All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention aims to provide a telephone video business card system which displays ringing video media sent by a platform on a called terminal when a call is dialed in a VoLTE/5G communication network. The system not only can play and display ringing video media on a supported network and a terminal, but also can be backwards compatible with the existing network and terminal conversation protocol flow, and under the condition that the coverage of the supported terminal is insufficient, the existing conversation service is not influenced; and the system can simultaneously realize the transmission and the display of other information associated with the calling number, such as real names and LOGO pictures, while realizing the display of the ringing video media by the called terminal.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a media negotiation-based telephone video business card system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the media negotiation-based phone video business card system of the present embodiment involves transferring and presenting information associated with a call number on a cell phone when dialing a mobile phone. The system comprises: the system comprises a video business card Application Server (AS), a video business card service platform, an IMS core network, a calling terminal and a called terminal. The IMS core network is VoLTE/5G IMS core network. The calling terminal and the called terminal are both smart phone terminals supporting video business cards.
The video business card application server receives the calling related information transmitted by the video business card service platform; the information includes video media, real name information and LOGO pictures. The information may include other attributes of the number such as the type of number, calling characteristics (whether a high frequency call is suspected, etc.), other subject authorized and legally allowed information that may be displayed, etc.
The calling terminal sends a calling request message to the IMS core network, the IMS core network matches the calling request message with pre-stored service triggering data, and after the matching is successful, the IMS core network sends the calling request message to the video business card application server to complete a service triggering function. The service triggering data comprises a calling number, a called number, a protocol message type, an address of an application server pointed after triggering and used for processing the message, and the like.
The video business card application server sends a media negotiation message to the called terminal through the IMS core network, performs media negotiation with the called terminal, and sends a negotiation result to the video business card service platform; the negotiation result comprises whether the called terminal supports the video business card service function and the type of the audio and video media supported by the called terminal; and after the negotiation is successful, the video business card application server sends the calling related information to the called terminal through the IMS core network. The negotiation result may further include whether a real name is supported and whether downloading and displaying of a LOGO picture are supported. The media negotiation message adopts a standard SIP protocol and a standard SDP protocol.
In this embodiment, after the negotiation fails, the interaction among the video card application server, the calling terminal, and the called terminal maintains a calling and called call flow. And when the user of the called terminal is connected or refused, the video business card application server stops sending the calling related information to the called terminal, and at the moment, the interaction among the video business card application server, the calling terminal and the called terminal keeps a calling and called call flow.
In this embodiment, a set message header may be used in the negotiation message in the negotiation result to mark whether the called terminal supports the video business card service function. When the video business card application server and the called terminal carry out media negotiation, special marks are added in the protocol message, such as CRS marks and the like added in an Alert-Info/Call-Info header of SIP, and the called terminal is informed that the negotiation being initiated by the called terminal is the video business card media negotiation. When a called terminal supporting the video business card receives the message, a specific mark is added in the message in the original call flow and is fed back to the video business card application server, so that the video business card application server determines whether the called terminal supports the video business card function, and different processing flows are triggered. As indicated in the header of the 180 response SIP message, the header that may be added includes any modifiable header on SIP, such as Call-Info/Alert-Info/Contact, etc., where the indication may be a specific string or a specific tag extension.
And marking whether the called terminal supports the video business card service function or not by adopting different message types in the negotiation message in the negotiation result. When the video business card application server and the called terminal carry out media negotiation, the called terminal supporting the video business card feeds back the information to the video business card application server by adopting the information type different from the original call flow when receiving the information, so that the video business card application server determines whether the called terminal supports the video business card function, thereby triggering different processing flows. If the original call flow adopts 180 messages, if the called terminal supports the video card function, 183 or other 18x messages can be adopted to inform the video card application server.
After the video business card application server sends out the specific media negotiation message of marking, judge whether the called terminal supports the video business card to trigger different processing procedures according to the media negotiation message type or specific message header that the called terminal sends, if it is the conventional negotiation message that feedbacks, judge that the called terminal does not support the function of the video business card, the video business card application server stops consulting, resume the media negotiation process of the calling and called; otherwise, when receiving the expected specific negotiation message type or specific message header field, judging that the called terminal supports the video business card, continuing the media negotiation, and finishing the functional processes of video sending and called playing display.
As an optional implementation manner, the media negotiation-based telephone video business card system further comprises an operator IT system; the operator IT system is respectively connected with the video business card service platform and the IMS core network in a butt joint mode; and the operator IT system sends the service triggering data to the IMS core network. The operator IT system is an operator user tent and business acceptance IT system.
As an optional implementation manner, the IMS core network includes a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), a Call Session Control Function (CSCF) network element, and a Session Border Controller (SBC); the attribution signed user server receives the service triggering data; the call session control function network element receives the calling call request message through the session boundary controller, matches the calling call request message with the service trigger data, and sends the calling call request message to the video business card application server after matching is successful; and the call session control function network element also sends a media negotiation message to the called terminal through the session boundary controller. The CSCF network element is a core component in an IMS core network which is responsible for signaling exchange, an S-CSCF of a calling domain in the CSCF network element stores an iFC service trigger issued from an HSS in the IMS core network, and when a signed calling call request SIP message passes through, the S-CSCF triggers a service and forwards the request SIP message to a video business card application server for video business card processing. The SBC is a first-hop core network element device interacting with the terminal.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an implementation method of a media negotiation-based telephone video business card system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is further described in detail with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The video business card application server is upwards butted with a video business card service platform (a telephone video business card service platform), the butting direction is responsible for two functions, one is that information data such as video media, real name information, LOGO pictures and the like related to a calling party are synchronized from the video business card service platform to the video business card application server, so that the video business card application server is provided with the information data related to the calling party; the other is from the video business card application server to the video business card service platform, after the video business card application server negotiates with the called terminal media, the negotiation result is notified to the video business card service platform, wherein the negotiated message of the two is transferred through the IMS core network, and the negotiation content includes whether the called terminal supports the video business card service function and the type of the audio and video media supported by the called terminal, such as H.264 coding and the like.
