the sheet metal part to be blanked is placed on the lower die base 2, the driving mechanism 7 enables the movable base 3 to move downwards, the pressing plate 9 moves downwards along with the sheet metal part to be blanked and presses the sheet metal part to be blanked, the first spring 14 is continuously compressed and applies downward pressure to the pressing plate 9, and therefore the sheet metal part to be blanked is tightly fixed; actuating mechanism 7 makes sliding seat 3 continue downstream, and punching head 4 passes perforation 10 and treats the blanking sheet metal component and punches, and the waste material that the blanking in-process produced falls into collecting vat 43 along blanking hole 42 in, realizes the collection to the blanking waste material, and the blanking process is stable, and the blanking is effectual.

A sheet metal part blanking die is characterized by comprising an upper die base (1), a lower die base (2), a movable base (3), a fixed base (5), a fixed plate (6), a driving mechanism (7), a supporting piece (8), a pressing plate (9), a first spring (14), a first connecting piece (17), a sliding piece (19), a second spring (21), a connecting rope (22) and a pull ring (25);
the lower die holder (2) is pressed on the fixed seat (5), and two sides of the lower die holder (2) are respectively provided with a second slot (29); the fixed seat (5) is provided with a second connecting piece (28) in a sliding way, and the second connecting piece (28) is positioned at two sides of the lower die seat (2); a second inserting rod (30) is arranged on the second connecting piece (28), and the second inserting rod (30) is inserted into the second slot (29); an electromagnet (31) is arranged on the second inserting rod (30), an iron block (32) is arranged in the second inserting groove (29), and the electromagnet (31) adsorbs the iron block (32); a positioning groove (33) with a downward opening is formed in the bottom of the lower die holder (2), a positioning rod (34) is vertically arranged on the fixing seat (5), and the positioning rod (34) is inserted into the positioning groove (33); a blanking hole (42) is formed in the lower die base (2), a collecting groove (43) is formed in the fixing base (5), and the collecting groove (43) is located below the blanking hole (42);
the fixing plate (6) is horizontally arranged above the fixing seat (5), and the supporting piece (8) is vertically arranged and connected with the fixing seat (5) and the fixing plate (6); the movable seat (3) is horizontally arranged and positioned between the fixed plate (6) and the fixed seat (5), and the driving mechanism (7) is arranged on the fixed plate (6) and acts on the movable seat (3); the upper die holder (1) is positioned right above the lower die holder (2), the top of the upper die holder (1) is longitudinally provided with a dovetail protrusion (26), the bottom of the movable seat (3) is longitudinally provided with a dovetail groove (27), and the dovetail protrusion (26) is inserted into the dovetail groove (27); two sides of the movable seat (3) are respectively provided with a limiting opening (23) and a guide groove (24), and the limiting opening (23) is positioned below the guide groove (24); a fixed rod (20) is transversely arranged in the guide groove (24), the sliding part (19) is positioned in the guide groove (24) and is in sliding connection with the fixed rod (20), and the second spring (21) is sleeved on the fixed rod (20) and is connected with the sliding part (19); a connecting rod (18) is vertically arranged on the first connecting piece (17), and the connecting rod (18) upwards passes through the limiting opening (23) and is connected with the sliding piece (19); two sides of the upper die holder (1) are respectively provided with a first slot (15), a first inserting rod (16) is transversely arranged on the first connecting piece (17), and the first inserting rod (16) is inserted into the first slot (15); the pull ring (25) is positioned above the movable seat (3), one end of the connecting rope (22) extends into the limiting opening and is connected with the connecting rod (18), and the other end of the connecting rope (22) is connected with the pull ring (25);
the bottom of the upper die holder (1) is provided with a punching head (4), the pressing plate (9) is arranged below the upper die holder (1), and the pressing plate (9) is provided with a through hole (10) for the punching head (4) to pass through; a movable rod (11) is vertically arranged on the pressing plate (9), and a limit block (13) is arranged at the top end of the movable rod (11); the upper die holder (1) is vertically provided with a limiting groove (12) with an opening facing downwards, the limiting block (13) is positioned in the limiting groove (12), and the first spring (14) is vertically arranged in the limiting groove (12) and connected with the limiting block (13).

