Based on the above hardware structure, the embodiment of the flow service exception control method of the present invention is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a flow service exception control method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the flow service exception control method includes the steps of:
and step S10, when the current stream service unit is detected to be abnormal, determining the playing stop position.
It should be noted that, one IPTV CDN node cluster includes multiple session control units and multiple stream service units, where in the IPTV streaming media playing service, the session control unit controls the stream service units to provide video playing services transmitted based on a User Datagram Protocol (UDP), and when detecting that a current stream service unit of the stream service units is abnormal, a current playing stop position may be determined, where the abnormality may generally include a disk abnormality, a network abnormality, other abnormalities of the stream service units, and the like, and this embodiment does not limit this.
And step S20, selecting a target stream service unit from the CDN node cluster.
It should be noted that, when the current stream service unit is abnormal, the session control unit selects another normal stream service unit from the node cluster, that is, selects the target stream service unit from the CDN node cluster of the IPTV.
Step S30, providing UDP media stream for the user at the playing stop position through the target stream service unit.
It should be noted that, the target streaming service unit can send the media stream based on the UDP transmission mode to the user terminal at the playing position corresponding to the abnormal time of the streaming service unit, that is, at the playing termination position, so as to provide the playing service for the user, that is, continue to provide the subsequent video stream to the user, so that the streaming media service being played when the streaming service unit is abnormal is not affected, and the playing is not interrupted.
According to the scheme, when the current stream service unit is detected to be abnormal, the playing stopping position is determined; selecting a target flow service unit from the CDN node cluster; the target stream service unit provides the user with the UDP media stream at the playing interruption position, a normal stream service unit can be selected for switching under the condition that the stream service unit is abnormal, the switching playing process of the stream service unit is short, a new stream service unit can always start to send a subsequent media stream before the user plays the playing interruption position, and the user can not feel playing interruption; meanwhile, the offset of the media streams before and after switching is normally connected, so that a user does not feel obvious jamming, picture switching and the like; the media playing of the service provided by the stream service unit can be smoothly switched to the other stream service units to continue providing the service, the user playing is not affected in the period, the playing is not interrupted, the stream media playing is switched to be highly available, the high availability of the system service is favorably improved, and the service satisfaction is improved; the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a flow service exception control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the flow service exception control method according to the second embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, before the step S10, the flow service exception control method further includes the following steps:
step S01, the session control unit receives the status information reported by the current flow service unit, and determines whether the current flow service unit is abnormal according to the status information.
It should be noted that the session control unit may receive the state information reported by the current flow service unit through the state information actively reported by the flow service unit, or through a periodic detection manner of the flow service unit, and may determine whether the state of the current flow service unit is abnormal according to the state information.
In a specific implementation, for example, the streaming service unit performs disk detection while providing the playing service; the stream service unit detects that a disk provided with a disk reading service is abnormal (for example, a disk is bad), reports the disk abnormality to the session control unit, and provides information such as currently played time offset, and the session control unit can judge whether the current stream service unit is abnormal according to the information reported by the current stream service unit.
According to the scheme, the session control unit receives the state information reported by the current stream service unit, and determines whether the current stream service unit is abnormal or not according to the state information, so that whether the current stream service unit is abnormal or not can be determined in time, the stream media service being played is not affected, the playing is not interrupted, the playing continuity of the stream media service is ensured, the speed and the efficiency of stream media playing recovery are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a flow of the method for controlling abnormal flow service according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the third embodiment of the method for controlling abnormal flow service according to the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S01 specifically includes the following steps:
step S011, the session control unit receives system state information and/or heartbeat state information reported by the current flow service unit, and determines whether the current flow service unit is abnormal or not according to the system state information and/or heartbeat state information.
It should be noted that, while providing the playing service, the streaming service unit may detect a system state affecting the playing service, and if a system abnormality is detected, report system state information and/or heartbeat state information to the session control unit, where the system state information may be disk state information, network state information, and the like, and may also include system related information of other streaming service units, the heartbeat state information is heartbeat information that periodically acquires a health state of the streaming service unit itself, and whether the current streaming service unit is abnormal or not may be determined by the system state information and/or the heartbeat state information.
