As shown in the drawing, in the use process, the hook 213 at the lower end of the dust cup assembly 20 is hung on the second mounting part 13, and then the locking structure 29 is locked on the connecting piece 11, so that stable placement of the dust cup assembly 20 can be completed. The disassembly process of the dust cup assembly 20 is the reverse of the process, and the whole assembly and disassembly are convenient and quick.
Optionally, the locking structure 29 comprises: bracket 291, buckle 292 and driving piece, buckle 292 extends along the third direction (i.e. the left and right directions that the drawing shows), and buckle 292 rotationally connects bracket 291 and forms lever structure, and the one end of buckle 292 is equipped with the hook portion, and the hook portion is along the second direction and is movable between the position that catches on and releases the connecting piece, can see with reference to fig. 3, and the hook portion can provide the locking force that the upper end of restriction dirt cup subassembly moved towards the direction of keeping away from the second installation department. The driving member is coupled to the catch 292 to drive the catch 292 to rotate, thereby driving the catch 292 to catch or release the connecting member 11. The catch 292 is configured in a lever manner, and one end of the catch 292 is driven to move, and under the action of the lever, the hook portion on the catch 292 will move in a proper direction, thereby achieving locking and releasing.
Specifically, as shown in the figure, the right end of the buckle 292 has an upwardly extending hook portion, the left end of the buckle 292 is connected with a driving member, the left end of the buckle 292 can be driven to move in the up-down direction through a driving structure, the buckle 292 and the bracket 291 are rotatably connected to form a lever structure, and when the driving member drives the left end of the buckle 292 to move, the hook portion can be driven to move in the up-down direction. Wherein, the connecting piece 11 is provided with a clamping groove 105, the clamping groove 105 is opened in a direction away from the connecting piece 11 along the second direction (i.e. opened downwards), and when the hook portion extends into the clamping groove 105, the locking structure 29 hooks the wall of the clamping groove 105 under the action of the buckle 292, so as to limit the locking structure 29 to move leftwards, i.e. lock the dust cup assembly 20. When the driving member drives the buckle 292 to move (rotate), the hook part can be driven to be separated from the clamping groove 105 under the action of the lever, so that the upper end of the dust cup assembly 20 is separated from the connecting member 11, and at the moment, the dust cup assembly 20 can be easily removed from the machine body 10.
Wherein the third direction is perpendicular to the second direction (refer to fig. 3, the third direction is the left-right direction in fig. 3).
Optionally, the driving member includes a first button 296, where the first button 296 is slidably disposed on the bracket 291 along a third direction, and the first button is abutted with the other end of the buckle.
Wherein at least one of the first button 296 and the catch 292 is provided with a wedge surface adapted to actuate the catch release connection by the first button.
For example, the first button 296 is provided with a wedge-shaped guide surface that interfaces with the other end of the catch 292, and the first button 296 is adapted to actuate the catch 292 to release the connector 11. The wedge-shaped guide surface on the first button 296 cooperates with the left end of the catch 292, and during movement of the first button 296 in the third direction, the wedge-shaped guide surface will guide the left end of the catch 292 to move in an up-down direction, thereby transmitting movement to the hook through leverage.
In addition, the first button 296 in the present invention is adapted to actuate the catch 292 to release the connector 11. To maintain stable operation of the cleaner 100, a return structure may be provided to return the catch 292, thereby facilitating stable mounting of the dirt cup assembly 20 to the body 10 during use.
Specifically, the driving member of the present invention may further include a first restoring member 293 and a second restoring member 294, where the first restoring member 293 is connected to the bracket 291 and the buckle 292, respectively, and is adapted to normally drive the buckle 292 to hook the connecting member 11, that is, the first restoring member is normally located in a position where the driving buckle hooks the connecting member. Whereby the catch 292 is normally actuated to lock the connector 11 by the action of the first return element 293, thereby stably mounting the dirt cup assembly 20 to the body 10. Specifically, between the dust cup assemblies, under the action of the first reset piece, the buckle is in an initial state; in the process of installing the dust cup assembly, as at least one of the buckle and the first button is provided with a wedge-shaped guide surface, the buckle rotates along with the installation of the dust cup assembly until the dust cup assembly is installed in place, and the connecting piece is locked through the buckle 292.
