本发明公开了一种反馈时序的确定方法、终端设备、网络设备、芯片、计算机可读存储介质、计算机程序产品以及计算机程序,其中方法包括:在第一时间单元中接收第一指示信息;其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述终端在第三时间单元上传输上行控制信息UCI;所述第三时间单元在所述第一时间单元之后;在第二时间单元中接收第二指示信息;其中,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述终端在第四时间单元上传输UCI;所述第四时间单元在所述第二时间单元之后,所述第二时间单元在所述第一时间单元之后或与所述第一时间单元相同,所述第四时间单元与所述第三时间单元不同;基于所述第一时间单元、第二时间单元、第一指示信息以及所述第二指示信息中至少之一,确定在所述第四时间单元上传输UCI并且在第三时间单元中不传输UCI。
