Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the traditional reinforced PBT, the high-gloss reinforced PBT resin has better surface finish; meanwhile, the high-gloss enhanced PBT resin disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the compatibility of the glass fiber and other components with PBT is improved by adding the compatilizer, and the physical properties of the material can be improved; finally, the high gloss reinforced PBT resin of the invention has higher flowability than conventional reinforced PBT, while also partially improving the flatness.
The filtering device comprises a support, a material spreading groove, a material spreading wheel, a first motor, a sorting groove, an adsorption wheel, a rotating shaft, a conveying belt, a raw material box, a temporary storage box, a material passing groove, a metal material box and a discharge hole, wherein the support provides supporting force for the material spreading groove and the sorting groove, so that the material spreading groove and the sorting groove are inclined, a raw material mixed with metal scraps enters the material spreading groove and flows along the bottom of the material spreading groove, the first motor drives the material spreading wheel to rotate anticlockwise, so that the raw material mixed with the metal scraps is completely spread and spread, then flows through the material spreading groove and enters the sorting groove, the second motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft and the adsorption wheel are movably connected through the conveying belt, therefore, the rotating shaft, the conveying belt and the adsorption wheel synchronously rotate, the adsorption wheel is a powerful magnet, when the raw material mixed with the metal scraps is spread and passes, the material box is moved along with the conveying belt, falls into the material passing groove and finally enters the metal material box, the raw materials enter the temporary storage box through the sorting groove, and finally enter the raw material box through the discharging port to thoroughly sort the metal scraps and the raw materials, so that the workload of workers is reduced, the raw materials are pure, and the purity of the produced PBT material is higher. Meanwhile, the base provides supporting force and stability for the whole device through the matched arrangement of the base, the slide rail, the partition plate, the fixing block, the hanging rod and the pull rod, workers can clean the raw material box more conveniently and labor-saving through the arrangement of the slide rail, the material passing groove is fixed conveniently through the arrangement of the fixing block, the partition plate and the pull rod are connected through the pull belt, one side of the partition plate is hinged with the inner wall of the temporary storage box, the pull rod is pulled, one side of the partition plate can ascend to the horizontal position, the partition plate can serve as the bottom of the temporary storage box temporarily at the moment, raw materials cannot flow out through the discharge hole, the pull rod can be fixed temporarily through the hanging rod after being stretched, the arrangement is convenient for the workers, the raw material box can be cleaned or replaced without stopping equipment, and the production efficiency can be improved to a certain degree.
The stirring device is characterized in that the connecting arm, the air cylinder, the rotating shaft, the transmission rod, the rotating rod and the impact block are arranged in a matched mode, when the stirring device is used, one end of the air cylinder is fixed on the connecting arm through the air cylinder seat, the connecting arm is fixed on the stirring barrel support through the rear mounting plate, when the air cylinder extends out, one end of the transmission rod rotationally connected with the air cylinder rotates outwards, the other end of the transmission rod rotates inwards under the action of the rotating rod, and the impact block arranged on one side of the mounting rod strikes the stirring barrel, so that the purpose of enabling materials on the inner wall of the stirring barrel to fall is achieved; therefore, the blanking speed is accelerated, and the accumulation of materials on the cylinder wall is avoided. Meanwhile, the stirring device is arranged by matching the mounting rod, the long spring, the short spring and the impact blocks, so that when the stirring device is used, when the mounting rod rotates inwards, the spring connected with the mounting rod drives the impact blocks to impact inwards, after one impact block impacts, the air cylinder is buffered for one time under the action of the spring, the service life of the air cylinder is prolonged, and other impact blocks can impact the stirring cylinder under the action of inertia and the spring, so that the impact range can be enlarged.
The vibrating bed of the invention rotates the threaded rod and extrudes the extrusion block, the extrusion block extrudes the second spring and drives the connecting rod to move downwards, the connecting rod drives the baffle plate to move downwards, so that the distance between the carding block and the feeding plate is smaller, the carding block can disperse the materials which are stacked too high during material conveying, during operation, the materials enter the feeding box through the feeding plate, the second motor drives the cam to rotate under the action of the rotating shaft, the cam can drive the impact rod to move back and forth during rotation, the impact rod can impact the feeding plate during movement, the materials are accelerated to enter the upper box body, the materials are prevented from being stacked inside the feeding box, when the materials enter the upper part of the vibrating plate, the first motor drives the rotating block to move under the action of the rotating rod, the rotating block drives the impact rod to move back and forth, and the impact rod can impact the bottom of the upper box body during movement, under the effect of first spring, go up the box body and can produce great vibration, the vibration effect is better for the material is heated evenly, and the material distributes more evenly, is difficult for bonding together, has improved the quality of product. Simultaneously the vibration bed is through setting up the beating pole for when the material gets into the inside of feeding case, can not produce and pile up the phenomenon, and the material can enter into the inside of last box through the feed plate fast, through setting up the air-supply line, can let in hot-blastly, to material drying process, sets up the feeding case and makes more firm of first motor and second motor installation. In addition, the rotatable threaded rod of vibration bed for the distance between combing piece and the feed plate is less, combs the piece and can dispel the material that piles up too high, opens the second motor and can prevent that the material from taking place to pile up the phenomenon in the inside of feed box, hits the bottom that the box can be hit to the pole motion in-process of beating, goes up the box and can produce great vibration, and the vibration effect is better, makes the material be heated evenly, and the material distributes more evenly, and difficult bonding together has improved the quality of product.
The cooling mechanism of the invention can ensure that when the device is used, a worker connects a discharge port of the PBT production device with a feed pipe, then PBT flows into the interior of the spiral plate through the positioning table, because the spiral plate is arranged in a thread shape and the distance between the spiral rod and the rotary table is longer, the PBT can move downwards layer by layer from top to bottom, thereby improving the cooling distance of the PBT when moving downwards, and meanwhile, the conveying roller is rotationally connected with the interior of the sliding chamber through the bearing, thereby driving the conveying belt to transmit on one side of the conveying roller through the gravity friction when the material moves downwards when the rotary table is rotated, and effectively reducing the phenomenon of blockage when the PBT moves downwards, move down the PBT after will through discharging channel and play hopper outwards arrange the material, this device is through cooling PBT when vibrating, has improved the efficiency of processing on next step PBT, has reduced staff's work load. According to the cooling mechanism, the motor rotating shaft and the radiating blades are arranged in a matched mode, when the cooling mechanism is used, when the PBT slowly moves down in the spiral plate, a worker starts the motor, so that the motor drives the radiating blades to rotate through the motor rotating shaft, and when the radiating blades rotate, wind is formed and blows towards the inside of the spiral plate, the cooling efficiency of the PBT is improved, and the practicability of the cooling mechanism is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a high-gloss enhanced PBT material which comprises the following components: polybutylene terephthalate, a high-surface polymer, an antioxidant, a compatilizer, an anti-floating fiber agent, a lubricant and profiled glass fiber, wherein the content of seven components is as follows:
polybutylene terephthalate: 20-60%;
high surface polymer: 10-20%;
antioxidant: 0.5 percent;
a compatilizer: 1 to 3 percent
Anti-floating fiber agent: 0.5-1%;
lubricant: 0.5 to 1 percent
Profiled glass fiber: 30-50%.
Preferably, the polybutylene terephthalate is selected from one or a combination of 0.8 viscosity and 1.0 viscosity.
Preferably, the high surface polymer is a non-crystalline or semi-crystalline type polymer.
Preferably, the antioxidant is compounded by tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester and high molecular weight phosphite ester.