The second reset element 294 is connected to the first button and the bracket, respectively, and the second reset element 294 is provided to reset the position of the first button 296. Specifically, a second reset member 294 is coupled to the first button 296 and the bracket 291, respectively, and the second reset member 294 normally drives the first button 296 away from the catch 292.
The first reset piece and the second reset piece can be springs, elastic sheets or damping pieces and the like.
Of course, in the present invention, the driving member may be provided with only the first reset member 293 or only the second reset member 294, and the stability of the driving member may be effectively improved by providing the first reset member 293 and the second reset member 294.
Alternatively, the hanger 213 of the present invention is disposed on the end of the dirt cup assembly 20 remote from the connector 11 and adjacent the second mounting portion 13, thereby facilitating the hanger 213 to hang over the second mounting portion 13. The locking structure 29 of the present invention may be provided on the dirt cup assembly 20 at a location remote from the second mounting portion 13. Thereby effectively improving the stability of the installation of the dirt cup assembly 20.
Optionally, a pin assembly 15 is provided on the second mounting portion 13 at an end remote from the first mounting portion 12 for connection to a floor brush. Thereby facilitating communication and power to the brush via the pin assembly 15.
Optionally, a battery compartment for placing the battery pack 40 is provided on the end of the second mounting portion 13 adjacent to the first mounting portion 12, and the side of the battery compartment facing away from the dirt cup assembly 20 is open and covered by a battery pack cover plate 102. Therefore, the battery pack 40 can be conveniently replaced, and the convenience of the cleaner 100 can be effectively improved.
Optionally, the battery compartment is configured to be flared in a direction away from the dirt cup assembly 20, and the interior space of the battery compartment is adapted to the shape of the battery pack 40. In this way, the capacity of the battery compartment can be effectively increased, thereby increasing the capacity of the corresponding battery pack 40.
In addition, the battery compartment in the present invention may be formed by a wall of the first mounting portion 12 and a wall of the second mounting portion 13 together, as shown in the drawing, the second mounting portion 13 is connected to the first mounting portion 12, and one end of the second mounting portion 13 near the first mounting portion 12 and the first mounting portion 12 together form the battery compartment.
The battery compartment comprises a main body part, wherein the inner space of the main body part of the battery compartment is in a form of extending along a direction perpendicular to a first direction and a second direction (namely, a direction perpendicular to a paper surface in fig. 3), two ends of the main body part are respectively provided with a decorative ring 103 and a decorative cover plate 104, the decorative cover plates 104 cover two ends of the main body part, the decorative rings 103 are arranged on the periphery of the decorative cover plates 104, and the decorative rings 103 are connected with the main body part of the battery compartment and position the decorative cover plates 104.
Specifically, the battery pack 40 in the present invention is mounted to the second mounting portion 13. Thus, the motor module 30 and the battery pack 40 are respectively mounted through the first mounting part 12 and the second mounting part 13, so that the motor module 30 and the battery pack 40 are stably placed, and the stability of the cleaner 100 is effectively improved.
Optionally, the second end of the connecting piece 11 is connected with a suction cover plate 112, that is, the end part of the connecting piece 11, which is used for connecting the dust cup assembly 20, is provided with the suction cover plate 112, so that the dust cup assembly 20 and the connecting piece 11 can be in sealing connection through the suction cover plate 112, and air leakage is avoided.
Specifically, the suction inlet cover 112 is disposed perpendicular to the second direction, and of course, the suction inlet cover 112 is not completely perpendicular to the second direction, and the suction cover may have a structure such as a flange, a hem, or the like, in other words, the axis of the suction inlet cover 112 extends substantially along the second direction.