In a specific implementation, a session control unit periodically detects the health state of a stream service unit through heartbeat, and specifically, components in a node cluster include a heartbeat for controlling the session control unit and the stream service unit to send information such as the health state and load of the components to the same multicast address, and monitor and receive heartbeats of other components, so that the components can conveniently know information such as the load health state of other components in the cluster, and select the stream service unit for the session control unit to provide stream service for a user, and provide a basis for a load strategy.
It can be understood that, under the condition that other exceptions of the flow service unit cannot be reported actively, the exception can be solved through a heartbeat mechanism, so that high availability is realized; a heartbeat mechanism with a short period (for example, 0.5 to 1 second) is provided between the session control unit and the stream service unit, and is used for reporting a load condition, detecting a health state, and the like.
It should be understood that, by obtaining the heartbeat state information, the problem that the stream service unit is abnormal but cannot actively report the high availability of the play switching under the conditions of the abnormal stream service unit is solved, the user playing in the switching process is not affected, and the playing is not interrupted.
According to the scheme, the session control unit receives the system state information and/or heartbeat state information reported by the current stream service unit, and determines whether the current stream service unit is abnormal or not according to the system state information and/or heartbeat state information, so that the abnormal condition of the stream service unit can be known in time, corresponding measures are taken quickly, the continuity of stream media service playing is ensured, the speed and efficiency of stream media playing recovery are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a flow of a fourth embodiment of the method for controlling abnormal flow service according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the fourth embodiment of the method for controlling abnormal flow service according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S10 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S11, when detecting that the current stream service unit is abnormal, controlling the current stream service unit to stop playing, and acquiring the occurrence time of the last playing control and the abnormal time when detecting the abnormality.
It should be noted that, when detecting that the current streaming service unit is abnormal, the current streaming service unit is controlled to stop playing, that is, the streaming service unit stops sending the media stream to the user terminal, and stops playing, and the session control unit may obtain an occurrence time of the last playing control and an abnormal time when the abnormality is detected, where the playing control may be a play start operation, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment; the occurrence time of the last playing control and the abnormal time when the abnormality is detected can be reported to the session control unit by the stream service unit along with the abnormal state information.
And step S12, generating playing offset position information according to the occurrence time and the abnormal time.
It can be understood that the play offset position can be obtained by calculating the difference between the occurrence time and the abnormal time, and then the play offset position information can be generated according to the play offset position.
In a specific implementation, the information corresponding to the occurrence time and the abnormal time may be reported to the session control unit by the stream service unit along with the abnormal state, and for the case that the stream service unit is detected to be abnormal by the session control unit, the play position offset is calculated by the session control unit according to the occurrence time of the last play control of the play and the difference between the occurrence time and the detected abnormal time.
In the specific implementation, after the session control unit does not receive the heartbeat message of the streaming service unit within 2 heartbeat periods, the state of the streaming service unit is judged to be abnormal, a current playing termination instruction is actively initiated to the streaming service unit, and a new streaming service unit is selected to initiate a playing switching instruction; meanwhile, when the stream service unit does not receive the heartbeat message of the session control unit within 2 heartbeat cycles, the related stream service of this time is actively stopped, so as to avoid the situation that a plurality of stream service units repeatedly send media streams to the same user terminal; before sending a switching playing instruction to the stream service unit, the session control unit calculates a new playing time offset according to the locally recorded time when the last playing control (such as starting playing operation and the like) occurs and the difference value between the time and the detected abnormal time, and updates the new playing time offset to a time offset part with preset playing control parameters; for example, if a 10:10:00 user starts playing with an initial time offset of 0 seconds, if a 10:35:00 detects a streaming service unit failure, the new play offset time is considered to be 25 minutes 0 seconds, i.e. 1500 seconds.
And step S13, determining the playing stopping position according to the playing offset position information.
It should be understood that, according to the play offset position information, the relevant play offset can be determined, and according to the play offset and the abnormal time, the play stop position can be accurately determined.
