In the embodiment, the limiting component 3 is arranged in the shell 1, and the cleaning component 2 is integrally limited in the accommodating groove 12 by the clamping of the stop piece 32 of the limiting component 3 and the front end of the cleaning component 2, so that the cleaning component 2 can be stably positioned in the accommodating groove 12; the driving member 31 drives the stop member 32 to move by the abutting of the driving member 31 and the stop member 32 of the limiting assembly 3, specifically, the first end of the driving member 31 is provided with an operating part 311 exposed at the rear end of the housing 1, and the second end of the driving member 31 extends to the front end of the housing 1 and abuts against the stop member 32, so that a user can apply external force to the operating part 311 to move the driving member 31, the driving member 31 moves to push the stop member 32 to move, so that the stop member 32 is separated from the clamping position, the front end of the cleaning assembly 2 extends out of the opening 121 of the accommodating groove 12, and thus the extending part of the cleaning assembly 2 can be immersed in the cleaning liquid, so as to clean the cleaning assembly 2 conveniently without dismounting the whole cleaning assembly 2, thereby improving the cleaning portability of the cleaning assembly 2 and enabling the operating flexibility of the floor brush to.
As shown in fig. 10 to 13, in the present embodiment, the driving member 31 may include an extension portion 312, and the extension portion 312 is connected between the operating portion 311 and the second end of the driving member 31.
The driving member 31 includes an extension 312, the extension 312 is located in the housing 1, one end of the extension 312 is located at the rear end of the housing 1, the end of the extension 312 is connected to the operating portion 311 exposed at the rear end of the housing 1, the extension 312 extends from the rear end to the front end in the housing 1, and the other end of the extension 312 extends to abut against the stopper 32.
The extending portion 312 is located between the operating portion 311 and the stopper 32, one end of the extending portion 312 is connected to the operating portion 311, the other end of the extending portion 312 is abutted to the stopper 32, the driving member 31 is composed of the operating portion 311 and the extending portion 312 which are connected to each other, the extending portion 312 can enable the operating portion 311 and the stopper 32 to be linked, therefore, when a user applies external force to the operating portion 311, the operating portion 311 and the extending portion 312 move together, the stopper 32 is pushed to move, the stopper 32 deviates from a stopping position with the cleaning assembly 2, the stopper 32 is disengaged from the cleaning assembly 2, and the front end of the cleaning assembly 2 can extend out of the opening 121 of the accommodating groove 12.
Since the extension 312 extends from the rear end of the housing 1 to the front end of the housing 1, in order to ensure the stability of the extension 312 in the housing 1 and ensure that the extension 312 can push the stopper 32 to move, optionally, a support structure for supporting the extension 312 may be provided in the housing 1. A support structure is arranged in the housing 1 and is used for supporting the extension part 312 to improve the stability of the extension part 312, so that the extension part 312 is kept at the original position to ensure that the end part of the extension part 312 and the stop part 32 are kept in an abutting state at all times, and the driving part 31 can drive the stop part 32 to move.
In one possible implementation, for example, the support structure may include at least one retaining wall 13 located within the housing 1, the retaining wall 13 abutting the extension 312. As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the supporting structure for supporting the extending portion 312 in the housing 1 is the retaining wall 13, the retaining wall 13 is disposed on the inner wall of the housing 1, the retaining wall 13 extends toward the extending portion 312, the end of the retaining wall 13 abuts against the side of the extending portion 312, so that the retaining wall 13 abuts against the side of the extending portion 312, the extending portion 312 can be stably located at a specific position, the end of the extending portion 312 is always ensured to abut against the stopper 32, and thus the driving member 31 can drive the stopper 32 to move.
In addition, by providing the retaining wall 13, the retaining wall 13 abuts against the extending portion 312, so that the extending portion 312 is stably located in the housing 1, thereby preventing the extending portion 312 from shaking or shifting in the housing 1, ensuring that the extending portion 312 can abut against the stopper 32, improving the stability of the extending portion 312, avoiding collision or friction between the extending portion 312 and other parts in the housing 1, and prolonging the service life of the extending portion 312.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, in one embodiment, the at least one retaining wall 13 may include at least one upper retaining wall 131 connected to the inner top wall of the housing 1 and a lower retaining wall 132 connected to the inner bottom wall of the housing 1, the upper retaining wall 131 and the lower retaining wall 132 abutting on opposite sides of the extension 312, respectively.