The opposite sides (two sides along the second direction) of the suction cover plate 112 are respectively provided with a first sealing ring 107 and a second sealing ring 108, the first sealing ring 107 is used for sealing the gap between the connecting piece 11 and the suction cover plate 112, the second sealing ring 108 is used for sealing the gap between the suction cover plate 112 and the dust cup assembly 20, and the suction cover plate 112 is provided with a vent for forming a sealing channel which is communicated with the dust cup outlet and the connecting piece 11. By providing the mouthpiece cover plate 112, the stability of the connection between the dirt cup assembly 20 and the connector 11 is improved. Moreover, the suction cover 112 provides a stable mounting location for the dirt cup assembly 20 when the dirt cup assembly 20 is removed, thereby enhancing the quick and stable mounting and removal of the dirt cup assembly 20, and also provides a better appearance of the body 10 after the dirt cup assembly 20 is removed.
The suction cover plate 112 includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion and a third plate portion, wherein the first plate portion and the third plate portion are perpendicular to the second direction, the second plate portion and the third plate portion are annular plates, an inner peripheral edge of the second plate portion is connected with a peripheral edge of the first plate portion, an outer peripheral edge of the second plate portion is connected with an inner peripheral edge of the third plate portion, and the second plate portion is configured to be tapered gradually shrinking in the airflow direction. At least one of the first plate part and the second plate part is provided with an opening for communicating the connecting piece 11 and the dust cup assembly 20, both side surfaces of the second plate part are provided with positioning protrusions, the end parts of the positioning protrusions are provided with grooves for accommodating the first sealing ring 107 and the second sealing ring 108, and the opening is arranged on the inner sides of the first sealing ring 107 and the second sealing ring 108.
In addition, the invention also comprises a dust cup decorative cover 111, and the dust cup decorative cover 111 is arranged on the machine body 10. Specifically, the connecting piece 11 is provided with a cover structure and a connecting piece, the suction opening cover plate 112 is arranged on the inner side of the cover structure, the handle 14 is connected with the periphery of the cover structure, the outer surface of the cover structure is covered by the dust cup decorative cover 111, the cover structure is provided with a central opening, and the connecting piece is connected with the central opening of the cover structure and penetrates out of the dust cup decorative cover 111.
Optionally, the dirt cup assembly 20 is removably mounted to the body 10. That is, the dirt cup is removable, so that the dirt cup can be removed for cleaning, dusting, etc., to facilitate use of the cleaner 100.
Optionally, a containing space is formed between the motor component and the dust cup component, and the dust collector further comprises a battery pack, and the battery pack is installed in the containing space.
In some embodiments, the first mounting portion 12, the second mounting portion 13, and the connector 11 are integrated into the body 10, for example, one end of the connector 11 has a first interface in a first direction and the other end has a second interface in a second direction. The first mounting portion 12 is connected to one end of the connecting member 11 and extends along a first direction, the second mounting portion 13 is connected to the first mounting portion 12, and the second mounting portion 13 extends along a second direction, and the motor module 30 is mounted on the first mounting portion 12 and communicates with the first interface, in other words, the motor module 30 is mounted on one end of the connecting member 11 and is disposed on the first mounting portion 12. The dust cup assembly 20 is mounted at the other end of the connecting piece 11 and is communicated with the second interface, and the motor module 30 and the dust cup assembly 20 extend in a direction away from the connecting piece 11.
Alternatively, two ends of the handle 14 are respectively connected with the motor assembly and the connecting piece 11, and a handheld space is formed between the handle 14 and the motor assembly and between the handle 14 and the connecting piece 11, specifically, one end of the handle is connected with one end of the motor assembly far away from the connecting piece, and the other end of the handle is connected with the second end of the connecting piece. Thereby forming a larger holding space between the handle, the connecting piece and the motor component, and facilitating the holding.
In addition, the handle is connected with the motor assembly and the dust cup assembly, and when the handle is held by hand, the force applied to the handle can be better distributed to the motor assembly and the dust cup assembly, so that the holding effect is further improved.
