Background
In the production process of cigarette making machines (such as but not limited to ZJ17 type), due to the problems of equipment or tipping paper, and the like, the tipping paper swings inside and outside in the conveying process, so that the tipping paper twisted on cigarettes deviates from a standard position, and unqualified cigarettes are formed.
Because no comprehensive schemes such as on-line tipping paper offset detection, deviation correction, tracking monitoring and the like exist, the finished cigarette has tipping paper offset and long and short quality risks, and a large amount of raw and auxiliary materials are easily wasted. Particularly, at present, corresponding tipping paper online deviation detection is lacked, and due to the fact that cigarette production speed is high, when an operator finds that tipping paper deviates from unqualified cigarettes at a cigarette outlet, a large amount of raw and auxiliary materials are wasted, and great quality risks exist.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide an improved automatic correction scheme for tipping paper of a cigarette making machine, which can solve the problem of online monitoring and correction of tipping paper deviation.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides an automatic deviation rectifying device for tipping paper of a cigarette making machine, comprising:
the device comprises a control unit, two optical fiber sensors, an alarm and a driver, wherein the two optical fiber sensors, the alarm and the driver are in electric signal connection with the control unit;
the two optical fiber sensors are respectively arranged on two sides of a transmission channel on the cigarette making machine, which is adjacent to the tipping paper guide block, and are used for respectively detecting whether the tipping paper deviates from the inner side and the outer side of the tipping paper transmission channel;
the alarm is used for outputting a warning signal;
the device comprises a driver, a paper guide block of the tipping paper, a first support, a second support, a guide screw, a guide rod, a second support and a driver, wherein the executing component of the driver is connected with the guide screw, the paper guide block of the tipping paper is installed on the movable first support, the guide screw is connected with the first support, and the driver is used for driving the guide screw to move and driving the paper guide block of the tipping paper to move inside and outside.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the signal input end of the control unit is connected with the cigarette pulse signal and the rejecting pulse signal of the original machine controller of the cigarette making machine.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the signal output end of the control unit is in electric signal connection with an original stop control component of the cigarette making machine.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the optical fiber sensors are fixedly installed on two sides of the tipping paper transmission channel through a second bracket.

In a second aspect, the invention provides an automatic deviation rectifying method for tipping paper of a cigarette making machine, which comprises the following steps:
detecting tipping paper deviation signals detected by the two optical fiber sensors on line in real time;
when the tipping paper is detected to deviate, controlling a driver to operate so as to drive a screw rod connected with the driver to move and drive a tipping paper guide block on a first support to move inside and outside through the first support connected with the screw rod;
counting tipping paper deviation signals in real time;
and when the number of the continuously occurring deviation signals is larger than a first threshold value, triggering an alarm to output a warning signal.
In at least one possible implementation manner, the method further includes: and when the number of continuously occurring deviation signals is larger than a second threshold value, sending a stop signal to an original stop control part of the cigarette making machine, wherein the second threshold value is larger than the first threshold value.
The invention has the conception that the deviation condition of the tipping paper in the operation process is detected by two groups of optical fiber sensors, the lead screw and the first support can be driven to enable the paper guide block to move inwards or outwards after the deviation is detected, so that the aim of online deviation correction is fulfilled, and meanwhile, an alarm can be used for outputting a warning signal according to the requirement to prompt an operator to pay attention to the deviation of the tipping paper in time. The invention can meet the requirement of on-line monitoring of tipping paper deflection in cigarette production, effectively controls product quality risk and can greatly reduce material loss.
Furthermore, pulse signals of cigarettes one by one corresponding to the tipping paper and rejection signals of defective cigarettes with seriously deviated tipping paper can be tracked in real time, and the operation of the tipping paper and the cigarette production conditions can be comprehensively and comprehensively mastered, so that the cigarette quality can be integrally guaranteed.
Further, when continuous occurrence exists, the system can remind operators of checking and repairing problems and even automatically stopping the system, so that the waste amount can be greatly reduced, and unnecessary waste of original auxiliary materials is avoided.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative only and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention provides an implementation reference of an automatic correction improvement scheme of cigarette machine tipping paper, and as shown in a combined figure 1, the automatic correction device of the cigarette machine tipping paper can comprise: the device comprises a control unit 1, and two optical fiber sensors 2, an alarm 3 and a driver 4 which are in electric signal connection with the control unit 1. The two optical fiber sensors are respectively arranged on two sides of a transmission channel on the cigarette making machine, which is adjacent to the tipping paper guide block, and are used for respectively detecting whether the tipping paper deviates from the inner side and the outer side of the tipping paper transmission channel; the alarm is used for designing and outputting a corresponding warning signal according to actual needs, the actual needs refer to that an alarm is output after deviation is detected, or according to a set standard, an alarm signal is output when the deviation amount is too large or the deviation amount exceeds a threshold value, and the like, and the specific invention is not limited; the actuator of the driver is connected with a screw rod, the tipping paper guide block which is fixedly arranged on the cigarette making machine in the past is arranged on a movable first support in the embodiment, the screw rod is connected with the first support, and the driver is used for driving the screw rod to move and driving the tipping paper guide block to move inside and outside through the first support, so that the position of tipping paper can be corrected on line through the paper guide block. In at least one possible implementation of the present invention, the driver may preferably be a servo motor system, and a drive control component of the servo motor system is connected to a signal output terminal of the aforementioned control unit 1.
