Claims (8)

1. A cart for facilitating the transport of a patient, comprising:
the device comprises a first support frame (1) and universal wheels (2), wherein the universal wheels (2) are symmetrically and rotatably arranged on two sides of the bottom of the first support frame (1), and the universal wheels (2) are in contact with the ground;
the handrail (3) is welded on the first support frame (1);
the first support frame (1) is provided with a stretching component (4);
and the manual rotating assembly (5) is rotatably arranged between the end parts of the first supporting frames (1).
2. A cart for facilitating the handling of patients according to claim 1, characterised in that the extension assembly (4) comprises:
the bottom of the first support frame (1) is provided with a second support frame (41);
the air cylinder (42) is fixedly connected to the second support frame (41) through a bolt;
the first support frame (1) is provided with a sliding groove (43);
the sliding block (44) is arranged in the sliding groove (43) in a sliding manner, and the end part of a telescopic rod of the air cylinder (42) is connected with the sliding block (44);
a bed plate (45), the top end of the slide block (44) is fixedly connected with the bed plate (45);
the guardrails (46) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the top of the bed plate (45);
dovetail grooves (47) are symmetrically formed in the bottoms of the dovetail grooves (47) and the bed plate (45), and the dovetail grooves (47) are in sliding fit with the top of the first support frame (1).

the end part of the bed plate (45) is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft (52);
a rotating plate (51), wherein the rotating plate (51) is fixedly connected to the first rotating shaft (52);
the first hand wheel (53) is welded at both ends of the first rotating shaft (52);
the first wedge block (54) is fixedly connected to both sides of the first rotating shaft (52);
the first telescopic rod (55) is arranged at each of the two parts of the first telescopic rod (55) and the bed board (45);
the bottom of the two first telescopic rods (55) is provided with a second wedge block (56), and the second wedge block (56) is matched with the first wedge block (54).
4. A cart for facilitating patient handling according to claim 3, further comprising an automatic rotation assembly (6), the automatic rotation assembly (6) comprising:
the rack (61) is fixedly connected to two parts of the first support frame (1);
a second rotating shaft (62) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the bed plate (45);
the one-way gear (63) is mounted on the second rotating shaft (62), and the one-way gear (63) is meshed with the rack (61);
and the transmission device (64) is connected between the first rotating shaft (52) and the second rotating shaft (62) which are positioned on the same side.
5. A trolley for facilitating the handling of patients according to claim 4, further comprising a manual support assembly (7), the manual support assembly (7) comprising:
the bottom of the rotating plate (51) is fixedly connected with a second telescopic rod (71);
the rotating wheel (72) is rotatably arranged at the bottom end of the second telescopic rod (71), and the rotating wheel (72) is in contact with the ground;
the bottom of the rotating plate (51) is provided with a first limit block (73) in a sliding manner;
the pull ring (74) is fixedly connected to the first limiting block (73).
6. The cart for facilitating patient handling according to claim 5, further comprising a convenient infusion set (8), the convenient infusion set (8) comprising:
the third rotating shaft (81) and the two parts of the bed plate (45) are both rotatably provided with the third rotating shaft (81);
the rotating sleeves (82) are welded on the two third rotating shafts (81);
the infusion support (83) is fixedly connected with the rotating sleeve (82);
the handle (84) is arranged on the rotating sleeve (82);
the second limiting blocks (85) are welded to the two parts of the bed plate (45), and the handle (84) is matched with the second limiting blocks (85);
buckles (86) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the middle of the bed plate (45), and the handle (84) is in contact fit with the buckles (86).
7. The cart for facilitating patient handling according to claim 6, further comprising an adjustable headrest assembly (9), wherein the adjustable headrest assembly (9) comprises:
the top of the bed plate (45) is provided with a third supporting frame (91);
a fourth rotating shaft (93), and the fourth rotating shaft (93) is rotatably arranged between the tops of the third supporting frames (91);
the pillow (92) is arranged on the fourth rotating shaft (93);
the round rod (95) is arranged at the top of the bed plate (45) in a sliding manner;
the end part of the round rod (95) is fixedly connected with a third wedge block (94), and the third wedge block (94) is matched with the pillow (92);
and a second hand wheel (96) is arranged at the end part of the round rod (95).
