The upper cover 12 includes a second bottom plate 121 and a second sidewall 122 disposed around an edge of the second bottom plate 121, one end of the second sidewall 122 away from the second bottom plate 121 is provided with a second step 120, the second step 120 includes a second protrusion 1201 and a second recess 1202, and the second recess 1202 is disposed adjacent to the second protrusion 1201. The fixing structure 10 further includes a positioning plate 14, the positioning plate 14 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 13, the positioning plate 14 contacts and abuts against the second sidewall 122, the positioning plate 14 is located between the second bottom plate 121 and the second step 120, a diameter of the positioning plate 14 may be larger than a diameter of an accommodating area defined by the second sidewall 122 of the upper cover 12, and the positioning plate 14 presses the second sidewall 122 to firmly abut against the first step 110 and the second step 120. The positioning plate 14 includes at least one first positioning groove 141, the first positioning groove 141 extends from the positioning plate 14 toward the first bottom plate 111, and at least a portion of the positioning post 113 is received in the first positioning groove 141 and engaged with the first positioning groove 141. In an embodiment, the first positioning groove 141 is an accommodating structure with a middle portion recessed and an outer side protruding, and one end of the positioning column 113 away from the first bottom plate 111 can be disposed in the first positioning groove 141 to achieve fixing.
The function board 19 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 13, and the function board 19 may be disposed between the positioning board 14 and the lower cover 11. In an embodiment, the function board 19 may be a circuit board, the function board 19 includes a logic circuit 192, a signal transmitting unit 193 and a control switch 194 disposed on the function board 19, the control switch 194 controls the logic circuit 192 to be in different working states, and the logic circuit 192 controls the signal transmitting unit 193 to respectively transmit different control signals according to the different working states.
The function board 19 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 191 penetrating through the function board 19, and the positioning posts 113 penetrate through the positioning holes 191 and extend into the first positioning slots 141. The remote control device 1 further includes at least one positioning pin 18, and the lower cover 11 further includes at least one second positioning slot 114, in an embodiment, the second positioning slot 114 is a receiving structure with a middle portion recessed and an outer protrusion. The positioning bolt 18 includes a first end portion 181 and a second end portion 182, the first end portion 181 passes through the positioning hole 191 to be fastened with the second positioning groove 114, at least a portion of the positioning bolt 18 is accommodated in the second positioning groove 114, a maximum width of a cross section of the second end portion 182 in a direction parallel to the function board 19 is greater than a minimum width of a cross section of the positioning hole 191 in the direction parallel to the function board 19, and the first end portion 181 and the second end portion 182 are located on two opposite sides of the function board 19. The fixing of the function board 19 and the lower cover 11 is realized by the connection of the positioning bolt 18, the positioning hole 191 and the lower cover 11.
The positioning plate 14 is opposite to the function board 19, the function board 19 is disposed on one side of the positioning plate 14 away from the upper cover 12, a signal emitting hole 142 is disposed on the positioning plate 14, and the signal emitting unit 193 is disposed corresponding to the signal emitting hole 142. The positioning plate 14 further includes a control hole 143, the control hole 143 penetrates through the positioning plate 14, and the control hole 143 is disposed corresponding to the control switch 194.
The remote control device 1 further includes a control key 16, the control key 16 is disposed in the control hole 143, the control key 16 includes a third end portion 161 and a fourth end portion 162, the third end portion 161 abuts against the function board 19 and is electrically connected to the control switch 194, the fourth end portion 162 abuts against the upper cover 12, the upper cover 12 includes a pressing area 125, the fourth end portion 162 contacts with the pressing area 125, the pressing area 125 is a deformable material, and a deformable material is disposed on a side of the fourth end portion 162 close to the pressing area 125. In one embodiment, the third end 161 is cylindrical, the fourth end 162 is funnel-shaped, the end of the funnel-shaped fourth end 162 with smaller size is connected to the third end 161, the end of the funnel-shaped fourth end 162 with larger size is disposed opposite to the upper cover 12, the deformable material is in contact with the pressing area 125, the pressing area 125 is pressed to cause the elastic member 163 to change its shape and generate an electrical signal, the electrical signal is transmitted to the control switch 194, and the elastic member 163 can change its shape in reverse phase to restore the predetermined shape when the external force acting on the elastic member is removed or reduced. The pressing area can control the logic circuit 192 on the function board 19 to generate different signals, and further control the signal emitting unit 193 to emit different control signals, which can be transmitted to the outside through the control hole 143.
The locating plate 14 and the lower cover 11 are mutually matched to realize the containing and fixing of the function plate 19, the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 11 can be quickly disassembled, the functional plate 19 and the locating plate 14 cannot be influenced in the disassembling process, the upper cover 12 can be quickly disassembled under the condition that the basic function of the remote control device 1 is not influenced, and the new or different-color upper cover 12 can be quickly assembled after the disassembling process.

The remote control apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the remote control apparatus further comprises at least one positioning pin, the lower cover further comprises at least one second positioning groove, the positioning pin comprises a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion passes through the positioning hole and is fastened with the second positioning groove, at least a portion of the positioning pin is accommodated in the second positioning groove, a maximum width of a cross section of the second end portion in a direction parallel to the function board is larger than a minimum width of a cross section of the positioning hole in a direction parallel to the function board, and the first end portion and the second end portion are located on two opposite sides of the function board.

The remote control apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the function board is a circuit board, the function board includes a logic circuit, a signal transmitting unit and a control switch, the logic circuit, the signal transmitting unit and the control switch are disposed on the function board, the control switch controls the logic circuit to be in different operating states, and the logic circuit controls the signal transmitting unit to respectively transmit different control signals according to the different operating states.