In this embodiment, the number of the retaining walls 13 may include, but is not limited to, one, for example, a plurality of retaining walls 13 may be provided, and the plurality of retaining walls 13 may be located at different positions in the housing 1, that is, different retaining walls 13 abut different positions of the extension 312, so as to further improve the stability of the extension 312 in the housing 1. Specifically, at least one lower retaining wall 132 may be provided on the inner bottom wall of the housing 1, the lower retaining wall 132 provided on the inner bottom wall of the housing 1 extends toward the inner top wall of the housing 1, the lower retaining wall 132 abuts against the lower side of the extension 312, and the operating portion 311 at the end of the extension 312 abuts against the rear end of the housing 1, so that the extension 312 is prevented from moving within the housing 1 due to the gravity, and the extension 312 is prevented from being displaced toward the inner bottom wall of the housing 1 by the supporting effect of the rear end of the housing 1 and the lower retaining wall 132 extending from the inner bottom wall of the housing 1 on the extension 312.
In addition, at least one upper retaining wall 131 may be further disposed on the inner top wall of the housing 1, the upper retaining wall 131 of the inner top wall of the housing 1 extends toward the inner bottom wall of the housing 1, and the upper retaining wall 131 abuts against the upper side of the extending portion 312, so that in the case that a user applies an external force to the operating portion 311 to move the extending portion 312 toward the front end of the housing 1, and the extending portion 312 abuts against the stopper 32 forward, the upper retaining wall 131 of the inner top wall of the housing 1 can prevent one end of the extending portion 312 abutting against the stopper 32 from tilting upward due to a reaction force of the stopper 32 against the extending portion 312. It can be understood that, in order to enhance the acting force of the upper retaining wall 131 of the inner top wall of the casing 1 on the extension portion 312 and ensure that the extension portion 312 does not tilt, more than two upper retaining walls 131 may be disposed at intervals on the inner top wall of the casing 1.
By arranging the retaining wall 13 on both the top wall of the casing 1 and the bottom wall of the casing 1, the retaining wall 13 on the top wall of the casing 1 abuts against the upper side of the extending part 312, and the retaining wall 13 on the bottom wall of the casing 1 abuts against the lower side of the extending part 312, so that the moving spaces of the upper and lower sides of the extending part 312 are limited, and the extending part 312 can be ensured to move stably and parallelly between the front end and the rear end of the casing 1.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, the end of the retaining wall 13 may have a limiting groove 133, and the side wall of the extending portion 312 abuts against the side wall of the limiting groove 133. The retaining wall 13 is further provided with a limiting groove 133 at one end contacting with the extending portion 312, when the retaining wall 13 abuts against the extending portion 312, the extending portion 312 is clamped into the limiting groove 133 of the retaining wall 13, and the side wall of the extending portion 312 abuts against the side wall of the limiting groove 133, the horizontal position of the extending portion 312 can be limited through the limiting groove 133, the extending portion 312 is prevented from moving in the horizontal direction in the moving process, so that the extending portion 312 can be better fixed, and the end portion of the extending portion 312 can be further ensured to be always kept to abut against the stop member 32.
As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 14, in one possible embodiment, the stopper 32 may include a main body 321, a rotating shaft 322 and a clamping portion 323, the rotating shaft 322 and the clamping portion 323 are both connected to the main body 321, the clamping portion 323 abuts against the front end of the cleaning assembly 2, the rotating shaft 322 is rotatably connected to the housing 1, and the main body 321 is rotatable around the rotating shaft 322 under the driving of the driving member 31 to disengage the clamping portion 323 from the cleaning assembly 2.