In practical operation, the control unit 1 adopts a PLC, and the specific model of the PLC may be but is not limited to S7-200, and the cigarette making equipment can provide 220 ac power; the two optical fiber sensors 2 can be electrically connected with a signal INPUT end (such as an INPUT module) of the PLC, and can be provided with 24V direct current power supply by cigarette equipment; the alarm 3 and the driver 4 (e.g., the drive components of the servo motor) can be electrically connected to the signal OUTPUT of the PLC (e.g., OUTPUT module). Also, the optical fiber sensor may be considered to be fixedly installed at both sides of the tipping paper transfer passage by means of a second bracket, and preferably, the alarm may be an audible and visual alarm that outputs both an audible and visual signal.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides that the signal INPUT end (e.g., INPUT module of PLC) of the control unit 1 may be further connected to a cigarette pulse signal and a rejection pulse signal of an original machine controller (original PLC) of the cigarette making machine, that is, the cigarette condition corresponding to the tipping paper is tracked in real time, so as to lock defective cigarettes with problems and count the number of corresponding cigarettes, etc., the present invention provides only signal connection reference, and the specific application may be designed in combination with actual needs. Further, the signal OUTPUT end (for example, OUTPUT module of PLC) of the control unit 1 may be in electrical signal connection with an original shutdown control component of the cigarette making machine, so as to OUTPUT a signal to an original machine control system when necessary, thereby timely implementing shutdown maintenance, and the specific shutdown condition may be designed according to actual needs, which is not described herein.
It should be added that, on the basis of the embodiment of the foregoing device, the present invention further considers designing a manual adjustment button electrically connected to the control unit 1, respectively, and the manual adjustment button is used for clicking the driver to perform manual operation on the lead screw and the tipping paper guide block, because the present invention is originally designed to movably improve the tipping paper guide block originally fixedly installed on the device, and in order to meet the scenes of maintenance or startup, the initial position or the calibration position of the tipping paper guide block can be adjusted in advance through the manual clicking mode, which facilitates online real-time control.
Finally, it should be noted that the aforementioned tipping papers, paper guide blocks, transport channels, cigarette machine stock controllers, stock control components, etc., are all general knowledge of cigarette making equipment and present no understanding or implementation hurdle to those skilled in the art.
In conclusion, the deviation condition of the tipping paper in the operation process is detected through the two groups of optical fiber sensors, the lead screw and the first support can be driven to enable the paper guide block to move inwards or outwards after the deviation is detected, the purpose of online deviation correction is achieved, meanwhile, a warning signal can be output through the alarm as required, and an operator can be prompted to pay attention to the deviation of the tipping paper in time. The invention can meet the requirement of on-line monitoring of tipping paper deflection in cigarette production, effectively controls product quality risk and can greatly reduce material loss.
Furthermore, pulse signals of cigarettes one by one corresponding to the tipping paper and rejection signals of defective cigarettes with seriously deviated tipping paper can be tracked in real time, and the operation of the tipping paper and the cigarette production conditions can be comprehensively and comprehensively mastered, so that the cigarette quality can be integrally guaranteed.
In combination with the hardware solution of the foregoing device, the present invention further provides the following automatic deviation rectifying method based on the foregoing device architecture for implementation reference, which may specifically include the following processes:

Three points can be pointed out for the above example of the rectification method: first, the above embodiment outputs an alarm prompt according to the number of detected continuously occurring deviation signals, but in other control manners, once a deviation is detected, or when the deviation amount provided by the optical fiber signal is greater than a threshold value, an alarm signal is output to remind relevant personnel of the problem. Secondly, preferably, when the number of continuously occurring deviation signals is larger than a second threshold value, a stop signal can be sent to an original stop control part of the cigarette making machine, namely, the original machine is stopped in time, so that the loss is prevented from increasing; wherein the second threshold is greater than the first threshold (e.g., 6 consecutive times). And thirdly, abnormal tipping paper and the condition of the corresponding cigarette can be tracked in real time according to the cigarette pulse captured by the original machine and the rejecting pulse, and alarm information and the like can be fed back and output accordingly.