The sheet metal part blanking die of claim 1, characterized in that an exhaust chamber (45) is transversely arranged on the fixing seat (5), and the exhaust chamber (45) is communicated with the collecting groove (43); a filter screen (44) is arranged in the exhaust chamber (45), and the filter screen (44) covers the air inlet end of the exhaust chamber (45); an air pump (46) is arranged on the fixed seat (5), an air suction pipe (47) is arranged on the air pump (46), and the other end of the air suction pipe (47) extends into the exhaust chamber (45).
3. The blanking die for the sheet metal parts as claimed in claim 2, wherein the filter screen (44) is provided with a fixing member having a threaded hole, the fixing seat (5) is correspondingly provided with a threaded groove, and the fixing member and the fixing seat (5) are fixed by screws.

A sheet metal part blanking die according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the second connecting member (28) is provided with a slide block (35), the fixed seat (5) is transversely provided with a slide groove (36), and the slide block (35) is positioned in the slide groove (36) and is slidably connected with the fixed seat (5).
5. The sheet metal part blanking die of claim 1, characterized in that the fixing seat (5) is provided with a roller (48) and a transparent door panel (49), and the transparent door panel (49) seals the collecting groove (43).
6. The blanking die for the sheet metal parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein a placing groove with an upward opening is formed in the lower die holder (2), and the bottom end of the sheet metal part is located in the placing groove.

The sheet metal part blanking die of claim 1, characterized in that a guide rod (37) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the movable seat (3), a guide cylinder (38) with an upward opening is vertically arranged on the fixed seat (5), and the guide rod (37) extends downwards into the guide cylinder (38).

The sheet metal part blanking die of claim 7, wherein a pressing block (41) is arranged at the bottom end of the guide rod (37), a supporting block (39) is arranged in the guide cylinder (38), and the pressing block (41) is positioned above the supporting block (39) and presses the supporting block (39); a third spring (40) is vertically arranged in the guide cylinder (38), and the top end of the third spring (40) is connected with the supporting block (39).
9. The sheet metal part blanking die of claim 1, characterized in that the connecting rope (22) is formed by twisting a plurality of steel wires, and the outer circumference of the connecting rope (22) is provided with a wear-resistant rubber layer.
10. The sheet metal part blanking die of any one of claims 1-9, and further providing a method for using the same, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the upper die holder (1) is installed, the pull ring (25) is pulled upwards to enable the second spring (21) to be in a compressed state, the dovetail protrusion (26) is inserted into the dovetail groove (27) and the first slot (15) is aligned with the first insertion rod (16), the pull ring (25) is loosened, the second spring (21) resets and pushes the sliding piece (19) to move towards the upper die holder (1), the first insertion rod (16) moves along with the sliding piece and is inserted into the first slot (15), and the upper die holder (1) is installed;
s2, installing the lower die holder (2), placing the lower die holder (2) on the fixed seat (5), inserting the positioning rod (34) into the positioning groove (33), applying thrust to the second connecting piece (28) to enable the second connecting piece to move in the direction of the lower die holder (2) until the second inserting rod (30) is inserted into the second slot (29); the electromagnet (31) is electrified, and the electromagnet (31) generates magnetic attraction force to enable the electromagnet to tightly adsorb the iron block (32), so that the lower die holder (2) is installed;
s3, placing the sheet metal part to be blanked on the lower die seat (2), enabling the movable seat (3) to move downwards by the driving mechanism (7), enabling the pressing plate (9) to move downwards along with the movable seat and press the sheet metal part to be blanked, and enabling the first spring (14) to be compressed continuously and apply downward pressure to the pressing plate (9) so as to tightly fix the sheet metal part to be blanked;
s4, the driving mechanism (7) enables the movable seat (3) to continue to move downwards, the punching head (4) penetrates through the through hole (10) and punches the sheet metal part to be punched, waste materials generated in the punching process fall into the collecting tank (43) along the blanking hole (42), and collection of the punching waste materials is achieved.