In addition, in connection with the foregoing embodiment, the handle 14 and the second mounting portion 13 are provided on opposite sides of the motor assembly, and referring to the drawings, the handle 14 is provided on the upper side of the motor assembly, and the second mounting portion 13 is provided on the lower side of the motor assembly. In the use process, after holding the handle 14, the force applied to the handle 14 directly acts on the motor module 30, and as a component with relatively large mass in the dust collector 100, the handle 14 is close to the motor module 30, so that the force can be conveniently applied to the dust collector 100, and the dust collector 100 is convenient to hold under the condition that the overall weight of the dust collector 100 is reasonable.
Optionally, a decorative cover is connected to the outer side of the handle 14, so as to improve the appearance effect of the dust collector 100, and the requirements of different users on the holding effect of the handle 14 can be met through reasonable arrangement of the decorative cover, so that the dust collector 100 is further convenient to use.
In addition, the holding portion of the handle 14 may be configured to extend in a substantially first direction, that is, the holding portion of the handle 14 extends in the first direction, or the holding portion of the handle 14 is substantially parallel to the motor module 30, so as to further facilitate the holding of the handle 14, improve the overall stability of the cleaner 100, and facilitate use.
The grip portion of the handle 14 of the present invention may be provided in a form having a protruding structure at both ends, so that it has anti-slip and convenient grip effects, and a user can easily find the most suitable grip position, thereby further facilitating the use of the cleaner 100.
Optionally, the handle comprises: the first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part are connected to one end of the motor component far away from the connecting piece; the second connecting part is connected with the first connecting part, and the first connecting part extends towards the connecting piece along a direction parallel to the first direction; the third connecting portion is connected with the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion extends to the second end of the connecting piece along the direction parallel to the second direction.
Wherein, the second connecting portion and the third connecting portion may be referred to as a grip portion.
Optionally, the angle of inclination of the first direction with respect to the second direction is greater than 90 °, further the angle of inclination of the first direction with respect to the second direction is in the range of 90 ° to 180 °. That is, the motor module 30 and the dirt cup assembly 20 extend in directions away from each other, and the angle between the extending direction of the motor module 30 and the extending direction of the dirt cup assembly 20 is greater than 90 °. Thereby further lifting the overall weight of the cleaner 100.
As described above, when the body 10 includes the connector 11, it can also be described that the opening direction of the first interface of the connector 11 and the opening direction of the second interface have an included angle greater than 90 °. The opening direction of the interface is also a vector with direction.
For example, the angle between the first direction and the second direction is set to 90 °, 100 °, 135 °, 145 °, 160 °, 175 °, or the like. Of course, the angle between the first direction and the second direction may be set to be smaller than 90 °.
Optionally, the cleaner further comprises an air inlet duct 16 connected to the inlet of the dirt cup assembly.
Optionally, the air outlet section of the air inlet pipe is arranged around the dust cup assembly, and the air outlet section of the air inlet pipe is opposite to the motor assembly in the air inlet direction of the second interface, the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly is arranged on the peripheral wall, and the outlet of the air outlet section is communicated with the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly. Further, optionally, a cavity is formed in the second mounting portion 13, and a side of the cavity facing the dust cup assembly 20 is opened and covered by an air inlet pipe cover plate 131, and an air inlet pipe 16 is disposed in the cavity, and the air inlet pipe 16 extends to a dust gas inlet adapted to be communicated with the dust cup assembly 20.
In addition, in the present invention, the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly may also be provided at an end of the dust cup assembly, for example, as shown in the figure, the dust cup inlet is provided at a lower end of the dust cup assembly, specifically, at an end of the dust cup assembly remote from the connecting member.
Optionally, the dirt cup assembly 20 includes: a cup 21, a coarse ash separator 22 and a fine ash separator 23. The cup 21 may provide a space for dust storage of the cleaner 100, and efficient separation of dust and gas may be achieved by the coarse and fine ash separators 22 and 23.
