Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-10, a traffic video monitoring device includes a base plate 1, a first disinfection mechanism 2, a second disinfection mechanism 3 and a monitoring mechanism 4; the two groups of first disinfection mechanisms 2 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom plate 1 and form a channel with the bottom plate 1 in a surrounding manner; the second disinfection mechanism 3 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, and the second disinfection mechanism 3 is arranged at the bottom of the channel; the monitoring mechanism 4 comprises a supporting rod 40, an adjusting mechanism 41 and a camera 42, the supporting rod 40 is installed on the bottom plate 1, one end of the adjusting mechanism 41 is connected with the supporting rod 40, the other end of the adjusting mechanism 41 is connected with the camera 42, the camera 42 can be driven to move along the length direction of the supporting rod 40 through the adjusting mechanism 41, and the shooting angle of the camera 42 can also be adjusted.
Specifically, the traffic video monitoring device can be arranged at a high-speed toll station for use, and the specific process that the vehicle passes through the traffic video monitoring device is as follows: when a vehicle enters the channel, the first disinfection mechanism 2 is triggered firstly, then the first disinfection mechanism 2 sprays disinfection spray to the two sides of the vehicle in the channel respectively, and the disinfection spray covers the surface of the vehicle, so that the vehicle is disinfected comprehensively; meanwhile, when the vehicle enters the passage, the monitoring mechanism 4 can perform video monitoring on the vehicle to acquire relevant information of the vehicle, and in the vehicle disinfection process, a field operator can observe the disinfection condition of each part of the vehicle by moving or adjusting the position of the camera 42, so that the field operator is prevented from moving back and forth to observe the disinfection condition.
Therefore, the traffic video monitoring device automatically carries out video monitoring on the vehicles from and to and also automatically carries out epidemic prevention and disinfection on the vehicles from and to, and observes the disinfection condition of the vehicles through the adjustable monitoring equipment, thereby lightening the working strength of field operators.
It should be noted that, the conventional video monitoring equipment is not only fixed in position, but also cannot adjust the monitoring angle, and if each part of the vehicle needs to be observed, a plurality of video monitoring equipment need to be arranged at the same time to monitor each part of the vehicle, which not only wastes manpower and material resources, but also increases energy loss due to the operation of the plurality of monitoring equipment; the traffic video monitoring device can achieve the same effect with a plurality of monitoring devices with fixed positions through the movable and adjustable camera 42, manpower and material resources are saved, and energy loss is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, in the present application, the first disinfection mechanism 2 includes a support 20, a plurality of sensors 21 and a plurality of first sprayers 22, the plurality of sensors 21 and the plurality of first sprayers 22 are both mounted on the support 20, the plurality of sensors 21 and the plurality of first sprayers 22 are spaced in the same direction, and the plurality of sensors 21 are all located in front of the first sprayers 22 in the direction.
Specifically, when the vehicle enters the passage, the sensor 21 should be triggered first, so that the first sprayer 22 sprays the disinfection spray before the vehicle passes through, the surface of the vehicle is fully covered by the disinfection spray, and the situation that the vehicle carries viruses due to the fact that the surface of the vehicle has the non-sprayed part is avoided, and potential safety hazards are caused.
Further, in order to sufficiently sterilize the roof, the body and the underbody of the vehicle at the same time, as shown in fig. 2, in the present application, the first atomizer 22 includes a first atomizer 220, a second atomizer 221 and a third atomizer 222, the first atomizer 220 is installed on the top of the rack 20, the second atomizer 221 is installed in the middle of the rack 20, and the third atomizer 222 is installed on the bottom of the rack 20.
Further, in order to improve the sufficient spraying of the atomizer head on the roof and the bottom of the vehicle, as shown in fig. 2, in the present application, the first atomizer head 220 and the third atomizer head 222 are both arranged obliquely, and the oblique directions of the first atomizer head 220 and the third atomizer head 222 are opposite; the spraying direction of the disinfection spray can be changed through the inclined arrangement, so that the coverage area of the disinfection spray on the roof and the vehicle bottom is increased, and the sufficient disinfection of the vehicle is guaranteed.
