As shown in fig. 3, the cutting member 11 may be a wire or a plurality of wires or a tube, and the cutting member 11 is made of a shape memory alloy or an elastic metal alloy. The cutting element distal portion 111 may be an L-shaped structure, a T-shaped structure, or a plurality of L-shaped structures.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer tube distal portion 311 is serrated.