According to the scheme, when the current stream service unit is detected to be abnormal, the current stream service unit is controlled to stop playing, and the occurrence time of the last playing control and the abnormal time when the abnormality is detected are obtained; generating play offset position information according to the occurrence time and the abnormal time; and determining the playing stopping position according to the playing offset position information, and accurately obtaining the playing stopping position, so that preparation is made for rapidly recovering the streaming media playing, the continuity of the streaming media service playing is ensured, the speed and the efficiency of the streaming media playing recovery are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a fifth embodiment of the flow service abnormality control method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the fifth embodiment of the flow service abnormality control method according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S20 specifically includes the following steps:
step S21, selecting a target streaming service unit from the CDN node cluster according to a preset play control parameter, where the preset play control parameter is a play control parameter that is set by a session control unit and a user terminal through signaling interaction, and negotiation in advance.
It should be noted that, according to the preset play control parameter, a stream service unit matched with the preset play control parameter may be selected from a CDN node cluster of an IPTV as a target stream service unit, where the target stream service unit needs to obtain corresponding media content from a higher node; before the terminal starts playing, the session control unit performs Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) signaling session interaction with the user terminal, where the interaction mode may be to describe DESCIBE, set SETUP, PLAY, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited to this; the preset playing control parameters of the user terminal, that is, the playing control parameters set by the negotiation in advance, are obtained by negotiation, and the preset playing control parameters may include a UDP transmission mode (for example, an IP and a port of the user terminal for receiving a media stream), a playing time offset, and the like.
In the embodiment, through the above scheme, signaling interaction is performed between the session control unit and the user terminal, and a preset play control parameter is obtained through negotiation; selecting a target stream service unit from the CDN node cluster according to the preset playing control parameter, so that the fast switching of the stream media playing can be realized, the user playing is not influenced during the switching, the playing is not interrupted, the stream media playing switching is highly available, the high availability of the system service is favorably improved, and the service satisfaction is improved; the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a sixth embodiment of the flow service exception control method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the sixth embodiment of the flow service exception control method according to the present invention is proposed based on the fifth embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S21 specifically includes the following steps:
step S211, detecting whether a media stream copy exists in the currently controlled available stream service unit of the CDN node cluster.
It should be noted that, a plurality of stream service units exist in the CDN node cluster, where the stream service units include currently-controlled available stream service units, currently-controlled unavailable stream service units, and currently-uncontrolled stream service units, and at this time, the currently-controlled available stream service units may be further screened to determine whether a media stream copy exists in the currently-controlled available stream service units; of course, the number of the available stream service units is not limited and is determined according to the actual situation; the media stream copies are backup copies which are stored in a stream service unit and are the same as currently played media stream data, if the media stream copies exist, the media stream copies are stored in the stream service unit, one stream service unit stores one media stream copy, and one media content in a CDN node cluster of an IPTV can have a plurality of media content copies which are respectively stored in a plurality of different stream service units; generally, the session control unit may send a preset play control parameter to a streaming service unit containing a copy of the media content, and request the streaming service unit to provide a play service to the user terminal.
Step S212, when the media stream copy exists, selecting one stream service unit from the available stream service units stored with the media stream copy as a target stream service unit according to the preset playing control parameter.
It can be understood that, when the media stream copy exists, in order to save the time for switching and playing, one stream service unit may be directly selected from the plurality of stream service units in which the media stream copy is stored as a target stream service unit, the selection may be performed in a random manner or according to some selection conditions, where the selection conditions may be load and link cost are low, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
In a specific implementation, after receiving the abnormal report of the stream service unit, the session control unit may update the time offset portion of the abnormal preset playing control parameter according to the playing time offset reported by the stream service unit, and send the updated preset playing control parameter to the stream service unit where the media stream copy is located, to notify the switching of playing, that is, the stream service unit continues to provide a subsequent media content playing service to the user terminal from the new playing time offset position according to the updated preset playing control parameter.
Step S213, when there is no media stream copy, selecting a stream service unit with a cluster load smaller than a preset load threshold value from the available stream service units as a target stream service unit according to the preset play control parameter.
It can be understood that, when the media stream copy does not exist, a stream service unit with a lighter cluster load is selected as a target stream service unit for switching to be performed smoothly, that is, a stream service unit with a cluster load smaller than a preset load threshold is selected from all available stream service units in a CDN node cluster of an IPTV as a target stream service unit, where the preset load threshold is a preset load value, and may be adjusted according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In a specific implementation, when the media stream copy does not exist, a streaming service unit with a light cluster load may be selected to perform switching playing, at this time, the streaming service unit obtains the media content from the upper node according to the updated playing time offset, the media content obtained by the streaming service unit is the media stream sent by the upper node from the playing time offset position, that is, the streaming service unit obtains the media stream from the upper node and sends the media stream to the user terminal at the same time, that is, the streaming service unit receives the media stream sent by the upper node and immediately forwards the media stream to the user terminal without waiting for the media stream to be completely received and then forwards the media stream.