Specifically, one end of the cup 21 is connected to the motor module 30 and extends in the second direction toward a direction away from the motor module 30 to the other end, one end of the cup 21 is connected to the connector and has a dust gas outlet, and the other end of the cup is closed. The coarse ash separator 22 is arranged in the cup 21 and extends in the second direction, i.e. the coarse ash separator extends in the same direction as the cup.
At least a portion of the peripheral wall of the coarse ash separator 22 is spaced apart from the peripheral wall of the cup 21. The fine ash separator 23 extends in the second direction, i.e. the fine ash separator extends in the same direction as the cup, and at least a part of the fine ash separator 23 is arranged inside the coarse ash separator 22.
Wherein the peripheral wall of the cup 21 may be provided with a dust gas inlet opposite to the coarse ash separator 22. In the use process, the dust-containing air flow enters the dust cup from the dust air inlet on the peripheral wall of the cup body 21, and after entering the cup body 21, the dust-containing air flow passes through the coarse ash separator 22 to filter out impurities with larger sizes in the dust-containing air flow, and the rest of the impurities can enter the fine ash separator 23 to be further filtered, so that dust in the dust-containing air flow is effectively separated, and the dust-gas separation effect of the dust collector 100 is effectively improved.
In addition, since the dust gas inlet in the present invention is provided on the peripheral wall of the cup 21, and is opposed to the coarse ash separator 22, a spiral gas flow may be formed after the dust-containing gas flow enters the cup 21, thereby realizing dust gas separation by centrifugal action.
During use of the cleaner 100, there may be a possibility that filament wires, hair, etc. enter the dust cup through the dust gas inlet and may be entangled on the coarse ash separator 22, and thus means for switching the structures of these wires, hair, etc. are required.
Alternatively, in the present invention, serrations 271 are provided on the coarse ash separator 22, which can be used for cutting the aforementioned threads and the like. Specifically, in the present invention, the peripheral wall of the coarse ash separator 22 is provided with the saw teeth 271, the saw teeth 271 have teeth portions facing away from the inner space of the coarse ash separator 22, and the dust cup assembly 20 is provided with a driving structure for driving the saw teeth 271 to move. During use, the saw teeth 271 may be driven by the drive structure to move, thereby severing the wire or the like wound on the coarse ash separator 22.
As shown in the drawing, the driving structure of the present invention includes a saw-tooth chute, a second button 297, and a third reset member 295, where the saw-tooth chute extends along a second direction and is slidably disposed on the coarse ash separator 22 along the second direction, and the saw-tooth 271 is disposed on the saw-tooth chute, one end of the saw-tooth chute near the connecting member 11 has a guiding slope, the second button 297 is opposite to the guiding slope, and the second button 297 is movable along the aforementioned third direction (one direction perpendicular to the second direction), and the movement of the second button 297 along the third direction can drive the saw-tooth chute to move along the second direction, so as to drive the saw-tooth 271 to slide along the second direction. A third reset member 295 may be coupled to the second button 297 and the third reset member 295 normally drives the second button 297 away from the saw-tooth chute in a third direction.
In addition, the second button 297 of the present invention may be integrated on the bracket 291, that is, the driving member and the driving structure are integrated on the same component, which is convenient for use.
As shown, the first button 296 and the second button 297 are integrated on the aforementioned bracket 291, and the first button 296 and the second button 297 both extend to the same end face of the button, and a button decoration ring 298 is provided on the bracket 291, and the button decoration ring 298 surrounds the first button 296 and the second button 297, or the ends of the first button 296 and the second button 297 are both located inside the button decoration ring 298.
In addition, a knob 299 is further provided on the bracket 291, and the knob 299 is rotatably provided on the bracket 291. Alternatively, knob 299 may be provided around first button 296 and second button 297.
As previously mentioned, mount 291 in the present invention may be configured to mount to cup 21.
