The method can avoid the loss of the setting information of the intercom terminal caused by the maintenance of the intercom terminal and the like, and needs the resetting of technicians, thereby reducing the workload of the technicians and improving the re-acquisition efficiency of the setting information.
The above embodiments refer to that the intercom terminal needs to send an acquisition request to the configuration server, and the following embodiments will provide a method how the intercom terminal searches for the configuration server.
Referring to fig. 7, a technical process before "send a request for obtaining configuration information to a configuration server" in an embodiment of the present application is shown, as shown in fig. 7, the technical process may include:
s702: and acquiring a target IP address, wherein the target IP address is the IP address of the network segment where the installation position of the intercom terminal is located.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, DHCP is started to obtain an IP address of a network segment where the installation location of the intercom terminal is located.
S704: and sending UDP broadcast, and inquiring the address of the configuration server from the intercom host of the network segment.
Optionally, the configuration server adopts any accessible static IP, no configuration personnel is required to input the address of the configuration server when the intercom terminal is configured, the intercom terminal can automatically address the configuration server, the condition that the configuration personnel input errors is avoided, the probability of the configuration errors is reduced, the time is saved, and the automation degree of the configuration of the intercom system is provided.
According to the above embodiment, as can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the intercom terminal and the configuration server both store the target configuration information, and if the target configuration information stored by the intercom terminal and the configuration server are not synchronous, an error will occur in the intercom system, and then the following embodiments provide a configuration method of the intercom system related to updating the configuration information.
Referring to fig. 8, a configuration method of an intercom system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, including:
s802: and receiving first pushing information of the configuration server, wherein the first pushing information marks target configuration information change corresponding to the installation position identification in the configuration server, and the target configuration information comprises target intercom information and target setting information.
It should be noted that, the first push information may be information that the configuration server sends to the intercom terminal, or may be information that other devices send to the corresponding intercom terminal after detecting that the target configuration information of the configuration server is changed.
S804: and acquiring target configuration information corresponding to the configuration server and the installation position identifier, and updating the intercom function and/or the personalized function of the intercom terminal.
Referring to fig. 9, a configuration method of an intercom system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, including:
s902: and after the default setting information of the intercom terminal is modified, sending second push information to the configuration server so as to drive the configuration server to acquire updated default setting information from the intercom terminal based on the second push information, and updating target setting information corresponding to the installation position identification of the intercom terminal.
It should be noted that, the second push information may be information that the intercom terminal sends to the configuration server, or may be information that other devices send to the configuration server after detecting that the default setting information of the intercom terminal is modified.
It should be explained that the intercom terminal may include an information modification module for providing the owner and technician or the like with the modification of the configuration information stored on the intercom terminal.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the configuration method of the intercom system includes the steps S802, S804 and S902 described above.
According to the configuration method of the intercom system, when the owner needs to change the setting information of the intercom terminal, a technician can log in the configuration server and modify the setting of the equipment on the corresponding page, so that errors possibly caused by modification of the owner are avoided; and a technician is not required to come into the home of an owner (the installation position of the intercom terminal), so that the labor and time cost for configuring the intercom terminal are saved.
Furthermore, the configuration information can be synchronized by the other party no matter the configuration information is modified on the intercom terminal or the configuration server, and the reliability of the system is improved.
Further, when the owner requests to replace the intercom terminal of other models, the installation position identification of the intercom terminal corresponding to the installation position is also changed. However, the replaced intercom terminals of other models can be configured only by replacing the installation position identifier corresponding to the original intercom terminal with the replaced installation position identifier, so that the configuration information can be automatically synchronized after the new intercom terminal is replaced. And because the operation of replacing the installation position mark is very simple compared with the configuration operation of the traditional building intercom system, the property personnel can operate by themselves, the professional personnel is not required to operate, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10, a configuration method of an intercom system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the configuration method of an intercom system may be applied to a configuration server in an implementation environment shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 10, the configuration method of the intercom system includes:
s1002: and receiving an acquisition request of configuration information sent by the intercom terminal, wherein the acquisition request carries an installation position identifier of the intercom terminal.
The configuration information and the installation location identifier of the intercom terminal are described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
S1004: and sending target intercom information to the intercom terminal, wherein the target intercom information is used for realizing the intercom function of the intercom terminal, and the target intercom information corresponds to the installation position identifier.