In this embodiment, the stopper 32 is composed of a main body 321, a rotating shaft 322 and a clamping portion 323, the stopper 32 may be an integral component, the rotating shaft 322 and the clamping portion 323 are both connected to the main body 321, the stopper 32 is fixed in the housing 1 through the rotating shaft 322, so that when the rotating shaft 322 rotates relative to the housing 1, the stopper 32 can rotate in the housing 1, and the clamping portion 323 on the main body 321 is used for abutting against the front end of the cleaning assembly 2 to fix the cleaning assembly 2 in the housing 1.
Specifically, the second end of the driving element 31 abuts against the main body 321 of the stopping element 32, when no external force is applied, the rotating shaft 322 of the stopping element 32 is fixed relative to the housing 1, the clamping portion 323 of the stopping element 32 is clamped with the front end of the cleaning assembly 2, and the cleaning assembly 2 is limited in the accommodating groove 12 of the housing 1 by the stopping element 32; when a user applies an external force to the operation portion 311 of the driving member 31, the driving member 31 pushes the main body 321 of the stopper 32 to move toward the front end of the housing 1, the movement of the main body 321 drives the rotating shaft 322 to rotate, the rotating shaft 322 rotates to make the clamping portion 323 shift from the clamping position, the front end of the cleaning assembly 2 is disengaged from the clamping with the clamping portion 323, and the front end of the cleaning assembly 2 extends out of the opening 121 of the accommodating groove 12 due to the action of gravity.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11 and 14, the rotation shaft 322 may be located at an end of the main body 321, and the catching portion 323 may be located at a side of the main body 321 facing the cleaning assembly 2. By disposing the rotating shaft 322 at one end of the main body 321 to rotate the main body 321 around the end, for example, the rotating shaft 322 may be disposed toward the inner wall of the floor brush casing 1, which facilitates the connection between the rotating shaft 322 and the inner wall of the casing 1, and, since the end of the main body 321 where the rotating shaft 322 is disposed is spaced apart from the other end of the main body 321 opposite to the end, the range of movement of the other end of the main body 321 is large when the main body 321 rotates around the rotating shaft 322, and thus, as shown in fig. 10, the extending part 312 may be abutted against the other end of the main body 321, so that the driving part 31 pushes the stopper 32 to rotate is wide, which is more beneficial for the stopper 32 to deviate from the abutting position with the cleaning assembly 2, so as to ensure that the cleaning assembly 2 can.
Since the catching portion 323 needs to catch the cleaning assembly 2, the catching portion 323 may be located at a side of the main body 321 facing the cleaning assembly 2. By providing the click portion 323 on the side of the main body 321 facing the cleaning assembly 2, the click portion 323 can be made to oppose the cleaning assembly 2, and the click portion 323 can abut against the cleaning assembly 2 to fix the cleaning assembly 2 within the housing 1 by the click portion 323.
For the connection of the stopper 32 with the housing 1, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 15, in one possible embodiment, the bottom wall of the housing 1 may be provided with a fixing seat 14, the fixing seat 14 is located at the side of the stopper 32, the fixing seat 14 has a fixing hole 141, and the end of the rotating shaft 322 extends into the fixing hole 141 and can rotate in the fixing hole 141.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 14 is disposed on the lower portion of the housing 1, the position of the fixing base 14 corresponds to the position of the stop member 32, and the fixing base 14 is located on the side of the stop member 32, as shown in fig. 15, a fixing hole 141 is disposed on a side of the fixing base 14 facing the stop member 32, the fixing hole 141 corresponds to the rotating shaft 322 of the stop member 32, the rotating shaft 322 of the stop member 32 extends into the fixing hole 141, and the rotating shaft 322 can rotate in the fixing hole 141. Therefore, the stop member 32 is movably fixed in the base through the fixing seat 14, the stop member 32 can rotate relative to the fixing seat 14, and thus when the driving member 31 pushes the other end of the stop member 32 to the front end of the casing 1, the stop member 32 can rotate around the rotating shaft 322, so that the clamping portion 323 of the stop member 32 deviates from the clamping position.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the stopper 32 may further include an elastic member 324, one end of the elastic member 324 is connected to the housing 1, the other end is connected to the main body 321, and the latch portion 323 abuts against the cleaning member 2 under the elastic force of the elastic member 324. The stopper 32 further comprises a resilient member 324, and the resilient member 324 is capable of cooperating with the rotating shaft 322 of the stopper 32, and the stopper 32 is driven to rotate around the rotating shaft 322 by the resilient force of the resilient member 324.
