Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
The application provides two information display methods, and some embodiments of the information display method provided by the application can be applied to terminal application. Taking a takeout application for ordering takeout or a shopping application for ordering goods as an example of a terminal application, when a user orders takeout or goods, when the takeout or shopping application presents a target page for purchasing the food or goods to the user, there may be a case where the user cannot decide which food or goods to order in a short time due to various reasons. In this case, some users may leave the target page currently used for choosing food or merchandise, and the merchant may lose some customer resources.
The target page may refer to a page for displaying the goods provided by the target merchant. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first schematic view of an application scenario of the information display method provided by the present application, where the page shown in fig. 1 may specifically be a page for providing food for a merchant a, and the page for providing food for the merchant a shown in fig. 1 may also be referred to as a store home page of the merchant a.
When the user enters the page of the food provided by the merchant a through the takeaway application, there may be a case where the user cannot decide which food to order in a short time because the food provided by the merchant a on the page is numerous.
In order to solve the problem that the user cannot decide which food to order for a short time when entering the page shown in fig. 1, and therefore leaves the page to cause loss of customer resources, when the user enters the page shown in fig. 1, a bubble component for guiding the user to purchase the food provided by the merchant a is displayed on the page. Wherein, the bubble component can be the cartoon animation of the 'help you click' prompt box entry and the 'little bear' in the prompt box entry shown in fig. 1. Of course, it is understood that the bubble component can also be a reminder strip containing other text and other types of animation material. Of course, besides showing the bubble component in the page shown in fig. 1, other forms of prompting components may be used instead, for example, the prompting component may also be in the form of an icon.
The user clicks the "help you click" prompt box entry in the page shown in fig. 1, and the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 can be displayed in the take-away application. Fig. 3 is a third schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information presentation method provided in the present application. In fig. 3, a meal provided by the merchant a, which is recommended to the user for shopping, is shown. In other words, the user may enter the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 by clicking the "help you click" prompt box entry in the page shown in fig. 1, and the meal recommendation page may recommend the meal provided by the merchant a for shopping to the user.
By viewing the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3, the user can quickly select which meals to buy, without having to look at a large number of meals in the page shown in fig. 1 and select a meal to be bought among the large number of meals. Therefore, the user can recommend the food to the user by clicking the displayed bubble component on the page shown in fig. 1, which undoubtedly brings great help to the user when choosing the food.
Of course, when the user enters the page shown in fig. 1, in a case where the food provided by the merchant a is not purchased, a sliding operation may be performed with respect to the food list provided by the page shown in fig. 1 to browse the food provided in the page 1. When the user slides the list of the food items, it may be considered that the user may be uncertain about which food items are selected for purchase temporarily, and at this time, in the page shown in fig. 1, a cartoon animation of a "little bear" is shown in a dynamic form. For example, a hand of a "bear" may be swiftly presented to attract the user to click on the "help you click" prompt box entry.
Through displaying the cartoon animation of the 'little bear' in a dynamic form in the page shown in the figure 1, a user is attracted to click the 'help you click' prompt frame entry to enter the meal recommendation page shown in the figure 3, and the page shown in the figure 3 helps the user select the selected meal. Therefore, by implementing the information display method in the takeaway application, the problem of user loss can be well solved.
To further enhance prompting the user to click on the bubble component in the page, if the user enters the page shown in fig. 1 for a predetermined length of time, which may be 10 seconds for example, if the user has not selected a meal after 10 seconds, the bubble component is replaced with the bubble component shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a second schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information presentation method provided in the present application. The pages shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 are both pages for providing food by merchant a, and the difference is that the contents displayed by the bubble component in the page shown in fig. 1 and the page shown in fig. 2 are slightly different.
Specifically, the bubble unit shown in the page shown in fig. 1 is taken as the first bubble unit, and the bubble unit shown in the page shown in fig. 2 is taken as the second bubble unit. The second bubble component can be the "entanglement draft point" shown in fig. 2, here the "cue box entry and the" little bear "cartoon animation in the cue box entry. Of course, it is understood that the bubble component can also be a frame bar containing other words and other types of animation materials. In the present embodiment, the second bubble element has an enhanced cue function compared to the first bubble element.