Optionally, the dirt cup assembly 20 further includes: the filter support 24 and the filter cotton 25, the filter support 24 covers the dust gas outlet of the cup body 21, the filter support 24 is provided with a cylinder part, the cylinder part stretches into the coarse ash separator 22, the cylinder part and the fine ash separator 23 are arranged along the second direction, the cylinder part is close to the motor module 30, in other words, the cylinder part is positioned at the air outlet side of the fine ash separator, and a ventilation opening is arranged on the peripheral wall of the cylinder part; the filter cotton 25 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder.
Specifically, as shown in the figure, the coarse ash separator 22 includes a first straight cylinder, a partition plate, a second straight cylinder, and a third straight cylinder, the first straight cylinder extends in the up-down direction, a third seal ring 201 is provided on a peripheral wall of an upper end of the first straight cylinder, a fourth seal ring 202 is provided on a peripheral wall of a lower end of the first straight cylinder, and the fourth seal ring 202 is sealed between a lower end of the first straight cylinder and the cup 21. The baffle seals the lower end of the first straight barrel, and is provided with a central hole, and the second straight barrel is connected with the center Kong Zhouyan of the baffle and extends downwards. The third straight barrel is connected to the partition plate and extends downwards, the second straight barrel is surrounded by the third straight barrel, the third straight barrel is composed of annular ribs and connecting ribs, the annular ribs are arranged below the partition plate, and the connecting ribs are connected with the annular ribs and the partition plate. The dust gas inlet on the cup 21 is opposite to the third straight cylinder.
The filter holder 24 has a flat plate portion having a central hole and a cylindrical portion having an upper end connected to an upper center Kong Zhouyan of the flat plate portion, and a lower end extending to the first cylinder, and a ventilation opening provided in a peripheral wall of the cylindrical portion and wrapped with the filter cotton 25.
The lower surface of the flat plate part is provided with an annular convex part, and the annular convex part is matched and sealed with the third sealing ring 201.
The fine ash separator 23 has an upper cylinder surrounding the third straight cylinder and provided at its lower end with a tapered portion gradually contracting downward, the tapered portion extending into the lower cylinder, the upper end of the lower cylinder being closed by the tapered portion, the lower end extending to the bottom of the body and being closed by an end plate 212 at the bottom of the cup 21. A fifth sealing ring 203 is arranged between the lower edge of the lower cylinder and the end plate 212.
Optionally, the end of the coarse ash separator 22 remote from the connector is closed by a dust plate 26, the periphery of the dust plate 26 being provided with a skirt 261 extending in the second direction, a storage space being provided between the dust plate 26 and an end plate of the cup 21 remote from the connector.
In other words, the dust plate 26 encloses the aforementioned second straight cylinder. And the periphery of the dust plate 26 is provided with a downward skirt 261, so that dust can be collected at the lower part of the cup body 21, and dust can be reduced from being raised. Alternatively, the peripheral edge of the dust plate 26 extends beyond the outer peripheral surface of the second straight cylinder, and the dust plate 26 is provided with a recess, into which the lower end of the groove of the saw tooth 271 is fitted.
Alternatively, the fine ash separator 23 protrudes in the second direction beyond the coarse ash separator 22 and is sealed by the cup 21.
Optionally, the cup 21 comprises: the cylinder 211, the end plate 212 and the lock catch 28, wherein the cylinder 211 extends along the second direction and is open at two ends; an end plate 212 openably closes one end of the cylinder 211 remote from the connector; the catch 28 is movably arranged in the cylinder 211 and is adapted to catch 28 or release the end plate 212. And the ash is convenient to pour.
A sixth seal 204 is provided between the periphery of the end plate 212 and the lower end periphery of the cylinder 211.
The shackle 28 includes: the hook 281 extends along the second direction, the hook 281 is rotatably connected to the cylinder 211, an elastic structure 282 is arranged on the inner side (the side close to the cylinder 211) of the hook 281, the elastic structure 282 drives the upper end of the hook 281 to be away from the cylinder 211, the lower end of the hook 281 is driven by a lever structure to hook the end plate 212, and the upper end of the hook 281 is pressed by a copper drum to release the end plate 212.