It should be understood that the user terminal usually has a certain content buffer, the switching playing process of the streaming service unit is very short, a new streaming service unit can often start to be sent before the user plays to the "playing interruption position", and the user does not feel the playing interruption; meanwhile, the offset of the media streams before and after switching is normally connected, so that a user does not feel obvious jamming, picture switching and the like; therefore, the original playing on the abnormal stream service unit is smoothly transited to the service provided by the new stream service unit, and the playing of the user is not affected and is not interrupted.
According to the scheme, whether the media stream copy exists is detected; when the media stream copies exist, selecting the stream service units stored in the media stream copies from a CDN node cluster of an IPTV according to the preset playing control parameters as target stream service units; when the media stream copy does not exist, selecting a stream service unit with a cluster load smaller than a preset load threshold value from a CDN node cluster of the IPTV as a target stream service unit according to the preset play control parameter; the method can further shorten the time for switching the playing, realize the quick switching of the playing of the streaming media, ensure that the playing of the user is not influenced during the switching period, the playing is not interrupted, the playing switching of the streaming media is highly available, and the method is favorable for improving the high availability of the system service and the service satisfaction; the user experience is improved.
Further, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a seventh embodiment of the method for controlling flow service exception according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the seventh embodiment of the method for controlling flow service exception according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the step S30 specifically includes the following steps:
and step S31, sending the UDP-based media stream from the playback suspension location to the target IP and the target port corresponding to the user through the target stream service unit.
It can be understood that the target IP and the target port are a receiving end IP and a port designated by a user terminal of a user; the session control unit controls other streaming service units to continue providing services from the play stop position, and actually requires other streaming service units to perform new play according to preset play control parameters such as the target IP and the target port related to abnormal play, and play offset, that is, to send a media stream to the specified target IP and the target port from the play stop position.
It should be understood that, considering that the client usually has a certain content buffer, the switching playing process of the streaming service unit is very short, and a new streaming service unit can often start to send a subsequent media stream before the user plays the "playing interruption", and the user does not feel the playing interruption; meanwhile, the offset of the media streams before and after switching is normally connected, so that a user does not feel obvious jamming, picture switching and the like; therefore, the original playing on the abnormal stream service unit is smoothly transited to the service provided by the new stream service unit, and the playing of the user is not affected and is not interrupted.
In this embodiment, by using the above scheme, a UDP-based media stream is sent to a target IP and a target port corresponding to a user through the target stream service unit from the play suspension position; the method can select the normal stream service unit to switch under the condition that the stream service unit is abnormal, the switching and playing process of the stream service unit is short, a new stream service unit can always start to send a subsequent media stream before a user plays a 'playing interruption position', and the user can not feel playing interruption; meanwhile, the offset of the media streams before and after switching is normally connected, so that a user does not feel obvious jamming, picture switching and the like; the media playing of the service provided by the stream service unit can be smoothly switched to the other stream service units to continue providing the service, the user playing is not affected in the period, the playing is not interrupted, the stream media playing is switched to be highly available, the high availability of the system service is favorably improved, and the service satisfaction is improved; the user experience is improved.
Correspondingly, the invention further provides a flow service exception control system.

Correspondingly, the invention further provides a flow service exception control system.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a data processing flow chart of the flow service exception control system according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
It should be understood that the flow service exception control system includes a session control unit, a flow service unit, and a user terminal; the session control unit is used for controlling external content to be output to the streaming service unit, the external content comprises external data transmission data such as streaming media copies, and the external content can be generally stored in different streaming service units; the session control unit is also used for maintaining a content copy of the stream service unit, managing the session control unit and the stream service unit, providing a node internal load balancing function, namely providing a user service access interface for the outside, and dispatching a request to the session control unit according to a load condition after receiving a user request; the stream service unit can manage local storage and detect the state of the hard disk, can also receive session control, sends media streams and the like to a receiving end according to the play information provided by the session control unit, and reports the content, the current load, the health state and other information in real time or periodically; the streaming service unit may obtain the corresponding media content to the upper node according to the play time offset.