It should be noted that the first atomizer 220 and the third atomizer 222 may be arranged in an inclined manner by using the design of the adjustable mechanism 41, and the spraying direction and the spraying area of the disinfection spray can be changed by adjusting the inclination angles of the first atomizer 220 and the third atomizer 222, so as to adapt to the disinfection of vehicles with different heights; the design of the tilt angle adjustable mechanism 41 can adopt the prior art, and therefore, the embodiment will not be described in detail.
Further, in order to further improve the coverage area of the disinfection spray to the vehicle bottom, as shown in fig. 8-fig. 10, in the present application, the second disinfection mechanism 3 includes a lifting mechanism 30, a support plate 31 and a plurality of second sprayers 32, the bottom plate 1 is provided with a groove 10, one end of the lifting mechanism 30 is connected with the bottom of the groove 10, the other end of the lifting mechanism 30 is connected with the support plate 31, the plurality of second sprayers 32 are circumferentially distributed on the support plate 31, and the plurality of second sprayers 32 are all obliquely arranged to form a scattering shape to spray the disinfection spray outwards.
Specifically, when the vehicle triggers the sensor 21, the second sprayer 32 can be started to spray the disinfection spray outwards in a scattering manner, so that the disinfection spray can fully cover each dead angle position of the vehicle bottom, and the possibility of carrying viruses by the vehicle is reduced; it should be noted that, in consideration of the difference in height of the vehicle chassis, the height of the second sprayer 32 can be adjusted by the lifting mechanism 30, so as to avoid the second sprayer 32 colliding with the vehicle chassis, and at the same time, the difference in height of the second sprayer 32 can also cause the coverage area of the spray on the vehicle chassis to be different; in addition, the automatic adjustment of the lifting mechanism 30 can be realized through the cooperation of the height sensor and the automatic controller, so that the second sprayer 32 can be automatically lifted according to the chassis heights of different vehicles, and the possibility of collision between the second sprayer 32 and the chassis of the vehicle is reduced; it should be noted that, after a large amount of disinfection sprays are sprayed on the vehicle, the disinfection sprays cannot be volatilized in time and are converged to form liquid flowing to the bottom plate 1 to cause effusion, so that a device for recovering the liquid can be arranged at the groove 10 of the bottom plate 1 to recover the effusion, the device for recovering the liquid can adopt the prior art, and therefore, the embodiment is not described in detail.
Further, considering that the conventional mechanical driving and transmission mode has the problem of aging, rusting or structural damage, and there is the problem of inconvenient mechanical maintenance, therefore, an electromagnetic driving mode can be adopted, and the possibility of maintenance caused by structural damage is reduced, as shown in fig. 8-10, in the present application, the lifting mechanism 30 includes a lifting sleeve 300 and a lifting rod 301, the lifting sleeve 300 is installed at the bottom of the groove 10, and the inner wall of the lifting sleeve 300 is provided with a plurality of first electromagnets 300a uniformly distributed in the vertical direction, the lifting rod 301 is sleeved in the lifting sleeve 300, and the lifting rod 301 is provided with a first permanent magnet 301a, the area of the first permanent magnet 301a is larger than that of the first electromagnet 300a, and the first permanent magnet 301a and the first electromagnet 300a can be mutually adsorbed.
Specifically, when the lifting mechanism 30 needs to be lifted, the electromagnetic force of the first electromagnet 300a can generate an adsorption effect on the first permanent magnet 301a by sequentially electrifying the first electromagnets 300a which are uniformly distributed, so as to drive the lifting rod 301 to move along the height direction of the lifting sleeve 300, thereby lifting the second sprayer 32; it should be noted that, considering that there is resistance when the lifting rod 301 is lifted up due to the self gravity of the lifting rod 301, the influence caused by the self gravity of the lifting rod 301 can be reduced by increasing the electromagnetic force of the electromagnet.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, in the present application, the adjusting mechanism 41 includes a first adjusting member 410, a second adjusting member 411, a first driving mechanism, a second driving mechanism, and a third driving mechanism; the first end of the first adjusting member 410 is slidably connected to the supporting rod 40 through a first driving mechanism, the second end of the first adjusting member 410 is rotatably connected to the first end of the second adjusting member 411 through a second driving mechanism, and the second end of the second adjusting member 411 is connected to the camera 42 through a third driving mechanism in a swinging manner, so that the camera 42 can move and rotate in the horizontal direction and can also swing in the vertical direction in a pitching manner.
