound absorption core layer 3 is not easy to contact with the hip, but the top of the hip protection groove 10 is not arranged, the hip protection groove 10 is arranged on the top of the hip protection 1, the hip protection 1 is contacted with the hip more frequently, the quantity of the hip protection factors or the hip protection agents entering the skin of the baby is relatively large and is set according to the situation.
The working mode of the invention is as follows:
when the paper diaper is worn, the two buttocks are positioned at the buttocks protecting layer 1, the buttocks protecting layer 12 provides a small amount of buttocks protecting factors or buttocks protecting agents for the buttocks through the meshes of the upper breathable layer 11, the dosage of the buttocks protecting factors or the buttocks protecting agents provided by the mode is relatively small, and the diaper has a good buttocks protecting effect, the first rubber 14 has an isolating effect and can prevent liquid from flowing into the buttocks of a human body, the two buttocks protecting grooves 10 not only have a buffering and breathable effect, but also prevent liquid on the composite absorbing core layer 3 from flowing backwards easily to be contacted with the buttocks, so that the buttocks are isolated from the liquid-permeable surface layer 2, and the liquid is prevented from entering the buttocks. A small amount of liquid absorbed on the composite absorption core layer 3 is possibly guided to infiltrate into the wet liquid-permeable surface layer 2, the drying agent 15 can absorb a small amount of liquid on the dry liquid-permeable surface layer 2, the dryness of the hip protection part 1 is kept, the liquid is prevented from infiltrating into the hip protection part 1, and the hip protection effect is good; when the human body discharges liquid, a large amount of liquid enters the urination zone 30, the urination zone 30 has the function of buffering the liquid, most of the liquid enters the upper-layer absorption core 31 from the urination zone 30, the first diversion groove 310 of the upper-layer absorption core 31 has the function of diversion, part of the liquid enters the lower-layer absorption core 32 from the upper-layer absorption core 31 or the first diversion groove 310 thereof, and if the liquid amount is large, part of the liquid flows out to the second diversion groove 320 of the lower-layer absorption core 32 from two sides of the upper-layer absorption core 31.

Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of the hip-protecting paper diaper is characterized in that: the diaper production device comprises a diaper body and a diaper production device, wherein the diaper body is provided with a longitudinal direction in the length direction and a transverse direction in the width direction, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) two hip guards were prepared: the method comprises the following steps of conveying a lower breathable layer, a hip protection layer and an upper breathable layer in sequence from top to bottom, conveying first rubber in sequence from two sides of the hip protection layer respectively, applying a drying agent on the hip protection layer, spraying glue on the upper breathable layer, compounding and superposing the lower breathable layer, the hip protection layer, the two first rubbers and the upper breathable layer in sequence through a compound roller mechanism, horizontally conveying the hip protection layer and the first rubbers, enabling the lower breathable layer to incline downwards, enabling the upper breathable layer to incline upwards to enter the compound roller mechanism, and enabling the height of the first rubber to be twice of the thickness of the hip protection layer; longitudinal hip protection grooves are respectively formed between the top and the bottom of the first rubber, the two sides of the lower breathable layer and the upper breathable layer are fixed in a compounding mode, the compounded hip protection parts are fixed in a pressing mode through a compression roller mechanism, and the first cutting roller mechanism is used for cutting to form sheet-shaped hip protection parts;
each hip protection part comprises an upper breathable layer, a hip protection layer and a lower breathable layer which are sequentially overlapped up and down, first rubber is arranged between the upper breathable layer and the lower breathable layer and positioned on two sides of the hip protection layer, the upper breathable layer is provided with a plurality of meshes, a hip protection factor or a hip protection agent is arranged on the hip protection part, and a drying agent is arranged between the lower breathable layer and the hip protection layer;
the paper diaper production device comprises two hip protection mechanisms which respectively and synchronously produce hip protection, and the produced flaky hip protection parts are synchronously sent to a first adsorption wheel; the compression roller mechanism and the composite roller mechanism are respectively provided with a first ring groove corresponding to the two first rubbers, and the compression roller mechanism and the composite roller mechanism are respectively provided with a second ring groove corresponding to the hip protection part;
(2) preparing a liquid-permeable surface layer and a liquid-impermeable bottom layer;
(3) preparing a composite absorption core layer: the high polymer blanking mechanism respectively blanks high polymer materials onto two high polymer carriers, the high polymer materials form a longitudinal first diversion trench on an upper layer absorption core through the baffle mechanism, form a longitudinal second diversion trench on a lower layer absorption core, compound and fix the upper layer absorption core and the lower layer absorption core, simultaneously, two second rubbers are synchronously conveyed and fixed on the top of the lower layer absorption core, the two second rubbers are positioned at two sides of the upper layer absorption core, the absorption core is cut into a flaky compound absorption core layer through the second cutting roller mechanism, and the compound absorption core is placed on the liquid-impermeable bottom layer through the second adsorption wheel;
the composite absorption core layer comprises an upper absorption core and a lower absorption core which are sequentially overlapped up and down, the upper absorption core is positioned in the middle of the top of the lower absorption core, the width of the upper absorption core is smaller than that of the lower absorption core, and second rubber is respectively arranged on the top of the lower absorption core and positioned on two sides of the upper absorption core;
(4) the liquid-permeable surface layer, the composite absorption core layer and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer are sequentially overlapped and compounded up and down, glue is sprayed on the side edge of the top of the flaky hip pad, the two hip pads are compounded on the liquid-permeable surface layer after being turned over for 180 degrees through the first adsorption wheel, and then the flaky paper diaper body is cut through the third cutting roller mechanism.