The description of the target intercom information and the intercom function is detailed in the above embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
S1006: and issuing target setting information to the intercom terminal, wherein the target setting information is used for realizing the personalized function of the intercom terminal, and the target setting information corresponds to the installation position identifier.
The description of the target setting information and the personalized function is detailed in the above embodiments, and is not repeated here.
The above-mentioned embodiments refer to the configuration server issuing the target setting information to the intercom terminal, however, in practical applications, the configuration server may not have the target setting information, and the following embodiments will provide a configuration method for an intercom system in which the configuration server does not have the target setting information corresponding to a certain intercom terminal.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the method for configuring an intercom system of the foregoing embodiment further includes:
and if the target setting information corresponding to the installation position identification does not exist, receiving default setting information uploaded by the intercom terminal, and storing the default setting information in a position corresponding to the installation position identification.
According to the method and the device for automatically and quickly importing the target setting information, when the configuration server does not have the target setting information, the default setting information is received, automatic and quick importing of the target setting information can be achieved, and meanwhile, compared with the process of importing the setting information by a technician, the method and the device for automatically and quickly importing the target setting information are higher in efficiency and lower in error rate.
As described above, the configuration server needs to send the target intercom information and the target setting information to the intercom terminal, and in order to send the target configuration information to the intercom terminal, as shown in fig. 11, the embodiment of the present application may further execute the following optional technical procedures:
s1102: and acquiring the installation position identifiers of a plurality of intercom terminals.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the installation location is identified as a unique identification code, and the unique identification code is disposed on the intercom terminal. Optionally, the unique identification code may be set on the body of the intercom terminal in the form of a two-dimensional code, or may be set on the body of the intercom terminal in the form of a bar code. Optionally, be provided with the design of windowing on the packing carton at intercom terminal according to the setting position of unique identification code to realize need not unpacking the packing and can sweep the code, realized quick sweep the code. Optionally, the configuration server in the above embodiment further includes a scanning module, configured to scan the unique identification code barcode label to obtain the installation location identifier of the intercom terminal. Alternatively, the scanning module of the above embodiment may include a bar code gun. Optionally, the scanning module provided in the foregoing embodiment may be further used to scan a two-dimensional code to obtain an installation location identifier of the intercom terminal. Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment, the configuration server may further include a printing module, and the printing module may be configured to automatically print out a sticker of the installation position information of the intercom terminal after the installation position identifier of the intercom terminal corresponds to the installation position of the intercom terminal. Through pasting this sticker on equipment packaging box, reduce the circumstances that talkback terminal and mounted position mismatch appear.
S1104: and acquiring target intercom information and/or target setting information corresponding to each installation position identifier.
Optionally, the target intercom information and/or intercom information is input into the configuration server by a professional technician logging into the configuration server at an upper computer (e.g., a computer).
S1106: and storing the target intercom information and/or the target setting information according to the mapping relation between the installation position identification and the target intercom information and/or the target setting information.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application does not limit the mapping relationship, so long as the target intercom information and/or the target setting information in the configuration server can be queried according to the installation location identifier when the intercom terminal is configured.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration method of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include setting configuration information on a configuration server according to a requirement of an item, scanning a unique identification code on a intercom terminal by a technician or a property personnel, registering the intercom terminal to the configuration server, and binding an installation position of the intercom terminal and the target configuration information. It should be noted that the correspondence between the unique identification code and the installation position of the target configuration information is stored on the configuration server.
It should be explained that the intercom terminal sends an acquisition request of configuration information to the configuration server, the acquisition request carries a unique identification code of the intercom terminal, the configuration server responds to the acquisition request and returns an information acquisition identifier, the information acquisition identifier marks the installation position of target configuration information of the intercom terminal on the configuration server, and the intercom terminal acquires the target configuration information from the address book through the information acquisition identifier.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, there is provided an intercom system including:
each intercom terminal is used for sending a configuration information acquisition request to the configuration server, acquiring target intercom information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, completing configuration of intercom functions of the intercom terminals, and acquiring target setting information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, and completing configuration of personalized functions of the intercom terminals;
the configuration server is used for receiving the acquisition request of the configuration information sent by the talkback terminal, issuing target talkback information to the talkback terminal and issuing target setting information to the talkback terminal;
the acquisition request carries an installation position identifier of the intercom terminal, the target intercom information corresponds to the installation position identifier, and the target setting information corresponds to the installation position identifier.
