Abstract
The invention discloses a dismounting device for a valve core of a pneumatic valve, which comprises a base with a fixing hole and a base back plate vertical to the base, wherein two adjusting grooves are arranged on the base back plate in parallel in the direction vertical to the base, an inner hexagonal fixing column is fixedly arranged on the base back plate between the two parallel adjusting grooves, and a valve shell tray is connected in the adjusting grooves in a position-adjustable manner through adjusting bolts. When the marine main engine is maintained in a pneumatic control system, the device can be used for quickly disassembling the valve member and replacing the sealing member therein, and the valve member is reassembled after replacement, so that the workload is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the time cost of maintenance is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tool for assembling a marine engine, in particular to a dismounting device for a valve core of a pneumatic valve.
Background
The pneumatic control system of the marine diesel engine is an important component of a main engine remote control system, and the starting, reversing, stopping and the like of the main engine are realized through the pneumatic control system. The entire pneumatic operated system includes a large number of pneumatic valves (and electromagnetically controlled pneumatic valves). The pneumatic valve pieces are distributed at various positions on the main machine, the air pressure passing through the valve pieces is different, and the valve pieces need to frequently make and break air with different pressures and release redundant compressed air after action in the processes of starting, reversing, stopping and the like of the main machine. Because the valve core of the action of the pneumatic valve is provided with the rubber sealing ring for sealing, the leakage of compressed air during the action of the valve is prevented. After the pneumatic valve is used for a certain time according to the requirements of the maintenance specification of the host machine, the valve needs to be maintained, and sealing elements on the valve core, including the valve shell, are replaced. Once the valve member is out of working, the functions of starting, reversing or stopping the main engine can be disabled, and the running of the ship is affected.
In the actual maintenance and replacement process, the valve core structure and the rubber of the sealing element are influenced, so that the valve core is difficult to disassemble in the valve core removing process, time is consumed, the valve core is difficult to reassemble, and the time cost of maintenance is increased.

the dismounting device for the valve core of the pneumatic valve comprises a base with a fixing hole and a base back plate perpendicular to the base, wherein two adjusting grooves perpendicular to the base are formed in the base back plate in parallel in the direction, an inner hexagonal fixing column is fixedly arranged on the base back plate between the two parallel adjusting grooves, and a valve shell tray is connected in the adjusting grooves in a position-adjustable mode through adjusting bolts.

The dismounting device for the valve core of the pneumatic valve is used for dismounting the pneumatic valve of a marine engine. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the device comprises a base 1 with a fixing hole and a base back plate 2 perpendicular to the base 1, wherein two adjusting grooves 3 are arranged on the base back plate 2 in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the base 1, a hexagon socket fixing column 4 is fixedly arranged on the base back plate 2 between the two parallel adjusting grooves, and a valve housing tray 5 is connected in the adjusting grooves 3 in an adjustable position through adjusting bolts 6.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the valve casing tray 5 includes a tray bottom plate 51, two tray side plates 52, and a tray connecting plate 53 formed by expanding outward from the tail portions of the two tray side plates 52, and connecting holes are opened in the tray connecting plate 53, and the hole pitch of the two connecting holes is equal to the pitch of the two adjustment grooves 3.
Wherein the spacing between the two tray side plates 52 is slightly greater than the valve housing width of the valve body.
Wherein, hexagon socket head post 4 and valve casing tray 5 all set up two, and the specification is different.
Due to the design principle of the pneumatic valve, after some external covers and return springs are removed, the valve core is in a free state in the valve seat (see the description of the attached drawing 1 specifically), and a wrench which can only be two hexagon socket heads at present needs to be removed to fix the valve core from two sides, and then the thread for fixing the valve core is loosened. The valve casing has certain volume and weight including the case, and the case (see figure 2 explanation specifically) is in free state again inside the valve casing, and threaded connection has certain intensity again, and it is more difficult to operate alone, wastes time and energy, needs two people to cooperate usually and demolishs. Just make a instrument under this current situation, fixed through the valve casing tray with the valve casing, the case is fixed by the fixed column of an interior hexagonal, and after fixing one end like this, one end just directly pulled loose with interior hexagonal spanner in addition, conveniently demolishs case and repacking.
The device can be used for dismounting and remounting the valve cores of two pneumatic valve pieces with different models and specifications. The operation method is the same, and is specifically as follows.
The valve housing and valve core left after the pneumatic valve external cover spring etc. is removed is shown in fig. 1. The device is placed on a work platform and the base 1 may be bolted, if necessary, through mounting holes in the base 1. The valve casing and the valve core are horizontally placed on the valve casing tray 5, the width of the tray side plates 52 on both sides of the valve casing tray 5 is equal to that of the valve casing, but a little margin is left, so that the valve casing cannot move left and right in the valve casing tray 5.
The valve shell and the valve core are pushed towards the direction of the base back plate 2, and the valve core is rotated so that the inner hexagonal fixing column 4 can be inserted into the inner hexagonal hole at one end of the valve core conveniently.
If the hexagon socket column can not be inserted into the hexagon socket hole of the valve core, the adjusting bolt 6 can be properly adjusted, the valve shell tray 5 is moved up and down, the hexagon socket column 4 is enabled to be opposite to the hexagon socket hole of the valve core (see figure 2), and then the adjusting bolt 6 is locked. The valve core and the valve casing are fixed by the inner hexagonal fixing column 4, the base back plate 2 and the tray side plates 52 at two sides of the valve casing, and then the valve core can be easily loosened by an inner hexagonal wrench until the connecting threads on the valve core shaft are completely loosened (see fig. 3). Thus, the valve core is taken out and the rubber sealing ring on the valve core is replaced.
Similarly, after the sealing ring is replaced, the valve core is installed by reversing the above operation steps until the valve core is wrenched by an inner hexagon wrench. And then reinstalling the other components.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