In the present invention, at least a part of the outer surface of the connector is exposed to the cleaner, that is, at least a part of the outer surface of the connector can be seen when seen from the outside of the cleaner.
In addition, the airflow channel is configured to divert from the second interface to the first interface at an angle of no more than 90 °. In other words, a circuitous flow path is not formed in the air flow channel, but directly from the second interface to the first interface through a predetermined angle less than 90 °. Alternatively, the airflow channels have an airflow turn of no more than 90 ° (or in the range of 0 to 90 °). Thereby improving ventilation and ventilation efficiency.

1. A vacuum cleaner, comprising:
The connecting piece is provided with a first interface at a first end and a second interface at a second end, and an air flow channel which is communicated with the first interface and the second interface is arranged in the connecting piece;
the motor component is connected to the first end of the connecting piece and extends along a first direction, and the motor component is communicated with the first interface;
the dust cup assembly is connected to the second end of the connecting piece and extends along the second direction, and the dust cup assembly is communicated with the second interface;
a handle coupled to the motor assembly;
an air inlet pipe connected with the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly, an air outlet section of the air inlet pipe arranged around the dust cup assembly, the air outlet section of the air inlet pipe opposite to the motor assembly in the air inlet direction of the second interface, the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly arranged on the peripheral wall, an outlet of the air outlet section communicated with the dust cup inlet of the dust cup assembly,
the first direction is parallel to and in the same direction as the air outlet direction of the first interface, the second direction is parallel to and opposite to the air inlet direction of the second interface, the first direction is inclined by a preset angle relative to the second direction, the motor assembly and the dust cup assembly are arranged in an inclined manner relatively to form a containing space, and the battery is packaged in the containing space;
The dirt cup assembly includes:
the dust-free cup comprises a cup body, wherein one end of the cup body is connected with a connecting piece and provided with a dust gas outlet, and the other end of the cup body is closed;
a coarse ash separator disposed within and extending in a same direction as the cup, at least a portion of a peripheral wall of the coarse ash separator being spaced apart from the peripheral wall of the cup;
the fine ash separator is at least partially arranged on the inner side of the coarse ash separator and extends in the same direction as the cup body, and a dust gas inlet opposite to the coarse ash separator is formed in the peripheral wall of the cup body;
the dust cup is characterized in that the peripheral wall of the coarse ash separator is provided with saw teeth, the saw teeth are provided with tooth parts deviating from the inner space of the coarse ash separator, and the dust cup assembly is provided with a driving structure for driving the saw teeth to move.
2. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the motor assembly comprises:
a first mounting portion connected to the first end of the connector and extending in the first direction, the first mounting portion having a motor compartment therein;
and the motor module is arranged in the motor bin.
3. The vacuum cleaner of claim 2, wherein the first mounting portion has a cylindrical shape with an axis extending in the first direction, and an end of the first mounting portion remote from the connecting member is open and covered by an air outlet cover plate.
4. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, further comprising:
a second mounting portion connected to the motor assembly and extending in the second direction,
wherein, the dirt cup subassembly is connected in the connecting piece with the space between the second installation department.
5. The vacuum cleaner of claim 4, wherein the second mounting portion is provided with a positioning slot, an opening of the positioning slot faces a direction opposite to the second direction, the dirt cup assembly is provided with a hook and a locking structure, the hook is adapted to be hooked to the positioning slot, the locking structure is adapted to lock and release the connector, and the locking structure cooperates with the hook to position the dirt cup assembly.

The vacuum cleaner of claim 5, wherein the hook is disposed on the dirt cup assembly at an end remote from the connector and adjacent the second mounting portion; the locking structure is arranged on the dust cup assembly, is adjacent to one end of the connecting piece and is far away from the second mounting part.
