When the host 10 releases the lock of the tool accessory 20, the ejection assembly 123 ejects the tool accessory 20 by rotating the rotating sleeve 121 in the first direction, and the ejection driving portion 1212 drives the ejection member 1231 to move toward the axis direction of the rotating sleeve 121, and increases the elastic force of the second elastic element 1232 to drive the ejection member 1231 to reset, so that the first end of the ejection member 1231 applies a force to the receiving portion 212 on the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 to drive the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 to withdraw from the rotating sleeve 121.
Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, when the rotating sleeve 121 is rotated in the first direction, the slope of the ejection driving portion 1212 contacts the end surface of the second end of the ejection member 1231, and continues to rotate the rotating sleeve 121, and as the height of the slope of the ejection driving portion 1212 increases gradually, the ejection driving portion 1212 drives the ejection member 1231 to move gradually toward the axis direction of the rotating sleeve 121 and compresses the second elastic element 1232, the elastic force of the second elastic element 1232 for driving the ejection member 1231 to reset increases, and the ejection member 1231 moves back toward the axis direction of the rotating sleeve 121, after the ejection member 1231 moves toward the axis direction of the rotating sleeve 121, the first end of the ejection member 1231 contacts the receiving portion 212 on the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 and applies a force to the receiving portion 212, and the force drives the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 to withdraw from the rotating sleeve 121, thereby ejecting the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 from the rotating sleeve 121, and simultaneously ejecting the tool accessory 20 during the release of the mechanical connection between the host 10 and the tool accessory 20.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the surface of the first end of the ejector 1231 that interacts with the receiving portion 212 on the socket 21 of the tool attachment 20 is a slope, and when the rotating sleeve 121 is rotated in the first direction, the first end of the ejector 1231 contacts with the receiving portion 212 on the socket 21 of the tool attachment 20 and applies a force to the receiving portion 212, and the slope structure is more beneficial for the ejector 1231 to eject the socket 21 of the tool attachment 20 smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rotating sleeve 121 is provided with a plurality of ejection driving portions 1212, the locking mechanism includes a plurality of ejection assemblies 123, the plurality of ejection assemblies 123 are preferably uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotating sleeve 121, the plug member 21 is provided with a plurality of receiving portions 212, the ejection members 1231 of the ejection assemblies 123 are configured to be matched with the receiving portions 212 of the plug member 21 of the tool accessory 20 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the ejection driving portions 1212 are configured to be matched with the ejection members 1231 of the ejection assemblies 123 in a one-to-one correspondence. In fig. 3,5 and 11, the rotating sleeve 121 is provided with two ejection driving portions 1212, the locking mechanism includes two ejection assemblies 123 symmetrically arranged along the axis of the rotating sleeve 121, the plug 21 of the tool accessory 20 is provided with two receiving portions 212, the ejection members 1231 of the ejection assemblies 123 are correspondingly matched with the receiving portions 212 on the plug 21 one by one, and the ejection driving portions 1212 are correspondingly matched with the ejection members 1231 of the ejection assemblies 123 one by one. By providing a plurality of ejection assemblies 123, the plug 21 of the tool attachment 20 can be ejected from the rotating sleeve 121 of the host 10 more stably and smoothly.

Claims (15)

1. A host for mounting a plug-in tool accessory having a plug-in connector, the host comprising: the locking mechanism comprises a rotating sleeve and a locking component, the rotating sleeve is rotatably arranged at an interface of one end of the base, the rotating sleeve is provided with an unlocking driving part, and the locking component comprises a locking piece and a first elastic element which are matched;
When the plug connector of the tool accessory is inserted into the inner hole of the rotating sleeve, the first end of the locking piece is combined with the joint part on the plug connector of the tool accessory, and the tool accessory is locked on the locking mechanism; when the rotating sleeve rotates along a first direction, the unlocking driving part drives the locking piece to move back to the axial direction of the rotating sleeve, and increases the elastic force of the first elastic element for driving the locking piece to reset, and the first end of the locking piece is separated from the joint part on the plug connector of the tool accessory and releases the locking of the tool accessory;
The unlocking driving part is a slope which is arranged on the inner wall of the rotating sleeve and gradually increases in height along the circumferential direction of the rotating sleeve, the locking piece is provided with a concave part for at least partial accommodation of the unlocking driving part, and when the rotating sleeve rotates along a first direction, the height change of the unlocking driving part enables the locking piece to move back to the axial direction of the rotating sleeve;
the outer peripheral wall adjacent to the first end of the locking piece is provided with a first abutting part, the outer wall of the interface at one end of the base body is provided with a first through hole for the first end of the locking piece to pass through, the outer wall of the interface at one end of the base body is provided with a mounting part, the locking piece is sleeved with a first elastic element, one end of the first elastic element abuts against the first abutting part, and the other end of the first elastic element abuts against the mounting part.