Similarly, the user clicks the "entanglement what point" here "prompt box entry in the page shown in fig. 2, and a meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 can also be displayed. That is, the user can enter the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 by clicking the "entanglement what point here" prompt box entry in the page shown in fig. 2, and the meal recommendation page can recommend the meal provided by the merchant a for shopping to the user. By viewing the meal recommendation page, the user can quickly select which meals to choose for purchase, without having to view a large number of meals in the page as shown in fig. 2, and select the meals to be chosen among the large number of meals,
therefore, by clicking the bubble component displayed on the page shown in fig. 2, the user can also be recommended with food, which undoubtedly brings great help to the user when choosing food.
Certainly, when the user enters the page shown in fig. 2, in the case of not purchasing the food provided by the merchant a, the user may also perform a sliding operation on the food list provided by the page shown in fig. 2, and when the user performs the sliding operation on the food list, it may also be considered that which food the user may temporarily not determine what food the user purchases, and at this time, in the page shown in fig. 2, the cartoon of the "bear" is also displayed in a dynamic form. Like the above, the hand of the little bear can be swung to show so as to attract the user to click the prompt box item of the entangled yarn point here.
After the second bubble unit shown in fig. 2 is displayed for a certain period of time, which may be 5 seconds, for example, if a triggering operation of the second bubble unit by a user is not detected after 5 seconds, the second bubble unit is replaced with the first bubble unit. Namely: the user continues to be presented with the page as shown in figure 1. Of course, after entering the page shown in fig. 2, the user may continue to display the page shown in fig. 1 in the takeaway application while closing the page shown in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, when the page shown in fig. 1 is closed, it corresponds to exiting the shop front page of the merchant a, and when the user enters the shop front page of the merchant a again, the bubble component may not be displayed.
Fig. 1 to fig. 3 described above are diagrams of an application scenario of the information display method of the present application, and an application scenario of the information display method is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the application scenario of the information display method is only one embodiment of the application scenario of the information display method provided by the present application, and the application scenario is provided to facilitate understanding of the information display method provided by the present application, and is not used to limit the information display method provided by the present application. Other application scenarios of the information display method are not described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.

When the first embodiment is introduced, it should be noted that the content of the first embodiment has the same parts as the content of the scene and the content of the second embodiment later, and in order to clearly show the method of the first embodiment, please refer to the description of the scene and the related description of the second embodiment.
When a user uses some applications, the target page needs to be opened and presented. For example, when using a take-away application, a page where merchant a provides a meal needs to be opened to shop for the meal.
Firstly, aiming at the starting operation of a target page, the target page is displayed, and a prompt component for guiding a user to select and purchase commodities provided by a target merchant is displayed on the target page.
The prompting component may be a bubble component as shown in fig. 1, or may be other forms of prompting components, for example, a prompting component in the form of an icon.
As one way to present on the target page a prompt component for directing the user to shop for merchandise offered by the target merchant: a first state of a prompt component for directing a user to shop for merchandise provided by a target merchant is presented on a target page. The first state may be a state showing the first bubble assembly as shown in fig. 1. The state of the first bubble assembly may not be shown.
Step S402: and detecting the operation information of the target page.
And then, detecting the operation information of the target page. Specifically, detecting the operation information on the target page may refer to detecting a trigger operation of purchasing a commodity provided by the target merchant. The operation information for the target page may also be: and detecting that the user does not click to settle accounts for a period of time after purchasing the commodities.
Step S403: and changing the state of the display prompt component in response to the fact that the operation information of the target page meets the preset condition.
And after the triggering operation of the commodities provided by the selective target merchant is detected, responding to the condition that the operation information of the target page meets the preset condition, and changing the state of the display prompt component.
In this embodiment, as the operation information in response to the user meeting the preset condition, changing the state of the display prompting component may refer to: and in response to the condition that no triggering operation for purchasing the commodities provided by the target merchant exists within the first preset time range, changing the first state of the prompting component into the second state and displaying the second state.
At this time, the first state, if it is a state showing the first bubble unit as shown in fig. 1, may refer to a state showing the second bubble unit as shown in fig. 2. The first state, if a state in which the first bubble unit is not shown, the second state may refer to a state in which the first bubble unit is shown as shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, as the operation information in response to the user meeting the preset condition, changing the state of the display prompting component may refer to: and in response to the trigger operation of not clicking the settlement within a third preset time range, changing the first state of the prompting component into a third state and displaying the third state. The third state may be a third bubble component for indicating that the user is reminded to settle.