It should be noted that, as shown in the figure, 1, a play request, RTSP signaling interaction, negotiation to obtain a play control parameter, that is, a user terminal initiates an RTSP play request to a session control unit, the session control unit and the user terminal perform RTSP signaling session interaction, and negotiation to obtain a preset play control parameter of the user terminal, including a UDP transmission mode (IP and port of the user terminal for receiving a media stream), play time offset, and the like.
It can be understood that, as shown in the figure, 2, sending the play control parameter, and requesting to play, that is, the session control unit sends the preset play control parameter to a streaming service unit X containing a copy of the media content, and requests the streaming service unit X to provide a play service to the user terminal; media content copy description: media content is stored in a streaming service unit, one copy of the media content is stored in one streaming service unit, and one piece of the media content in an IPTV node cluster can have a plurality of copies of the media content and is respectively stored in a plurality of different streaming service units; as shown in the figure, 3, sending the UDP-based transmission media stream, and providing the continuous playing service, that is, the stream service unit X sends the UDP-based transmission media stream to the user terminal according to the preset playing control parameter provided by the session control unit, and provides the continuous playing service, which may be: the media stream for UDP based transport starting from the specified playout time offset is sent to the user terminal IP and port.
It should be understood that, as shown in the figure, 4, the disk state is detected, and a disk failure is detected, that is, the stream service unit X performs disk detection while providing the playing service; as shown in the figure, 5, reporting the disk fault and providing the play time offset information; that is, the stream service unit X detects that a disk abnormality (for example, a disk is bad) is providing a disk reading service, reports the disk abnormality to the session control unit, and provides information such as a currently played time offset; as shown in fig. 6, the transmission of the media stream is stopped, and the playback is terminated, that is, the streaming service unit X stops transmitting the media stream to the user terminal, and stops the playback.
It can be understood that, as shown in the figure, 7, the updated playing control parameter is sent, and the playing is switched, that is, after the session control unit receives the abnormal report from the disk of the streaming service unit X, the abnormal preset playing control parameter (time offset part) is updated according to the playing time offset reported by the streaming service unit X, and the updated preset playing control parameter is sent to the streaming service unit Y where the second copy of the media content is located, so as to notify the switching of the playing.
It should be understood that, as shown in the figure, 8, requesting to obtain content from the upper node according to the play time offset, that is, if the media content does not have the second copy in the cluster node, selecting the streaming service unit Y with lighter cluster load to switch to play, where the streaming service unit Y obtains the media content from the upper node according to the updated play time offset, and the media content obtained by the streaming service unit Y is a media stream sent by the upper node from the play time offset position; as shown in the figure, 9, the uninterrupted play service is continuously provided from the updated play offset position, that is, the streaming service unit Y continuously provides the subsequent media content play service to the user terminal from the new play time offset position according to the updated preset play control parameter, if the second copy of the media content does not exist, the streaming service unit Y sends the media stream to the user terminal while acquiring the media stream from the upper node, that is, the streaming service unit receives the media stream sent by the upper node, and immediately forwards the media stream to the user terminal without waiting for the media stream to be completely received and then forwards the media stream.
It should be noted that, the user terminal usually has a certain content buffer, the switching and playing process of the streaming service unit is very short, a new streaming service unit can often start sending before the user plays the "playing interruption", and the user does not feel the playing interruption; meanwhile, the offset of the media streams before and after switching is normally connected, so that a user does not feel obvious jamming, picture switching and the like; therefore, the original playing on the abnormal stream service unit is smoothly transited to the service provided by the new stream service unit, and the playing of the user is not affected and is not interrupted.
Further, fig. 11 is a data processing flow chart of the second embodiment of the flow service exception control system according to the present invention.
It should be noted that the flow service exception control system is composed of a session control unit and a flow service unit; firstly, as shown in the figure, 1, a play request, RTSP signaling interaction, negotiation to obtain a play control parameter, that is, a user terminal initiates an RTSP play request to a session control unit, the session control unit and the user terminal perform RTSP signaling session interaction, and negotiation to obtain a preset play control parameter of the user terminal, including UDP transmission mode (IP and port of the user terminal for receiving a media stream) and play time offset, etc.
