Thus, the appearances of the phrases "in one embodiment" or "in an embodiment" in various places throughout this specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
In various embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the sequence numbers of the following processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an information processing method applied to a server, where the method includes:
step 101: and allocating authority identification to the first user account in response to the fact that the received task execution record sent by the terminal logged in by the first user account meets the preset condition.
It should be noted that, the user executes the relevant task through the terminal logged in by the first user account, generates the task execution record, and sends the generated task execution record to the server. And the server allocates resources to be consulted to the first user account in a remote information consultation scene according to the task execution record. Specifically, when the task execution record does not meet the preset condition, it is indicated that the first user account does not complete the related task, and no authority identifier is assigned. And when the task execution record meets the preset condition, indicating that the first user account completes the related task, and distributing the authority identification. The related tasks executed by the terminal logged in by the user through the first user account can pay some time and resource tasks for the user. For example, pay a related fee, the user spends time and effort doing some virtual tasks, such as watching a video, paying attention to public numbers, etc. The preset condition is related to the executed task, and can be set when the task is formulated, so that the user account of the user can be assigned with the authority identification only when the user finishes the specified task.
The right identifier is allocated to perform resource allocation, and in a remote information consultation scene, the right identifier can be understood as an identifier for representing that the user has consultation qualification. The user has consultation qualifications and the message sent by the user account is forwarded to the user account of the consulted user. Specifically, the authority identifier at least includes: a time identification, an identification of at least one second user account matching the first user account. Wherein, the second user account matched with the first user account is the object to be consulted, and at least one object to be consulted can be set. The time identification is generated according to service time range information sent by the terminal through at least one second user account. That is, the second user account logs in the terminal and then transmits a time range within which the second user account can provide the counseling service to the server. Specifically, the time range indicated by the time identifier is the time for the consulted object to provide the consultation service, that is, the user account with the authority identifier can consult the consulted object in the time range.
Step 102: and sending the time range indicated by the time identification and the second user account information corresponding to the identification of the at least one second user account to the terminal for logging in the first user account.
It should be noted that, in the remote information consultation scenario, the server sets, by assigning the authority identifier, a time range within which the first user account can perform consultation and a consulted object during consultation. And then the information is sent to a terminal for logging in the first user account, so that the user to which the first user account belongs can know in time and perform remote consultation. And the second user account information corresponding to the identifier of the at least one second user account is the information of all or part of the second user accounts corresponding to the identifier of the at least one second user account. When the number of the at least one second user account is multiple, the corresponding second user account information may be information of multiple second user accounts, so that the first user account may consult the multiple second user accounts at the same time. Of course, when the number of the at least one second user account is multiple, the corresponding second user account information may be information of any one of the multiple second user accounts, so that the first user account may consult only one second user account.
Step 103: and responding to the received message sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal within the time range indicated by the time mark, and forwarding the message to the terminal logged in by the second user account.
It should be noted that, in the remote information consultation scenario, the consultant sends a consultation message through the first user account login terminal, and the consultant receives the consultation message through the second user account login terminal. Similarly, the consultant sends a reply message through the second user account login terminal, the consultant receives the reply message through the first user account login terminal, and in the process, the server forwards the message, so that the communication between the consultant and the consultant is realized.
Specifically, the time range indicated by the time stamp is a time range for providing the consultation service for the second user account, and the user is qualified to consult in the time range. And forwarding the message to a terminal for logging in the second user account, namely sending the message to the second user account indicated by the second user account information. And meanwhile, when a reply message replied by the second user account through the terminal is received within the time range indicated by the time mark, forwarding the reply message to the terminal logged in by the first user account.
Preferably, the forwarding of the message can be implemented in a producer-consumer mode. Namely, a message pool is set, a producer sends a message to the message pool, and a consumer reads the message from the message pool for processing.