7. The vacuum cleaner of claim 5, wherein the locking structure comprises:
A bracket;
the buckle extends along a third direction, one end of the buckle is provided with a hook part, the buckle is rotatably connected with the bracket and is constructed into a lever form, and the hook part is movable along the second direction between positions for hooking and releasing the connecting piece;
the driving piece is connected with the buckle to drive the buckle to rotate,
wherein the third direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
8. The vacuum cleaner of claim 7, wherein the driving member includes:
the first reset piece is connected with the bracket and the buckle respectively and normally drives the buckle to be positioned at a position hooking the connecting piece;
the first button is slidably arranged on the bracket along the third direction, the first button is in butt joint with the other end of the buckle, and at least one of the first button and the buckle is provided with a wedge-shaped surface so as to be suitable for driving the buckle to release the connecting piece through the first button;
and the second reset piece is respectively connected with the first button and the bracket so as to drive the first button to reset.
9. The vacuum cleaner of claim 4, wherein the second mounting portion has a battery compartment at an end thereof adjacent the motor assembly, the battery compartment being open on a side thereof facing away from the dirt cup assembly and being covered by a battery pack cover.
10. The vacuum cleaner of claim 9, wherein the battery compartment is configured to be flared in a direction away from the dirt cup assembly.
11. The vacuum cleaner of claim 4, wherein an end of the second mounting portion remote from the motor assembly is provided with a pin assembly for connection to a floor brush.
12. The vacuum cleaner of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein a suction cover plate is attached to the second end of the connecting member, the suction cover plate being arranged perpendicular to the second direction,
the suction port cover plate is provided with a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring along two opposite sides of the second direction respectively, the first sealing ring is used for sealing a gap between the connecting piece and the suction port cover plate, the second sealing ring is used for sealing the gap between the suction port cover plate and the dust cup assembly, and the suction port cover plate is provided with a vent for forming a sealing channel which is communicated with a dust cup outlet of the dust cup assembly and the connecting piece.
13. The vacuum cleaner of any one of claims 1-11, wherein a receiving space is formed between the motor assembly and the dirt cup assembly, the vacuum cleaner further comprising:
the battery pack is arranged in the accommodating space.
14. A vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 1 to 11 wherein one end of the handle is connected to an end of the motor assembly remote from the connector and the other end of the handle is connected to a second end of the connector.
15. The vacuum cleaner of claim 14, wherein the handle comprises:
the first connecting part is connected to one end, far away from the connecting piece, of the motor assembly;
the second connecting part is connected with the first connecting part and extends towards the connecting piece along a direction parallel to the first direction;
and the third connecting part is connected with the second connecting part, and the second connecting part extends to the second end of the connecting piece along the direction parallel to the second direction.
16. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein a decorative cover is attached to an outer side of the handle.
17. The vacuum cleaner of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the first direction is inclined at an angle between 90 ° and 180 ° relative to the second direction.
18. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the dirt cup assembly further comprises:
the filter support covers the dust and gas outlet of the cup body and is provided with a cylinder part, the cylinder part stretches into the coarse ash separator, the cylinder part is positioned at the air outlet side of the fine ash separator, and the peripheral wall of the cylinder part is provided with a vent; and the filter cotton is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part.

The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein an end of the coarse ash separator remote from the connector is closed by a dust plate, a skirt extending in the second direction is provided along a periphery of the dust plate, and a storage space is provided between the dust plate and an end plate of the cup body remote from the end of the connector.
20. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the fine ash separator extends out of the coarse ash separator in the second direction and is sealed by the cup.
21. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, wherein the cup includes:
A cylinder extending in the second direction and having both ends open;
an end plate openably closing an end of the cylinder remote from the connector;
and the lock catch is movably arranged on the cylinder body and is suitable for locking or releasing the end plate.
22. A vacuum cleaner according to any one of claims 1 to 11,
at least part of the outer surface of the connecting piece is exposed out of the dust collector;
the airflow channel is configured to divert from the second interface to the first interface at an angle of no more than 90 °.