Specifically, one end of the elastic member 324 is connected to the housing 1, and the other end of the elastic member 324 is connected to the stop member 32, wherein the other end of the elastic member 324 can be connected to the side of the main body 321 away from the cleaning assembly 2, and when the clamping portion 323 of the stop member 32 is connected to the cleaning assembly 2, the elastic member 324 is in a compressed state, so that the elastic force of the elastic member 324 can ensure that the clamping portion 323 is firmly clamped to the cleaning assembly 2; when the stopper 32 is rotated around the rotation shaft 322 to shift from the original position, the elastic force of the elastic member 324 is released, and the elastic member 324 can urge the latch portion 323 to shift from the latch position, thereby assisting in releasing the cleaning assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, for the connection of the elastic member 324 with the housing 1, in one embodiment, the inner bottom wall of the housing 1 may be provided with the fixing plate 15, the fixing plate 15 may be located behind the dust suction port 11, and the elastic member 324 is connected with the fixing plate 15.
Since the front end of the housing 1 is provided with the dust suction opening 11, in this embodiment, in order to improve the dust suction efficiency of the floor brush, the dust suction opening 11 may extend from one side of the housing 1 to the other side, so that the air intake of the dust suction opening 11 can be increased, so that one side of the stopper 32 facing away from the cleaning assembly 2 corresponds to the dust suction opening 11, so that in order to connect the elastic member 324 between the side of the stopper 32 facing away from the cleaning assembly 2 and the housing 1, in this embodiment, the fixing plate 15 is disposed at a position of the inner bottom wall of the housing 1, which is located at the rear of the housing 1, and the fixing plate 15 corresponds to the position of the stopper 32, so that one end of the elastic member 324 is connected to one side of the main body 321 of the stopper 32 facing away from.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the cleaning assembly 2 may include a bracket 21 and a mop assembly 22, the mop assembly 22 being disposed on the bracket 21, and the bracket 21 including an end plate 211 located outside a side edge of the mop assembly, and the snap 323 may abut against the end plate 211.
The cleaning assembly 2 is mainly composed of a holder 21 and a mop assembly 22, the mop assembly 22 is disposed on the holder 21, and the cleaning assembly is fixed in the housing by making the edge of the holder 21 extend to the outside of the mop assembly 22, that is, both ends of the holder 21 have end plates 211 positioned outside the outer edge of the mop assembly 22, so that the cleaning assembly can be fixed by making the catching portion 323 of the stopper 32 abut against the end plates 211 of the holder 21.
In one possible embodiment, the mop assembly 22 may include a cleaning belt 221 having a ring shape and two rotating shafts 222 surrounded by the cleaning belt 221, the two rotating shafts 222 are arranged side by side and spaced apart to be supported on the inner circumferential surface of the cleaning belt 221 and rotate the cleaning belt 221, and the outer circumferential surface of the cleaning belt 221 forms a moving cleaning surface 2211; the mop assembly 22 is rotatable about one of the axes of rotation 222 to extend the cleaning assembly 2 from the opening 121.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 9, in the present embodiment, the mop assembly 22 includes two cleaning belts 221 and two rotating shafts 222, the two rotating shafts 222 are arranged side by side at intervals, the cleaning belt 221 is an annular cleaning belt 221, the annular cleaning belt 221 surrounds the two rotating shafts 222, and the rotating shafts 222 are transmission members, and the cleaning belts 221 outside the rotating shafts 222 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotating shafts 222.
It should be noted that the floor brush may further include a driving unit 4, the two rotating shafts 222 may include a driving shaft 2221 and a driven shaft 2222, and the cleaning belt 221 is sleeved outside the driving shaft 2221 and the driven shaft 2222, that is, the inner surface of the cleaning belt 221 and the outer surfaces of the driving shaft 2221 and the driven shaft 2222 are abutted against each other. The driving shaft 2221 is connected with the driving unit 4, the driving unit 4 can drive the driving shaft 2221 to rotate, the driving shaft 2221 rotates to drive the cleaning belt 221 sleeved on the outer surface of the driving shaft to rotate, and the driven shaft 2222 is also abutted against the cleaning belt 221, so that the cleaning belt 221 rotates to drive the driven shaft 2222 to rotate, and the driving shaft 2221 and the driven shaft 2222 synchronously rotate to ensure that the cleaning belt 221 sleeved on the outer surfaces of the driving shaft 2221 and the driven shaft 2222 stably rotate.