Specifically, after the user clicks the prompt component in the first state, the commodity recommendation page is displayed. And responding to the user closing the recommendation page on the commodity recommendation page, returning to the shop front page, and redisplaying the first state on the shop front page.
For example, after the user clicks on the first bubble component "help you click" in the page as shown in FIG. 1, the meal recommendation page shown in FIG. 3 is presented. When the user closes the meal recommendation page of fig. 3, the first bubble assembly of fig. 1 is redisplayed.
In this embodiment, the condition meeting the preset condition may be that there is no triggering operation for selecting a commodity provided by the target merchant within a first preset time range, for example, if the user does not perform a purchase adding operation for a commodity on the front page of the store within 5 seconds, the state of the display prompting component is changed to change the first state into the second state and the second state is displayed. For example, the first bubble assembly shown in fig. 1 is changed to a second bubble assembly.
The condition that the preset condition is met may also be that there is no triggering operation for selecting the commodities provided by the target merchant within a fourth preset time range, for example, if the user does not perform the purchase adding operation for the commodities on the front page of the store within 15 seconds, the state of the display prompting component is changed to change the first state to the fourth state and the fourth state is displayed. For example, the first bubble assembly shown in fig. 1 is changed to a fourth bubble assembly representing a customized package for the user.
The condition meeting the preset condition may also be a trigger operation of purchasing package commodities within a fifth preset time range, for example, if the user purchases 1 package of commodities additionally, the state of the display prompt component is changed to change the first state to the fifth state and display the fifth state. For example, the first bubble assembly shown in FIG. 1 is changed to a fifth bubble assembly indicating that a package has been selected.
The condition that the preset condition is met may also be that the state of the display prompting component is changed to the first state to the sixth state and the display is performed if the triggering operation of the package commodity is selected and purchased within the sixth preset time range and the completion of the reduction and completion is completed. For example, the first bubble assembly shown in fig. 1 is modified to indicate that a package has been selected and a reduction-to-fullness is completed.
Step S404: and displaying the commodities provided by the target merchants recommended to be purchased in response to the triggering operation of the prompting component.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: after changing the first state of the prompting component into a second state and displaying, detecting a trigger operation aiming at the prompting component; and in response to the fact that the triggering operation for the prompting component is not detected within the second preset time range, changing the second state of the prompting component into the first state on the target page and displaying the second state.
In this embodiment, the prompt component has animation material for prompting the user to trigger the prompt component.
In this embodiment, while the target page is displayed, a prompt component for guiding the user to selectively purchase the commodities provided by the target merchant is displayed on the target page, so that the user can display the commodities provided by the target merchant recommended to be selectively purchased for the user after triggering the prompt component. The user can select the commodities from the recommended and purchased commodities, so that the problem of how to recommend the commodities to the user in the ordering process or the commodities to the user in the shopping process is solved.
Second embodiment
A second embodiment of the present application provides another information displaying method, which is described below with reference to fig. 5.

In the present embodiment, the takeaway application is taken as an example, and when the user orders takeaway, when the takeaway application presents the user with a target page for purchasing food items, the user may have a situation where it is not possible to decide which food items to order in a short time. In this situation, some users may leave the target page currently used for choosing food, and the merchant may lose some customer resources.
In order to solve the situation of merchant customer source loss, in this embodiment, the bubble component is displayed on the target page, and when the user clicks the bubble component, the food provided by the target merchant recommended to the user for purchasing can be displayed. By the method, the food can be better recommended to the user, and the problem that the user leaves a target page of the food provided by a merchant due to the fact that the user is difficult to select the food in the ordering process is solved.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a target page. Specifically, the target page may be a page where the merchant a provides the food, and the user may select the food on the page. The page for providing food by merchant a shown in fig. 1 may also be referred to as the shop front page of merchant a.
Since the currently displayed page is the target page, when ordering take-out using the take-out application, as a way of displaying the target page: the target page may be presented based on a start operation for the target page. Namely: when entering the take-out application, in the page displayed with a plurality of commercial tenants, when the identification of the corresponding commercial tenant A in the page is clicked, the page provided with the food by the commercial tenant A can be opened and displayed.
As shown in fig. 1, currently displayed are meals in the category of "high attention" under the category of "order. In the page, the category of food is divided into categories such as high attention, new product preference, optional product, delicious fruit, happy breakfast, beyond value purchase and new product strong explosion. A plurality of meals are correspondingly arranged under each category. In other words, in the page where the merchant a provides the meal, a plurality of meals are displayed. Making it difficult for the user to select the meal. For example, in the currently displayable area, the category "high attention" displays "item 1" and "item 2".