The video business card application server is downwards connected with an IMS core network (an xCSCF network element including an SBC), and the connection direction is also responsible for two functions: one function is that the video business card application server completes the service triggering function with the calling terminal through the IMS core network, and the video business card application server completes the media negotiation process with the called terminal through the IMS core network. The video business card application server is mainly responsible for protocol processing after the triggering of the calling service, including taking over the calling request of the calling terminal, initiating the calling request to the called terminal, carrying out media negotiation with the called terminal and sending the video early media business card to the called terminal with the support function, and the video business card application server also sends other business card information of the calling user to the supported terminal, and when the called terminal does not support the function, the original call flow is recovered. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
when a call request message of a calling terminal passes through an xCSCF network element of an IMS core network, the xCSCF matches and compares relevant fields (including a calling number, a called number and a message type such as Invite) of the call request message with information fields of a specific iFC previously stored on the xCSCF network element. The specific iFC is service trigger data generated by the IT system at the HSS after the user accepts the subscription at the operator IT system, and the service trigger data is called iFC, and mainly includes conditions of service triggering, such as a calling and called number, a protocol message type, and an address of an application server (in this embodiment, an address of a video card application server) for processing a packet pointed after triggering, and the iFC is automatically synchronized into the xCSCF after the HSS is generated. Once matched, the xCSCF forwards the call request message to the video business card application server to complete service triggering. After the service triggering is completed, the video business card application server takes over the call request of the calling terminal, and then initiates the call request (media negotiation message) to the called terminal through xCSCF, and carries out media negotiation with the called terminal (the negotiation content includes whether the called terminal supports the video business card function and the type of the audio and video media supported by the called terminal, such as H.264 coding, etc.), once the negotiation is successful, the video business card application server sends the video media business card content (the media business card content is the calling related information which is synchronously transmitted from the video business card service platform to the video business card application server, at the same time, the negotiation result can inform the video business card service platform upwards no matter the negotiation is successful, when the called terminal does not support the function, the video business card application server respectively connects with the calling terminal and the called terminal, and exchanging the initial call request message and recovering to the original normal conversation process. And after the called party answers and refuses, the video business card application server stops playing the video, and the interaction with the calling party and the called party is also recovered to the original normal conversation flow.
The called mobile phone terminal supporting the video business card is mainly responsible for carrying out media negotiation with the video business card application server, the playing and displaying of the video media are realized on a phone application interface after the media negotiation is successful, when a user answers or refuses, the terminal media is played and the video business card is informed to stop the media playing, and the calling and called call connection is recovered. In this embodiment, the negotiation between the called terminal and the video card application server refers to the negotiation of the media playing function, including whether the called terminal supports the video card function, the type of audio and video media that can be played, whether the called terminal supports the downloading and displaying of the real name and LOGO picture, and the like. The media negotiation message still adopts the standard SIP protocol and the SDP protocol, and the flow is basically in the process of ordinary audio and video communication. The difference between the method and the device for the video business card call and the common audio and video call is that in the negotiation process, how the video business card application server and the terminal agree whether the terminal supports the video business card function: the embodiment includes two convention modes, one is that the called terminal marks whether the video business card application server supports the function by adding a specific message header in an SIP negotiation message (including an SIP request message and a response message) sent to the video business card application server in a standard negotiation process (for example, adding a specific mark in a Contact/Call-Info header, etc., the message header may be a standard header), so that the video business card application server determines whether the video business card application server supports the function, and the video business card application server determines to continue the video business card negotiation process or recover the normal Call process of the calling and called terminals; the second is that the called terminal determines whether the video business card application server supports the function by adopting different message types in an SIP negotiation message (including an SIP request message and a response message) sent to the video business card application server in a standard negotiation process, for example, in the standard process, when the called terminal needs to send a numbered 180SIP response message, if the called terminal supports the video business card function, the called terminal sends a 183SIP response message to the video business card application server, the video business card application server determines that the called terminal supports the video business card function, otherwise, the called terminal does not support the function if the called terminal receives the 180SIP response message.
The video business card service platform is in charge of being in butt joint with an acceptance accounting system of an operator and a video business card application server, on one hand, the video business card service platform is in charge of executing negotiation data preparation of the video business card application server and a called terminal, and on the other hand, the video business card service platform receives a negotiation result notification after the negotiation between the video business card application server and the called terminal is completed.
In this embodiment, the HSS is configured to receive service configuration data iFC of the operator acceptance accounting system, and send the service configuration data iFC to an xCSCF of an IMS core network. The realization of the video business card mainly depends on a video business card application server, a mobile phone terminal supporting the video business card function and a video business card service platform, and is realized through a specific protocol flow, the realization mode is transparent to other core network element devices of an IMS in the system, and the other network element devices execute a normal audio and video call flow.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein using specific examples, which are provided only to help understand the method and the core concept of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, the specific embodiments and the application range may be changed. In view of the above, the present disclosure should not be construed as limiting the invention.