In this embodiment, the rotation shaft 222 rotates to drive the cleaning belt 221 to rotate, the cleaning belt 221 may include a base belt 2212 sleeved outside the two rotation shafts 222 and cleaning members 2213 arranged outside the base belt 2212, and the cleaning members 2213 may be cleaning cloth sleeved outside the base belt 2212 or strips adhered to the outer surface of the base belt 2212, so as to clean the ground by the contact between the cleaning members 2213 and the ground. The rotation shaft 222 drives the base strip 2212 and the cleaning members 2213 outside the base strip 2212 to rotate synchronously, and the friction force generated by the rotation of the cleaning members 2213 and the ground is large, so that the cleaning effect of the mop assembly 22 on the ground can be improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, in the mop assembly 22 of this embodiment, the two rotating shafts 222 are arranged side by side and spaced apart from each other, the cleaning belt 221 is sleeved outside the two rotating shafts 222, the cleaning belt 221 not only covers the outside of the two rotating shafts 222, but also covers the space between the two rotating shafts 222, so that the area covered by the cleaning belt 221 is large, the part of the cleaning belt 221 located between the two rotating shafts 222 is a plane, that is, the cleaning belt 221 is in contact with the plane of the floor, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning belt 221 on the floor is high.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning assembly 2 rotates around one of the two rotation shafts 222, for example, the rotation shaft 222 may be a driving shaft 2221, so that the cleaning assembly 2 can move relative to the housing 1 of the floor brush, so that the cleaning assembly 2 can protrude from the opening 121 of the housing 1, which facilitates the installation and removal of the cleaning assembly 2, i.e., facilitates the cleaning and replacement of the cleaning assembly 2.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the inner side of the cleaning belt 221 is provided with two rotating shafts 222 spaced side by side, and in order to connect the two rotating shafts 222 together, so that the cleaning assembly 2 forms an integral structure, the cleaning assembly 2 may further include a bracket 21, the rotating shafts 222 are provided on the bracket 21, and the bracket 21 includes the end plate 211 located outside the side edge of the cleaning belt 221, and the clamping portion 323 may abut against the end plate 211.
As for the engagement of the engagement portion 323 of the stopper 32 and the cleaning assembly 2, specifically, the cleaning assembly 2 includes a bracket 21, two rotation shafts 222 are both connected to the bracket 21, the two rotation shafts 222 are fixed to an integral structure by the bracket 21, and an end portion of the main shaft 2221 of the two rotation shafts 222 may extend out of the bracket 21 so that the main shaft 2221 is connected to the driving unit 4.
The two rotating shafts 222 and the bracket 21 are in the same horizontal plane, therefore, the present embodiment fixes the integral structure of the bracket 21 and the rotating shafts 222 in the housing 1 by extending the edge of the bracket 21 to the outside of the cleaning belt 221, i.e., the outside of the side edge of the cleaning belt 221 is the end plate 211 of the bracket 21, and the end plate 211 is exposed outside the cleaning belt 221, so that the clamping portion 323 of the stopper 32 can be abutted against the end plate 211; when the engaging portion 323 of the stop member 32 is disengaged from the end plate 211 of the bracket 21, the bracket 21 and the rotating shaft 322 are positioned in the housing 1 at a side of the bracket 21 connected to the driving shaft 2221 and at a side of the bracket 21 connected to the driven shaft 2222, which extends out of the housing 1 through the opening 121, due to gravity.