Specifically, when the camera 42 needs to move in the horizontal direction, the first driving mechanism drives the first adjusting member 410 to move along the length direction of the supporting rod 40, and further drives the second adjusting member 4113 to move along the length direction of the supporting rod 40, so that the camera 42 moves in the horizontal direction; when the camera 42 needs to rotate in the horizontal direction, the second adjusting part 411 can be driven to rotate by the second driving mechanism, so as to drive the camera 42 to rotate in the horizontal direction; when the camera 42 needs to tilt in the vertical direction, the third driving mechanism drives the camera 42 to swing up and down in the vertical direction, so as to implement the tilt of the camera 42.
Further, based on the above problems of rusting due to aging or structural damage and inconvenient mechanical maintenance of the conventional mechanical driving method, the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism may all adopt an electromagnetic driving design, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, in this application, the structures of the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism are all the same, and the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism all include a plurality of second electromagnets 412 and second permanent magnets 413; the plurality of second electromagnets 412 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the supporting rod 40, and the plurality of second electromagnets 412 are further uniformly distributed on the second ends of the first adjusting member 410 and the second adjusting member 411 respectively in a circumferential manner; the second permanent magnet 413 is respectively disposed on first ends of the first and second adjusting pieces 410 and 411, and the second permanent magnet 413 is also disposed on one end of the camera 42; the area of the second permanent magnet 413 is larger than that of the second electromagnet 412, and the second permanent magnet 413 and the second electromagnet 412 may be attracted to each other.
Specifically, when the first adjusting member 410 needs to move in the length direction of the supporting rod 40, the second electromagnets 412 uniformly distributed on the supporting rod 40 may be sequentially energized, and the first adjusting member 410 is driven to move in the length direction of the supporting rod 40 by the adsorption effect of the second permanent magnet 413 on the first end of the first adjusting member 410; when the second adjusting member 411 needs to rotate in the horizontal direction, the second electromagnets 412 uniformly distributed on the second end of the first adjusting member 410 can be sequentially electrified, and then the second adjusting member 411 is driven to move along the circumferential direction of the second end of the first adjusting member 410 through the adsorption effect of the second permanent magnets 413 on the first end of the second adjusting member 411, so that the second adjusting member 411 can rotate in the horizontal direction; when the camera 42 needs to perform pitching motion in the vertical direction, the plurality of second electromagnets 412 uniformly distributed at the second end of the second adjusting member 411 can be sequentially electrified, and then the camera 42 is driven to move along the circumferential direction of the second end of the second adjusting member 411 through the adsorption effect of the second permanent magnet 413 on the camera 42, so that the camera 42 can swing up and down in the vertical direction.
It should be noted that, the rotation joint of the first adjusting part 410 and the second adjusting part 411, and the swing joint of the second adjusting part 411 and the camera 42 can both adopt a sleeved design to limit the position, so as to avoid the position deviation generated when the second electromagnet 412 and the second permanent magnet 413 are mutually adsorbed, and further the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism cannot be driven normally.
Further, in order to avoid the disinfection spray attaching to the lens of the camera 42 and causing the image shot by the camera 42 to be blurred, as shown in fig. 3 to fig. 4, the disinfection spray device further includes a first air blowing device 5, the first air blowing device 5 is installed at the bottom of the camera 42, and an air blowing port of the first air blowing device 5 is perpendicular to the lens of the camera 42; the disinfection spray volatilized to the camera 42 can be blown away by the flow guiding effect of the first air blowing device 5, so that the lens of the camera 42 is prevented from being in a fuzzy state.
Further, in order to avoid the disinfection spray in front of the camera 42 from volatilizing towards the direction of the camera 42, and further causing the visibility in front of the camera 42 to be reduced, thereby affecting the visual field range of video monitoring, as shown in fig. 1-fig. 2, the present application further includes two second air blowing devices 6, the two second air blowing devices 6 are respectively installed at two sides of the supporting rod 40 and are arranged in an inclined manner in the vertical direction, and the inclined directions of the two second air blowing devices 6 are opposite.
It should also be noted that while the embodiments of the present application have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the application, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
