The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN103698566B and publication date of 2016.09.21 discloses an integrated module box of an intelligent electric meter, which comprises an upper box, a lower box and a light guide column, wherein the light guide column is arranged inside the upper box, and the surface of the upper box is provided with a grabbing groove; fastening bosses are arranged on two sides of the light guide column; the module box is simple and elegant in whole, firm and reliable, the requirements of an intelligent electric meter on integration and interchangeability of functional modules can be well met, however, the light guide column needs to be fastened by fastening bosses on two sides of the light guide column, and due to the fact that the operation space is small, the installation fastener is inconvenient to operate, and installation efficiency is low.
The chinese patent with the publication number CN203298195U and publication date 2013.11.20 discloses a light guide bar row and a light guide structure, wherein the light guide bar row comprises N light guide bars, each light guide bar has the same shape, and the arrangement is such that the longitudinal axes of each light guide bar are parallel to each other, and the lower end of each light guide bar is located on the same plane by N-1 ribs, whether each light guide bar is connected with two adjacent light guide bars along the longitudinal axis direction of 3 light guide bars on the same level, and the N light guide bars are connected into a straight light guide bar row. In order to achieve the purpose, the intelligent electric meter comprises a carrier module, wherein the carrier module comprises a module box body and a light guide element arranged on the module box body, the light guide element comprises a columnar light guide body and a connecting body fixedly connected with more than two columnar light guide bodies, a positioning groove or a positioning protrusion is arranged on the light guide element, and an adapting protrusion or an adapting groove which is used for adapting to the positioning groove or the positioning protrusion on the light guide element is arranged on the module box body.
According to the invention, the positioning groove or the positioning protrusion is arranged on the light guide element, and the adaptive protrusion or the adaptive groove is arranged on the module box body, so that the groove and the protrusion are mutually matched to play a positioning role, the area of the positioning surface is reduced, the positioning precision is increased, the situation of difficult positioning caused by larger area of the positioning surface of the light guide element is avoided, and the inserting and mounting process of the light guide element is simpler.
As a further improvement of the above-mentioned smart electric meter of the present invention, a positioning groove is provided on the light guide element, an adapting protrusion is provided on the module case, and a size of the adapting protrusion in the plugging direction of the light guide element is larger than a size of the positioning groove in the plugging direction of the light guide element. Two light guide columns 34 are arranged at two sides of the connector 32 side by side, the two light guide columns 34 are symmetrical along the center of the rectangular outline of the connector 32, two symmetrical positioning grooves 33 are arranged on the side surfaces of the two sides of the connector 32 consistent with the arrangement direction of the light guide columns 34, the cross section of the positioning groove 33 in the direction perpendicular to the plugging direction of the light guide element 3 is triangular, a through hole 22 for the light guide column 34 of the light guide element 3 to pass through and a rectangular clamping groove 20 for being matched with the connector of the light guide element 3 are arranged on the module box body 2, two sides of the clamping groove 20 are provided with adaptive protrusions 21 for being matched with the positioning grooves 33, similarly, the cross section of the adaptive protrusions 21 in the direction perpendicular to the plugging direction of the light guide element 3 is also triangular, the positioning grooves 33 and the adaptive protrusions 21 with the triangular cross section enable the positioning surfaces of the light guide element 3 to be, therefore, only the processing precision of the positioning surfaces of the light guide element 3 and the module box body 2 is required to be ensured, the processing precision requirements of other surfaces are reduced, the processing difficulty is reduced, and a good positioning effect can be achieved. The dimension of the adapter projections 21 in the plug-in direction of the light-guiding element 3 is greater than the dimension of the locking grooves 20 in the plug-in direction of the light-guiding element 3. When inserting light guide element 3 onto module box 2, what relied on at first is that positioning groove 33 and adaptation protrusion 21 on the light guide element 3 fix a position, and the locating surface is less, and the location area is little, but fixes a position accurately and the installation is simple.
The middle of one side of the other two side surfaces of the rectangular outline is provided with a material returning groove 31, the material returning groove 31 is a rectangular notch, and the joint of the material returning groove 31 and the outline of the connecting body 32 is provided with a fillet, so that the stress concentration on the connecting body 32 is avoided, and the quality of the light guide element 3 is not affected. The material returning groove 31 reduces burrs generated in the production process, the burrs are concentrated at the material returning groove 31, and the influence of the burrs on the performance of the light guide element 3 is reduced. The light guide columns 34 are of an integrated structure and comprise an upper main body 341 and a lower main body 342 which are arranged on two sides of the connecting body 32, the upper main body 341 and the lower main body 342 are cylindrical, the axis of the upper main body 341 coincides with the axis of the lower main body 342, the axes of the two light guide columns 34 are parallel to each other, and the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the two light guide columns 34 are on the same plane.
The specific embodiment 2 of the carrier module of the present invention is different from the embodiment 1 only in that the module case 2 is not provided with the card slot 20.
The specific embodiment 3 of the carrier module of the present invention is different from the embodiment 1 only in that a positioning protrusion is disposed on the light guide element 3, and an adapting groove is disposed on the module case 2.
In other embodiments of the carrier module of the present invention, the positioning groove of the light guide element is disposed on the light guide pillar.
In other embodiments of the carrier module of the present invention, the contour of the connecting body of the light guide element and the contour of the card slot on the module case may be of other shapes, such as circular.
In other embodiments of the carrier module of the present invention, the number of the light guide posts on the light guide element and the number of the through holes on the module case may be other, for example, three, four, etc.
In other embodiments of the carrier module of the present invention, the cross-section of the light guiding pillars on the light guiding element and the shape of the through holes on the module case may be other shapes, such as rectangle, square, pentagon, etc.