The host machine of claim 1, wherein the locking assembly further comprises an elastic return element disposed within the rotating sleeve, wherein an elastic force of the elastic return element driving the rotating sleeve to return increases when the rotating sleeve is rotated in a first direction.

The host machine of claim 1, wherein the rotating sleeve is provided with a plurality of unlocking driving portions, the locking mechanism comprises a plurality of locking assemblies, locking members of the locking assemblies are used for being matched with engagement portions on plug members of the tool accessories in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the unlocking driving portions are used for being matched with the locking members of the locking assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
4. A host machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the plurality of locking assemblies are evenly distributed along the circumference of the rotating sleeve.
5. A power tool comprising a host and a tool accessory, wherein the host is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and the tool accessory has a plug.

The power tool of claim 5, wherein the first end of the locking member has a wedge-shaped structure, and wherein the sloped wall of the wedge-shaped structure of the first end of the locking member faces the socket of the tool accessory when the socket of the tool accessory is inserted into the bore of the rotating sleeve.
7. The power tool of claim 6, wherein a peripheral edge of the plug of the tool attachment facing the front end face of the locking mechanism has a chamfer.
8. The power tool of claim 6, wherein the engagement portion on the plug of the tool accessory is a wedge-shaped groove that mates with the wedge-shaped structure of the first end of the locking element.

The power tool according to claim 5, wherein the rotating sleeve is provided with an ejection driving portion, the socket is provided with a receiving portion on the plug connector, the locking mechanism further comprises an ejection assembly, the ejection assembly comprises an ejection member and a second elastic element which are matched with each other, when the rotating sleeve is rotated in a first direction, the ejection driving portion drives the ejection member to move towards the axis direction of the rotating sleeve, the elastic force for driving the ejection member to reset is increased by the second elastic element, and the first end of the ejection member applies a force to the receiving portion on the plug connector of the tool accessory to drive the plug connector of the tool accessory to withdraw from the rotating sleeve.

The power tool according to claim 9, wherein the ejector driving portion is a slope provided on an inner wall of the rotating sleeve and having a gradually increasing height extending in a circumferential direction of the rotating sleeve, the slope of the ejector driving portion abutting against the second end of the ejector when the rotating sleeve is rotated in the first direction, and the change in height of the ejector driving portion moves the ejector toward the axial direction of the rotating sleeve.

The power tool according to claim 9, wherein a second abutting portion is provided on an outer peripheral wall of the ejector adjacent to the second end, a second through hole through which the first end of the ejector passes is provided on an interface outer wall of one end of the base body, the second elastic element is sleeved on the ejector, one end of the second elastic element abuts against the second abutting portion, and the other end of the second elastic element abuts against an outer wall of the second through hole of the base body.
12. The power tool of claim 9, wherein the surface of the first end of the ejector that interacts with the receptacle on the plug of the tool attachment is a beveled surface.

The power tool of claim 9, wherein the rotating sleeve is provided with a plurality of ejection driving portions, the locking mechanism comprises a plurality of ejection assemblies, the plug connector is provided with a plurality of receiving portions, the ejection members of the ejection assemblies are used for being matched with the receiving portions of the plug connector of the tool accessory in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the ejection driving portions are used for being matched with the ejection members of the ejection assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
14. The power tool of claim 12, wherein the plurality of ejection assemblies are evenly distributed along a circumference of the rotating sleeve.

The power tool of claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a securing assembly including a securing member mounted on an end face of the rotating sleeve facing the tool attachment such that the rotating sleeve is rotatably disposed at an interface of one end of the base body, and at least one electrical output member disposed through the securing member for electrical connection of the host machine and the tool attachment.
