The control system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second display panel (2) comprises an information prompt area (20) and a digital display area (21), the information prompt area (20) prompts the heating information to be adjusted currently, and the digital display area (21) displays the adjustment result.

and entering an intelligent mode according to the confirmation information output by the control knob, controlling the second display panel to display the preset heating time of the system corresponding to the selected submenu in the intelligent mode, and adjusting the heating time according to the adjustment information output by the control knob.
11. The control method according to claim 10, characterized by further comprising: selecting a submenu controlled by a manual mode from the menus displayed on the first display panel according to the selection information output by the control knob;
and entering a manual mode according to the confirmation information output by the control knob, wherein in the manual mode, the second display panel displays a system preset heating temperature and heating time corresponding to the submenu controlled by the manual mode, and adjusts the heating temperature and the heating time according to the adjustment information of the user.
12. The control method according to claim 10 or 11, characterized by further comprising: and canceling the selection of the submenu or the starting action of the oven through a return control key on the oven.
13. The control method of claim 12, wherein the execution of the current sub-menu is suspended and the oven is restarted by the return control key during the execution of the oven.

The control method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein, in the manual mode control, an information prompt region of the second display panel is capable of prompting the heating information to be currently adjusted; and the digital display area of the second display panel displays the adjustment result in real time.
15. The control method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the progress display area of the second display panel instantaneously displays the execution progress of the currently selected sub-menu.