In the embodiment of the invention, in response to the fact that the received task execution record sent by the terminal logged in by the first user account meets the preset condition, the authority identification is distributed to the first user account. Wherein, the authority identifier at least comprises: the time identification is generated according to service time range information sent by the at least one second user account through the terminal. And whether the task execution record meets the preset condition is used as a basis for whether the authority identification is distributed. Wherein, the authority identifier indicates that the account has consultation qualification, and consultation can be carried out on the second user account within the time range indicated by the time identifier. And associating the task executed by the first user account with the distribution authority identifier, taking the task executed by the first user account as a trigger behavior of remote online consultation, and when the task execution record meets a preset condition, performing resource distribution according to a consultable time range provided by the consulted user account. After the authority identification is distributed to the first user account, the time range indicated by the time identification and the second user account information corresponding to the identification of at least one second user account are sent to a terminal logged in by the first user account, so that the first user account can initiate consultation based on the received data. The authority identifier includes a time identifier indicating a time range, and the time range is used as a time range in which the user can consult. And forwarding the message sent by the account with the authority identifier within the time range, namely responding to the received message sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal within the time range indicated by the time identifier, and forwarding the message to the terminal logged in by the second user account. The method and the device for inquiring the service resource of the first user account have the advantages that the task executed by the first user account is used as a triggering behavior of remote online inquiry, when the task execution record meets the preset condition, the resource is distributed according to the consultable time range provided by the consultable user account, further, when the task executed by the first user account meets the preset condition, the first user account is allowed to consult the second user account through distributing the authority identification, the service resource is effectively distributed to the first user account needing to consult within the service time of the second user account, and information transmission between the second user account and the first user account is promoted. Therefore, resource allocation under a whole set of remote information consultation scenes is realized.
Optionally, before the step of forwarding, in response to the received message sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal within the time range indicated by the time identifier, the message to the terminal where the second user account is logged in, the method further includes:
and receiving consultation intention information sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal.
It should be noted that the first user account and the second user account edit information through the respective registered terminals, and the server forwards the information edited by the terminals, and the two terminals do not directly communicate with each other.
The terminal where the first user account is logged in may display an input box for the user to input its consultation intention information. Of course, the terminal logged in by the first user account may also display a table with a fixed format and content, so that the user may fill in appropriate consulting intention information at the corresponding position.
And splicing the consultation intention information into an intention message which accords with the target message format.
It should be noted that the target message format is a message format conforming to a preset communication protocol.
And forwarding the intention message to the terminal which is indicated by the second user account information and is logged in by the second user account.
In the embodiment of the invention, before the consultant really begins to consult, the consultation intention information is firstly sent to the consulted party, thereby providing convenience for the smooth follow-up consultation.
Optionally, after the step of forwarding, in response to the received message sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal within the time range indicated by the time identifier, the message to the terminal where the second user account is logged in, the method further includes:
and pushing reminding information to a terminal logged in by the second user account.
It should be noted that the consultant can be reminded of replying the message in time by pushing the reminding information. Here, the push alert information may be a notification pushed to the terminal logged in by the second user account, but is not limited thereto. And other accounts associated with the second user account can be preset, and when the reminding message is pushed, the reminding message is pushed to the other accounts associated with the second user account.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the message sent by the consulting party is forwarded to the consulted party, the consulted party is reminded to reply the message in time in a message reminding mode, so that the waiting time of the consulting party is shortened.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
monitoring a message sent by the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal;
and under the condition that the current moment is out of the time range indicated by the time mark, stopping forwarding the message sent by the first user account through the terminal.
It should be noted that the time identifier in the authority identifier specifies the time when the second user account provides the consulting service, that is, the messages sent by the first user account and the second user account are forwarded only within the time range indicated by the time identifier.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic step diagram of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 201: the machine consumes the message. And in a producer consumer mode, the message sent from the first user account to the second user account indicated by the second user account information through the terminal is consumed from the message pool.