In order to facilitate the recommendation of the food provided by the commercial tenant A to the user, the bubble component is displayed on the displayed target page.
Step S502: and displaying a bubble component for guiding the user to shop for the commodities provided by the target merchant on the target page.
While the step S501 of presenting the target page is executed, the step S502 is executed: and displaying a bubble component for guiding the user to shop for the commodities provided by the target merchant on the target page. In fact, step S501 is not in the order of step S502.
Specifically, as a way of displaying a bubble component for guiding a user to shop for goods provided by a target merchant on a target page: and displaying the first bubble component on the target page at the same time of displaying the target page.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, the first bubble component can be the "help you click" prompt box entry shown in FIG. 1 with a cartoon animation of a "bear" in the prompt box entry. Of course, it is understood that the bubble component can also be a reminder strip containing other text and other types of animation material.
The user clicks the 'help you click' prompt box entry in the page shown in fig. 1, that is, clicks the first bubble component, and the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 can be displayed in the take-away application.
Therefore, by clicking the first bubble assembly displayed on the page shown in fig. 1 to recommend a food item to the user, the user is undoubtedly greatly helped in purchasing the food item.
Of course, it is understood that when the user clicks the first bubble component in the page shown in fig. 1, the page including the food items provided by the merchant a and recommended to the user for shopping is displayed, which is just one embodiment for displaying the food items provided by the merchant a and recommended to the user for shopping, and the food items provided by the merchant a and recommended to the user for shopping can also be directly displayed on the target page.
The above description is about the process of displaying the first bubble component on the target page and displaying the recommended shopping item by clicking the first bubble component. As another way to present the bubble element, it may be that a second bubble element is presented on the destination page.
In this embodiment, the bubble unit may further include a second bubble unit. After the first bubble assembly is displayed on the target page, whether the triggering operation of purchasing the commodities provided by the target merchant is detected is judged. If not, the first bubble assembly is replaced by a second bubble assembly on the target page.
The triggering operation for determining whether the commodity provided by the shopping target merchant is detected may be: and judging whether the triggering operation of purchasing the commodities provided by the target merchant is detected within a first preset time range.
Specifically, as an embodiment showing the second bubble unit, it may refer to: after a user enters a page provided with the food by the merchant A and when the user is judged that the user does not carry out purchasing operation on the food provided by the merchant A within a first preset time range, replacing a first bubble assembly in the page provided with the food by the merchant A with a second bubble assembly.
More specifically, after the page of the food provided by the merchant a is displayed and the first bubble component is displayed, whether the triggering operation of the food provided by the shopping merchant a is detected or not may be determined, and if the triggering operation of the food provided by the shopping merchant a is not detected within a first preset time range, it is determined that the user does not perform the shopping operation for the food provided by the merchant a within the first preset time range. At this time, the first bubble assembly in the page where the merchant a provides the meal is replaced by the second bubble assembly. The first preset time range may be 10 seconds, but may also be other preset time ranges.
Referring to fig. 2, the second bubble component can be the "entanglement draft point" shown in fig. 2, here, the "cue box entry and the" little bear "cartoon animation in the cue box entry. Of course, it is understood that the second bubble assembly can also be a reminder strip containing other text and other types of animation material.
The first bubble assembly shown in fig. 1 differs from the bubble assembly shown in fig. 2 in that the second bubble assembly is more powerful than the first bubble assembly in prompting a user to click. In other words, after the target page shown in fig. 1 is displayed, if the user shopping is not detected within the first preset time range, it is considered that the prompt function of the first bubble assembly may not be strong enough, and then, in order to attract the user to click the bubble assembly, the first bubble assembly is replaced with the second bubble assembly with stronger prompt function.
The first bubble assembly is identical to the second bubble assembly in that each has animation material for prompting a user to trigger the bubble assembly. For example, it may refer to the cartoon animation of "little bear" shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2. In order to attract a user to click on the first bubble assembly in fig. 1 or click on the second bubble assembly in fig. 2, when the user performs a slide trigger operation with respect to a meal item displayed in a page as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, an animation material is displayed in the page as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
For example, when the user previews multiple meals as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the list of meals may be slid, and at this time, a cartoon animation of "little bear" is presented in a dynamic form. Specifically, the hand of the "bear" may be swung to show to attract the user to click the "help you dot" in fig. 1 or the "entanglement what dot" here "prompt box entry in fig. 2.