The comparison of the experimental data can obtain that the high-gloss enhanced PBT material has greatly improved surface smoothness and flatness, and the two indexes are greatly improved along with the increase of the using amount of the high-surface polymer; the surface smoothness and the flatness of the material cannot be reduced along with the increase of the using amount of the glass fiber due to the presence of the profiled glass fiber,
referring to fig. 1-14, the invention further provides a production method of the high-gloss enhanced PBT material, the production method is based on a high-gloss enhanced PBT material production line and comprises a filtering device 1, the mixed material enters the filtering device 1 to remove metal impurities and then enters a stirring device 2 to be stirred, the stirred material is pumped into a feeding mechanism 3 and then is fed into an extruding mechanism 4, the material extruded by the extruding mechanism 4 is cut into particles by a granulator 5 and then is introduced into a vibrating bed 6 for precooling, and the precooled material is sucked or introduced into a cooling mechanism 7 through a material lifting mechanism for cooling;

A preparation method of a high-gloss enhanced PBT material comprises the following steps:
step one, material preparation: preparing three raw materials of polybutylene terephthalate, a high-surface polymer and a compatilizer in advance according to a specified proportion; preparing three raw materials of an antioxidant, an anti-floating fiber agent and a lubricant;
step two, preliminary mixing: putting the first three raw materials obtained in the first step into a high-speed stirrer for fully mixing, and then discharging; then the three raw materials are put into a high-speed stirrer for fully mixing and then discharged;
step three, secondary mixing: putting the granular mixture and the powdery mixture obtained by mixing in the step two into a high-speed mixer, and taking out after all materials in the mixer are uniformly mixed;
step four, granulation: putting the mixed materials into a double-screw extruder, adding glass fibers laterally, extruding to form strips, extruding, drawing strips through a screw, a die head, cooling through a water tank, and preparing into cylindrical granules through a granulator;
step five, packaging: and (3) putting the granules into a packaging bag, pumping air in the packaging bag to a vacuum state through an air pump, and sealing the packaging bag through a sealing machine to finally complete product packaging.

Profiled glass fiber: 30-50%.
