the soft-bristle toothbrush comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high molecular polymer material (nylon), 2 parts of nano particles (nano titanium dioxide), 5 parts of inorganic filler (calcium sulfate whisker), 2 parts of antibacterial agent (zinc oxide), 4 parts of coupling agent (silane coupling agent KH560), 3 parts of antioxidant (antioxidant CA) and 2 parts of plasticizer (allyl polyvinyl ether).
The soft bristle toothbrush of example 4 was prepared in the same manner as in example 1.
The results of the performance tests of the toothbrush material in example 4 were: the tensile strength is 36MPa, the elongation at break is 510%, the monofilament bending recovery rate is 91%, and the sterilization efficiency on staphylococcus aureus is 99.99%.
Tensile strength was measured using GB/T1040-92. The elongation at break was tested using GB/T2567-. The monofilament bending recovery rate is tested by GB 19342-.
In conclusion, the antibacterial performance of the soft-bristle toothbrush is improved by adding the antibacterial agent into the raw materials, and the water and oxygen blocking performance of the soft-bristle toothbrush is improved by adding the nano particles, so that the prepared soft-bristle toothbrush has the advantages of good antibacterial performance and good blocking performance. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. The efficient cleaning soft-bristle toothbrush is characterized by comprising a brush handle, a brush head base and bristles, wherein the brush handle, the brush head base and the bristles are integrally formed;
the soft-bristle toothbrush comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-110 parts of high polymer material, 1-3 parts of nano particles, 3-5 parts of inorganic filler, 1-3 parts of antibacterial agent, 3-5 parts of coupling agent, 1-5 parts of antioxidant and 1-3 parts of plasticizer.

A soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the soft-bristle toothbrush comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high molecular polymer material, 2 parts of nano particles, 5 parts of inorganic filler, 2 parts of antibacterial agent, 4 parts of coupling agent, 3 parts of antioxidant and 2 parts of plasticizer.
3. A soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the high molecular polymer material is at least one of medical polyvinyl chloride, nylon and polyisoprene;
the coupling agent is at least one of a silane coupling agent KH550, a silane coupling agent KH560 and a silane coupling agent KH 570;
the antioxidant is at least one of antioxidant 1010, antioxidant DLTP and antioxidant CA;
the plasticizer is at least one of dihydroxy polyoxyethylene ether, oxypropylene ether, allyl polyvinyl ether and methacrylate ether;
the antibacterial agent is at least one of zinc oxide, copper oxide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and lithium carbonate.
4. A soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the nano particles are at least one of nano titanium dioxide, nano barium sulfate and nano montmorillonite;
the inorganic filler is at least one of calcium sulfate whisker, spherical silicon micropowder and superfine diatomite.
5. A soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the nano particles are nano titanium dioxide; the inorganic filler is calcium sulfate whisker.
6. A soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 1, wherein: the brush head base comprises a soft hair area, and a middle bristle area is arranged outside the soft hair area; the bristles comprise soft bristles and middle bristles, the soft bristles are arranged on the soft bristle area, and a plurality of the middle bristles are arranged on the middle bristle area;
the diameter of the bottom end of the soft hair is 0.3-0.5 mm, and the diameter of the tip end of the soft hair is 0.10-0.15 mm; the diameter of the bottom end of the middle bristle is 0.7-1.0 mm, and the diameter of the tip end of the middle bristle is 0.4-0.6 mm;
the gaps among the soft bristles are 0.2-0.4 mm, and the gaps among the middle bristles are 0.4-0.8 mm; the soft bristles are perpendicular to the brush head base, and the included angle between the middle bristles and the brush head base is 60-80 degrees.

The soft bristle toothbrush for efficient cleaning according to claim 6, wherein: the diameter of the bottom end of the soft hair is 0.4mm, and the diameter of the tip end of the soft hair is 0.10 mm; the diameter of the bottom end of the middle bristle is 0.8mm, and the diameter of the tip end of the middle bristle is 0.4 mm;
the gaps among the soft bristles are 0.3mm, and the gaps among the middle bristles are 0.6 mm; the soft bristles are perpendicular to the brush head base, and the included angle between the middle bristles and the brush head base is 70 degrees.
8. A method of making a high cleaning efficiency soft bristle toothbrush according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step one, heating a high molecular polymer material to form a high molecular polymer melt, and adding the nano particles, the inorganic filler, the antibacterial agent, the coupling agent, the antioxidant and the plasticizer into the high molecular polymer melt according to the weight part ratio to be uniformly dispersed to obtain a pre-dispersed melt for later use;
and step two, placing the pre-dispersed melt in an injection molding machine for compression molding and injection molding, and obtaining the integrally molded soft bristle toothbrush after segmented demolding.