Referring to fig. 12, in the embodiment of the present application, a configuration method of an intercom system provided in the embodiment of the present application will be briefly described in a form that an intercom terminal interacts with a configuration server:
s1202: the intercom terminal sends a request for acquiring the configuration information to the configuration server.
S1204: after receiving the request for acquiring the configuration information, the configuration server transmits target intercom information and target setting information to the intercom terminal.
S1206: after receiving the target intercom information, the intercom terminal completes the configuration of the intercom function.
S1208: after receiving the target setting information, the intercom terminal completes the configuration of the personalized function.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, a method for configuring an intercom system involving updating of configuration information is provided, including:
and acquiring the MQTT account information from the configuration server through HTTP, and connecting the MQTT server to subscribe the related theme of configuration update.
After configuration information on the configuration server is changed, the configuration server pushes related information to the designated intercom terminal through the MQTT server to the intercom terminal; after receiving the message, the intercom terminal will start the FTP to download the relevant configuration file to the local and apply the setting.
Optionally, the configuration information may include address book information changes, parameter changes for any intercom terminal, and the like.
After the related personnel such as owners and technicians operate on the intercom terminal to change the configuration information on the intercom terminal, the corresponding configuration information is uploaded to a corresponding directory of the FTP server, meanwhile, the information is pushed to the configuration server through the MQTT server, and the configuration server acquires the configuration information of the response.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-5 and 7-12 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps of FIGS. 2-5 and 7-12 may include steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the steps or stages are performed necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the steps or stages in other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, a block diagram of a configuration apparatus 1300 of an intercom system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the configuration apparatus 1300 of an intercom system may be configured in an intercom terminal in the implementation environment shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 13, the configuration apparatus 1300 of the intercom system may include: a transmitting module 1302, and a first acquiring module 1304.
The sending module 1302 is configured to send an obtaining request of the configuration information to the configuration server, where the obtaining request carries an installation location identifier of the intercom terminal.
The first obtaining module 1304 is configured to obtain target intercom information returned by the configuration server in response to the obtaining request, so as to implement an intercom function of the intercom terminal, where the target intercom information corresponds to the installation location identifier; and acquiring target setting information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, so as to realize the personalized function of the intercom terminal, wherein the target setting information corresponds to the installation position identifier.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration device of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include an upload module. Specifically, the uploading module may be configured to upload default setting information to a position of the configuration server corresponding to the installation position identifier of the intercom terminal when the intercom terminal does not receive the target setting information, where the default setting information is the setting information stored in the storage module.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration device of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include a query module. Specifically, the query module may be configured to obtain a target IP address, where the target IP address is an IP address of a network segment where an installation location of the intercom terminal is located; and can also be used for sending UDP broadcast and inquiring the talkback host of the network segment about the configuration server address.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration device of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include an update module. Specifically, the update module may be configured to receive first push information of the configuration server. It should be noted that, in the first push information flag configuration server, the target configuration information corresponding to the installation position identifier is changed, and the target configuration information includes target intercom information and target setting information; the method can also be used for acquiring target configuration information corresponding to the configuration server and the installation position identifier and updating the intercom function and/or the personalized function of the intercom terminal; and the configuration server is further configured to send second push information to the configuration server after the default setting information of the intercom terminal is modified, so as to drive the configuration server to acquire updated default setting information from the intercom terminal based on the second push information, so as to update target setting information corresponding to the installation position identifier of the intercom terminal.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, a block diagram of a configuration device 1400 of an intercom system provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the configuration device 1400 of the intercom system may be configured in a configuration server of the implementation environment shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 14, the configuration apparatus 1400 of the intercom system may include: a second receiving module 1402 and a transmitting module 1404.
The second receiving module 1402 is configured to receive an acquisition request of configuration information sent by the intercom terminal, where the acquisition request carries an installation location identifier of the intercom terminal.