Step 202: and judging whether the consultation is legal or not, if so, executing the step 204, and otherwise, executing the step 203. And judging whether the consultation behavior of the account is legal or not according to the authority identification. If the first user account has the authority identification and the time for sending the consultation message is within the time range indicated by the time identification of the authority identification, the consultation is legal; otherwise the consultation is illegal.
Step 203: and intercepting the consultation message. That is to say that forwarding of the advisory message to the terminal where the second user account is logged in is prohibited.
Step 204: and forwarding the consultation message, namely forwarding the consultation message to a terminal for logging in the second user account to realize consultation of the first user account.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the consultation is legal or not is judged by monitoring the consultation message, so that the consultation of the account with the consultation qualification can be realized; meanwhile, the consultation of the account without consultation qualification can be avoided.
Optionally, the time range indicated by the time identifier includes a start time and an end time, and a duration between the start time and the end time is equal to a preset duration, and the method further includes:
and when the current time reaches the end time, determining whether a message sent to the first user account by the second user account through the terminal exists in the time range indicated by the time identification.
It should be noted that the server forwards and records the messages sent by the first user account and the second user account within the time range indicated by the time identifier, so that it can be determined whether the second user account provides the consulting service within the time range indicated by the time identifier, that is, whether the message is sent to the first user account within the time range indicated by the time identifier. Preferably, whether the authority identifier of the first user account is valid or not can be monitored at regular time, if the current time is within the time range indicated by the time identifier of the authority identifier, the authority identifier is valid, otherwise, the authority identifier is invalid.
And under the condition that the message sent to the first user account by the second user account through the terminal does not exist in the time range indicated by the time identifier, adjusting the starting time in the time range indicated by the time identifier to be a first target time, and adjusting the ending time to be a second target time.
The first target moment is the current moment or any moment after the current moment; the second target time is a time which is after the first target time and is away from the first target time by a preset time length.
It should be noted that, in the case that no message sent by the second user account to the first user account through the terminal exists within the time range indicated by the time identifier, it is indicated that the consulted party, i.e., the second user account, does not provide the consulting service, and the consulted party, i.e., the first user account, does not enjoy the consulting service. Therefore, there is a need to preserve the counseling interests of the counselor. Because the consultation service has timeliness, the time range indicated by the time identifier of the authority identifier only needs to be adjusted, and the time range is adjusted to be a time range in the future time.
As shown in fig. 3, a schematic step diagram of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 301: consultation qualifications are monitored. Since the consulted party can reply with the message at any time within the time range of providing the consultation service, the consultation qualification of the account needs to be monitored, and the time when the account loses the consultation qualification, namely the end time of the time range indicated by the time identifier of the authority identifier, is determined.
Step 302: judging whether the consultation qualification is invalid, if so, continuing to execute the step 301; if not, go to step 303. And consulting the qualification failure, and showing that the current time reaches the end time of the time range indicated by the time identifier of the authority identifier.
Step 303: it is determined whether the service is legitimate, if so, step 304 is performed, otherwise, step 305 is performed. And judging whether the service provided by the second user account is legal or not according to whether the message sent by the second user account to the first user account through the terminal exists in the time range indicated by the time identification. If the sent message exists, the second user account provides service, and the service is legal; otherwise the service is not legal.
Step 304: and sending a message prompt of consultation ending to the first user account and the second user account.
Step 305: rollback a deducted one consultation qualification. When the first user account begins to consult, one consultation qualification of the first user account is deducted, and the consultation qualification of the first user account needs to be returned due to illegal service.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the second user account provides the consultation service within the time range of providing the consultation service can be monitored. If the consultation service is not provided, the consultation qualification of the first user account is kept, and the first user account is prevented from losing the consultation qualification under the condition that the consultation service is not enjoyed.
Referring to fig. 4, in a telematics consultation scenario, a detailed description is provided as a specific example, which includes:
step 401: the user obtains the consultation qualification by performing the payment task. The user logs in the user account of the user to execute the payment task, and the user account of the user is taken as the first user account for explanation.