Specifically, the end plate 211 may have a positioning portion 2111 thereon, and the clamping portion 323 is clamped with the positioning portion 2111 to limit the cleaning assembly 2 in the receiving groove 12. As shown in fig. 4, when the stopper 32 is engaged with the end plate 211 by providing the positioning portion 2111 on the end plate 211 of the bracket 21, the engaging portion 323 of the stopper 32 corresponds to the positioning portion 2111 of the end plate 211, and the positioning portion 2111 abuts against the engaging portion 323, so that the cleaning assembly 2 is restricted in the inner cavity of the housing 1 by the stopper 32.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning portion 2111 may be a positioning notch formed on the end plate 211. The stop part 32 is located in the housing 1, the position of the stop part 32 corresponds to the end plate 211 of the bracket 21 of the cleaning assembly 2, the clamping part 323 of the stop part 32 can be a protruding part protruding towards the end plate 211 on the main body 321, the positioning part 2111 of the end plate 211 of the bracket 21 corresponds to the protruding part, and the positioning part 2111 can be a positioning notch, when the stop part 32 is clamped with the end plate 211 of the bracket 21, the clamping part 323 of the stop part 32 extends into the positioning notch, and the upper surface of the clamping part 323 and the downward surface of the positioning notch are mutually abutted.
For the connection of the operation part 311 of the driving member 31 and the rear end of the housing 1, as shown in fig. 12, alternatively, the rear end of the housing 1 may have a mounting hole 16, the operation part 311 is located in the mounting hole 16, and the operation part 311 can move along the extending direction of the extending part 312 under the action of external force.
By forming the mounting hole 16 at the rear end of the housing 1, the mounting hole 16 corresponds to the position of the operating portion 311 of the driving member 31, and the operating portion 311 is located in the mounting hole 16, so that the operating portion 311 can be exposed in the mounting hole 16, when a user applies an external force to the operating portion 311, the operating portion 311 can move along the extending direction of the extending portion 312 under the action of the external force, that is, the operating portion 311 can move in the front-rear direction of the housing 1, so that the driving member 31 moves along the front-rear direction of the housing 1, and pushes the stopper 32 to move.
Specifically, the manipulation section 311 may have a manipulation surface 3111, and the manipulation surface 3111 is flush with the rear end of the housing 1. As shown in fig. 13, the manipulating part 311 has a manipulating surface 3111, the manipulating surface 3111 is a surface of the manipulating part 311 facing the rear end of the housing 1, that is, the manipulating surface 3111 of the manipulating part 311 is a surface facing the outside of the housing 1, and the user can move the actuator 31 through the manipulating part 311 by pressing the manipulating surface 3111.
In addition, when the control surface 3111 of the operating portion 311 is not pressed, the control surface 3111 may be flush with the rear end of the housing 1, that is, the control surface 3111 and the rear end surface of the housing 1 are in the same plane, which may make the appearance of the rear end of the housing 1 simpler and more elegant, and since the operating portion 311 is not recessed near the housing 1, it is convenient for the user to press the operating portion 311, and the operating portion 311 is not protruded outside the housing 1, so the housing 1 has a certain protection effect on the operating portion 311, and the operating portion 311 may be prevented from being scratched.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an air duct 17 may be further disposed in the housing 1, the air duct 17 is located above the cleaning assembly 2, and the air duct 17 is communicated with the dust suction port 11.
The air duct 17 is arranged inside the casing 1 of the floor brush, for example, the air duct 17 is arranged in the hollow part of the casing 1, and the air duct 17 is positioned above the cleaning component 2, so that the air duct 17 and the cleaning component 2 can be arranged in the same vertical space, the size of the floor brush is reduced, and the air duct 17 can not obstruct the cleaning component 2 from contacting with the ground. Wherein, the air duct 17 is communicated with the dust suction opening 11 at the front end of the shell 1, so that air communicating dust can enter the air duct 17 from the dust suction opening 11 of the floor brush.

A floor brush as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the stop member (32) comprises a main body (321), a rotating shaft (322) and a clamping portion (323), the rotating shaft (322) and the clamping portion (323) are both connected to the main body (321), the clamping portion (323) abuts against the front end of the cleaning assembly (2), the rotating shaft (322) is rotatably connected to the housing (1), and the main body (321) can be driven by the driving member (31) to rotate around the rotating shaft (322) to disengage the clamping portion (323) from the cleaning assembly (2).
