The side wall of one side in the pin hole 21 is also provided with a flange 22, the flange 22 and the outer sleeve 2 are integrally formed through injection molding, and the pin block 5 is also provided with a positioning hole 51 corresponding to the flange 22. When in use, the bent parts 34 on the supporting legs 32 of the expansion valve 3 are clamped on the limiting blocks of the pin blocks 5 and are meshed with the convex parts 53, then the pin blocks 5 are inserted into the pin holes 21 of the outer sleeve 2, and the flanges 22 in the pin holes 21 are clamped into the positioning holes 51 on the pin blocks 5, so that the fixation of the elastic expansion valve 3 can be completed; when disassembly is required, only a force is required to be applied to the expansion flap 3 to enable the pin block 5 to be disengaged from the pin hole 21. Of course, the fixation of the expansion flap 3 to the outer sleeve 2 can also be effected in the same way, for example by fastening the expansion flap to the outer sleeve 2 by means of screws, but only with the aid of tools, such as screwdrivers, for mounting the expansion flap 3 or for dismounting the expansion flap 3.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: because the outer sleeve capable of reciprocating along the inner tube is arranged, and the expansion petals are annularly arranged and connected on the outer sleeve, when the outer sleeve moves downwards relative to the inner tube, the expansion petals can be pulled downwards to move, and the expansion petals in an open state are contracted towards the central axis of the inner tube under the action of the tube diameter of the inner tube, namely, the inconvenience of pinching and closing the expansion petals by fingers when the dilator is used for surgery is avoided, so that the convenience of using the dilator is improved; when the expansion valve needs to be released, only the outer sleeve needs to be pushed upwards.
