The application mode or scene of the registration-free or registration-required announcement chain service website system disclosed by the scheme of the invention comprises the following steps: enterprises and public institutions, group companies, vertical administrative management organizations such as production safety or food safety supervision organizations at all levels in the country, education organizations or medical organizations and the like, and can also provide credit authentication service of a data tamper-proof announcement chain for more extensive public individuals or organization users without any membership; for example, a certain organization governs a plurality of levels of widely distributed subordinate organizations or subordinate organizations on businesses, if the information reported daily is confidential, summary calculation is performed first and then an announcement chain is submitted for announcement, or the information without confidentiality is directly submitted for announcement, so that anyone can not modify the information submitted for announcement any more, and normal modification can be performed to continue to submit the announcement.
One-way hash function related information is well known in the art, and there are many one-way hash functions to choose from, for example: MD5, SHA, etc., which also include a CRC algorithm and the output of which is also referred to herein as a hash value for ease of uniform description in this scenario.
The Chinese characters of the scheme specification of the invention are input by Chinese pinyin, and individual homophonic or near-phonetic word errors can exist, but the correct original meaning can be generally recognized and known.

receiving data to be announced, namely receiving announcement data to be announced and announcement data ID thereof;
adding an announcement record step, namely newly adding an announcement record in the announcement linked list and recording the contents of the data items of the announcement serial number, the announcement data ID, the announcement time and the previous announcement hash value;
combining announcement record information, namely combining the contents of the announcement serial number, announcement data ID, announcement time and data items of the previous announcement hash value in the newly added announcement record into hash function input information according to a public splicing combination method;
obtaining and writing bulletin hash values, namely inputting the hash function input information into the public one-way hash function and writing the output hash value into the bulletin hash value data item in the newly added bulletin record;