It should be noted that the flow service exception control system supports that, in the case that other exceptions of the flow service unit cannot be reported actively, the exception can be solved through a heartbeat mechanism, thereby achieving high availability.
It can be understood that, between the session control unit and the streaming service unit, there is a heartbeat mechanism with a short period (for example, 0.5 to 1 second) for reporting the load condition, detecting the health status, and the like; optionally, a multicast mode may be adopted to send heartbeats, and all components in the node send heartbeats to the same multicast address and monitor heartbeats of other components at the same time.
In the specific implementation, as shown in the figure, 4, no heartbeat of the streaming service unit X is received, 5, waiting for 2 heartbeat cycles without receiving a heartbeat, that is, after the session control unit does not receive a heartbeat message of the streaming service unit within 2 heartbeat cycles, 6, sending an instruction to stop playing the service, that is, judging that the state of the streaming service unit X is abnormal, actively initiating a current playing termination instruction to the streaming service unit X, and 7, no heartbeat of the session control unit is received, that is, selecting a new streaming service unit Y to initiate a playing switching instruction by referring to the manner of the first embodiment; meanwhile, 8, waiting for 2 heartbeat cycles, not receiving the heartbeat, and 9 actively stopping the current streaming service, that is, when the streaming service unit does not receive the heartbeat message of the session control unit in 2 heartbeat cycles, the current related streaming service is also actively stopped, so as to avoid the situation that a plurality of streaming service units repeatedly send media streams to the same user terminal.
It can be understood that, as shown in the figure, 10, the local service end related playing information is reported; namely, the stream service unit X reports the local service ending related playing information to the session control unit; as shown in the figure, 11, the transmission of the media stream is stopped, and the playing is stopped, that is, the streaming service unit X stops transmitting the media stream to the user terminal, and stops playing.
It should be understood that, as shown in the figure, 12 calculates the play time offset, that is, before sending the play switching instruction to the streaming service unit Y, the session control unit calculates a new play time offset according to the locally recorded time when the last play control (such as start play operation, etc.) of the play occurs and the difference between the time and the detected abnormal time, and updates the new play time offset to the time offset part of the preset play control parameter; for example, if a 10:10:00 user starts playing with an initial time offset of 0 seconds, if a 10:35:00 detects a streaming service unit failure, the new play offset time is considered to be 25 minutes 0 seconds, i.e. 1500 seconds.
It can be understood that, as shown in the figure, 13, the updated playing control parameter is sent, and the playing is switched, that is, after the session control unit receives the report of the abnormal heartbeat of the streaming service unit X, the abnormal preset playing control parameter (time offset part) is updated according to the playing time offset reported by the streaming service unit X, and the updated preset playing control parameter is sent to the streaming service unit Y where the second copy of the media content is located, so as to notify the switching of the playing.
It should be understood that, as shown in the figure, 14, a request is made to the upper node to acquire content according to the play time offset, that is, if the media content does not have the second copy in the cluster node, the streaming service unit Y with a lighter cluster load is selected to switch to play, at this time, the streaming service unit Y acquires the media content to the upper node according to the updated play time offset, and the media content acquired by the streaming service unit Y is the media stream sent by the upper node from the play time offset position; as shown in the figure, 15, the uninterrupted play service is continuously provided from the updated play offset position, that is, the streaming service unit Y continuously provides the subsequent media content play service to the user terminal from the new play time offset position according to the updated preset play control parameter, if the second copy of the media content does not exist, the streaming service unit Y sends the media stream to the user terminal while acquiring the media stream from the upper node, that is, the streaming service unit receives the media stream sent by the upper node, and immediately forwards the media stream to the user terminal without waiting for the media stream to be completely received and then forwards the media stream.
It should be noted that the processes of other play negotiation establishment, play switching, and the like in this embodiment are similar to the data processing flow of the first embodiment; by the embodiment, the problem that the stream service unit is abnormal (such as the network abnormal stream service unit is down) can be solved, and users playing in the switching process are not affected and playing is not interrupted.
