Abstract
The invention relates to a bicycle frame structure which is removably and fixedly arranged on a roof rack of an automobile and used for parking and fixing a bicycle. The bicycle frame structure includes: the front sliding seat can slide or be fixed on the sliding groove of the tube body, and the rear sliding seat can slide or be fixed on the sliding groove of the tube body. By the implementation of the invention, the bicycle frame structure can be simply arranged and operated; can be firmly fixed on the vehicle roof frame; the bicycle can be firmly fixed; furthermore, the front fork fixing sleeve assembly can be replaced to adapt to various bicycle models.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bicycle frame structure 100 according to an embodiment is removably fixed to a roof rack 800 of an automobile for parking and fixing a bicycle 900, and the bicycle frame structure 100 includes a tube 10; a front slide mount 20; and a rear slider seat 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pipe 10 is fixedly installed on the roof rack 800, and the sliding groove 11 is installed on the surface of the pipe 10. The material of the tube 10 can be selected from lightweight and rigid materials, such as hollow aluminum tube or alloy tube.
Referring again to fig. 2 and 6, for better stability, the tube 10 may also be fixed to the roof rack 800 using more than two sets of fixing clamp assemblies 12.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the front sliding seat 20 slides into and is limited by the sliding slot 11, and the front sliding seat 20 includes a sleeve seat 22 and a front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23, wherein the sleeve seat 22 is disposed on the sliding slot 11, and the front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 is replaceably mounted on the sleeve seat 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 of the embodiment may be an integrally formed sleeve, or a sleeve formed in combination with a pair of bushings 25.
In the embodiment, the shaft sleeves 25 are a pair of shaft sleeves 25 corresponding to the front fork 910 of the bicycle 900, the size of the shaft sleeve 25 can be 5mm of shaft center shaft sleeve 25, 12mm of through shaft sleeve 25 or 15mm of through shaft sleeve 25, and the shaft sleeve 25 can be replaced according to different application requirements so as to conform to bicycles 900 with different types of models.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, when the front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 is used to assemble and fix the bicycle 900, the front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 can be a fixing assembly of a front fork with a quick release structure or a fixing assembly for a front fork with a through shaft, and the bicycle 900 is locked and fixed on the bicycle frame structure 100 by a quick release rod or a through shaft rod inserted into the front fork 910 of the original bicycle 900.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the front sliding seat 20 may further be provided with a large chassis iron sheet 21 and a set screw 24 for reinforcing and securely clamping the roof rack 800, wherein the large chassis iron sheet 21 is mounted on the bottom surface of the tube 10 and corresponds to the sleeve seat 22.
The fixing screw set 24 can lock and fix the large chassis iron sheet 21 and the sleeve seat 22 together to the tube 10, and more firmly fix and position the sleeve seat 22 on the tube 10.
As shown in fig. 4A, 4B and 8, the front sliding seat 20 may further be provided with a fixing clamp assembly 27, wherein the fixing clamp assembly 27 is formed by placing a plurality of nuts 28 on the sleeve seat 22 and locking at least two U-shaped screws 29 to the nuts 28, so as to clamp the front sliding seat 20 to the roof rack 800.
Next, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 9, the rear sliding seat 30 slides into and is limited by the sliding groove 11 of the tube 10. The rear sliding seat 30 may further include a sliding base 31, at least one adjusting button 32 disposed on the sliding base 31, and a strap 33 controlled by the adjusting button 32.
The strap 33 passing through the rear wheel 920 of the bicycle 900 can be adjusted by pressing the adjustment button 32 of the rear slider 30, and the strap 33 is tightened and fixed to the slide base 31 of the rear slider 30 by the rear wheel 920. And the strap 33 used may be a toothed strap 33 provided with a toothed structure on one or both sides.
As shown in fig. 10, the rear sliding seat 30 may further include a fixing clip assembly 50 and a fixing plate 40, wherein the fixing clip assembly 50 is formed by passing at least one screw 51 through the fixing plate 40 and then locking the rear sliding seat 30 and the pipe 10 to the roof rack 80 by using a nut 52 corresponding to each screw 51.
That is, the front sliding seat 20 can be clamped to the roof rack 800 by two sets of U-shaped screws 25 fastened to the large chassis iron sheet 21, and the rear sliding seat 30 can be fixed to the tube 10 and the roof rack 800 by the fixing sheet 40 and the fixing clamp assembly 50.
Next, as shown in fig. 5, plugs 60 may be further provided at both ends 13 of the pipe 10. The plug 60 is disposed after the front sliding seat 20 and the rear sliding seat 30 respectively slide into the sliding groove 11 located on the tube body 10, so as to not only modify the two side orifices of the tube body 10, but also prevent the front sliding seat 20 or the rear sliding seat 30, which are not fixed yet, from falling off from the tube body 10.
As shown in fig. 11, the front sliding seat 20 may further be fixedly provided with an upper cover 26, and the upper cover 26 covers and protects the front sliding seat 20 and allows the front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 to extend out of the upper cover 26, so as not to hinder the front sliding seat 20 from fixing the front fork 910.
As shown in fig. 12, in order to achieve the anti-theft function, the upper cover 26 may further include at least one anti-theft outer cover 91 and at least one anti-theft lock 92, the anti-theft outer cover 91 is tightly fixed to the outer portion of the upper cover 26, and the anti-theft lock 92 may lock the anti-theft outer cover 91 to the upper cover 26, so that the upper cover 26 is not easily removed, the front sliding seat 20 can be reliably protected, and the bicycle 900 is further prevented from being removed from the front sliding seat 20.
In summary, as shown in fig. 1 to 12 and the illustrated embodiment, by implementing the bicycle frame structure 100 of the present invention fixed to the automobile from the top frame 800, the bicycle 900 can be erected on the bicycle frame structure 100 by removing the quick release front wheel of the bicycle 900, the front fork 910 of the bicycle 900 is directly locked to the front slide seat 20 through the quick release shaft or through shaft attached to the original bicycle body, and the rear wheel 920 is bound to the slide base 31 through the binding band 33 of the rear slide seat 30, so as to firmly fix the bicycle 900 to the roof. The front fork fixing sleeve assembly 23 of the front sliding seat 20 can be replaced and combined with a pair of shaft sleeves 25 with different dimensions, such as a shaft sleeve 25 with an axis of 5mm, a shaft sleeve 25 with a through shaft of 12mm, or a shaft sleeve 25 with a through shaft of 15mm, so that the bicycle frame structure 100 is suitable for bicycles 900 with different types.