In this embodiment, the subsequent step S403 is to display the goods provided by the target merchant recommended to the user for purchase based on the triggering operation of the bubble component by the user. Therefore, after displaying the second bubble component, as an embodiment of displaying the goods provided by the target merchant recommended to the user for purchase based on the triggering operation of the user on the bubble component, the following may be mentioned: determining whether a trigger operation for a second bubble assembly is detected; and if so, displaying the commodities provided by the target merchants recommended to be purchased by the user.
Specifically, after presenting the second bubble component, if the user clicks to trigger the second bubble component, a meal recommendation page as shown in fig. 3 may also be presented in the take away application. In other words, whether clicking on the first bubble assembly in fig. 1 or clicking on the second bubble assembly in fig. 2, the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 can be displayed.
The above is a case where the trigger operation for the second bubble unit is detected after the second bubble unit is displayed, in which case the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 is directly displayed.
After the second bubble assembly is displayed, if the triggering operation for the second bubble assembly is not detected within a second preset time range, the second bubble assembly is replaced by the first bubble assembly. I.e. the page as shown in fig. 1 is shown again. The second predetermined time range may be 5 seconds, but may be other predetermined time ranges.
In addition, in this embodiment, before the bubble component for guiding the user to shop for the goods provided by the target merchant is displayed on the target page, it may be further determined whether the target merchant has a condition for displaying the bubble component for guiding the user to shop for the goods provided by the target merchant. And when the target merchant has the condition of displaying the bubble assembly for guiding the user to shop the commodities provided by the target merchant, displaying the bubble assembly for guiding the user to shop the commodities provided by the target merchant on the target page.
For example, while the page shown in fig. 1 is displayed, it is determined whether or not the merchant a has a condition for displaying a bubble component for guiding the user to shop for a commodity provided by the merchant a. On the premise that this condition is satisfied, the first bubble assembly is shown in the page shown in fig. 1.
The condition for displaying the bubble component for guiding the user to shop for the goods provided by the target merchant may be: conditions have been configured to present a bubble component for directing a user to shop for merchandise offered by a target merchant. For example, some merchants are predefined to have conditions for displaying the bubble unit, and the bubble unit is configured for the shop front page of the merchant that is defined to have conditions for displaying the bubble unit. The merchant a may be a merchant satisfying the condition, that is, the bubble assembly is configured on the store front page of the merchant a in advance, so that when the target page shown in fig. 1 is displayed, the first bubble assembly is directly displayed.
Step S503: and displaying the commodities provided by the target merchants recommended to be purchased by the user based on the triggering operation of the user on the bubble component.
In this embodiment, as the display of the goods provided by the target merchant who recommends the purchase to the user, the following method may be used: firstly, displaying a commodity recommendation page; and then, displaying the commodities provided by the target merchants recommended to the user for shopping on the commodity recommendation page.
For example, the food provided by the merchant a who recommends the shopping is presented to the user through the food recommendation page shown in fig. 3. The meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 may be used as an embodiment for displaying the commodities provided by the target merchants recommending the purchases to the user.
Specifically, as a way of displaying the commodity recommendation page, it may be: deleting the target page; and displaying a commodity recommendation page. For example, in a take-out application that orders take-out, the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 is presented, and the target page shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is deleted.
As another way of displaying the commodity recommendation page, the following may be also used: and covering the target page by adopting a commodity recommendation page. For example, in a take-out application for order taking out, the meal recommendation page shown in fig. 3 is displayed to cover the target page shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
In addition, when the target page is covered by the commodity recommendation page, the embodiment further includes: and deleting the commodity recommendation page based on the closing triggering operation aiming at the commodity recommendation page. For example, when the aforementioned item recommendation page shown in fig. 3 is displayed to cover the destination page shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, after the user finishes selecting items on the item recommendation page shown in fig. 3, the page shown in fig. 3 is directly closed. At this time, in the takeaway application, the target page shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2 is also directly presented.
In this embodiment, after the target page is displayed, the bubble component for guiding the user to select and purchase the goods provided by the target merchant is displayed on the target page, so that after the bubble component is triggered, the user can display the goods provided by the target merchant recommended to be selected and purchased for the user. The user can select the commodities from the recommended and purchased commodities, so that the problem of recommending the food for the user in the ordering process is solved.