The issuing module 1404 is configured to issue target intercom information to an intercom terminal and is configured to issue target setting information to the intercom terminal, where the target intercom information is used to implement an intercom function of the intercom terminal, the target setting information is used to implement a personalized function of the intercom terminal, the target intercom information corresponds to an installation location identifier, and the target setting information corresponds to the installation location identifier.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration device of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include a third receiving module. Specifically, the third receiving module is configured to receive default setting information uploaded by the intercom terminal when the configuration server does not have the target setting information corresponding to the installation location identifier, and store the default setting information in a location corresponding to the installation location identifier.
In an optional embodiment of the present application, the configuration device of the intercom system provided in the foregoing embodiment may further include a setting module. Specifically, the setting module may be configured to obtain installation location identifiers of a plurality of intercom terminals; acquiring target intercom information and/or target setting information corresponding to each installation position identifier; and storing the target intercom information and/or the target setting information according to the mapping relation between the installation position identification and the target intercom information and/or the target setting information.
For specific limitations of the configuration device of the intercom system, reference may be made to the above limitation of the configuration method of the intercom system, and no further description is given here. The above-mentioned configuration device of intercom system can be implemented by all or part of the modules through software, hardware and their combination. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a intercom terminal including a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, there is also provided a configuration server including a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when executing the computer program.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, or the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples merely represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application. Claims (9)

1. The configuration method of the intercom system is characterized by being applied to an intercom terminal, and comprises the following steps:
sending an acquisition request of configuration information to a configuration server, wherein the acquisition request carries an installation position identifier of the intercom terminal; before sending the configuration information acquisition request to the configuration server, acquiring a target IP address, wherein the target IP address is the IP address of the network segment where the installation position of the intercom terminal is located; sending UDP broadcast, and inquiring a configuration server address from a talkback host of the network segment;
Acquiring target intercom information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, and realizing the intercom function of the intercom terminal, wherein the target intercom information corresponds to the installation position identifier;
acquiring target setting information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, and realizing the personalized function of the intercom terminal, wherein the target setting information corresponds to the installation position identifier;
receiving first push information of the configuration server, wherein the first push information marks target configuration information modification corresponding to the installation position identifier in the configuration server, and the target configuration information comprises target intercom information and target setting information; the target setting information comprises intelligent home setting information, security setting information and owner personalized setting information, wherein the intelligent home setting information is used for realizing control of the intercom terminal on a home, the security setting information is used for realizing an alarm function of the intercom terminal, and the owner personalized setting information is information generated by personalized settings of other owners except the intelligent home setting information and the security setting information;
Acquiring target configuration information corresponding to the configuration server and the installation position identifier, and updating the intercom function and/or the personalized function of the intercom terminal; the personalized function comprises a control function of the intercom terminal on the home and/or an alarm function of the intercom terminal.
2. The intercom system configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the target setting information includes:
the intelligent home setting information is used for realizing the control of the intercom terminal on the home; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the security setting information is used for realizing the alarm function of the intercom terminal;
the target intercom information comprises:
address book information comprising a target static IP address and a target calling number, wherein the target static IP address and the target calling number correspond to an installation position identifier of an intercom terminal;
the cell equipment information comprises the types and static IP addresses of all intercom terminals in a target cell, wherein the target cell is a cell in which the intercom terminal is installed.
3. The intercom system configuration method as in claim 1 wherein the intercom terminal comprises a storage module, the intercom system configuration method further comprising:
and if the target setting information is not received, uploading default setting information to a position of the configuration server corresponding to the installation position identifier of the intercom terminal, wherein the default setting information is the setting information stored in the storage module.
4. The intercom system configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the intercom terminal installation position identifier is a unique intercom terminal identification code, and the unique identification code corresponds to the intercom terminal installation position.
5. The intercom system configuration method according to claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and after the default setting information of the intercom terminal is modified, sending second pushing information to the configuration server so as to drive the configuration server to acquire the modified default setting information from the intercom terminal based on the second pushing information, so as to update target setting information corresponding to the installation position identification of the intercom terminal.
6. A method for configuring an intercom system, applied to a configuration server, the method comprising:
receiving an acquisition request of configuration information sent by an intercom terminal, wherein the acquisition request carries an installation position identifier of the intercom terminal;
issuing target intercom information to the intercom terminal, wherein the target intercom information is used for realizing the intercom function of the intercom terminal, and corresponds to the installation position identifier;
Issuing target setting information to the intercom terminal, wherein the target setting information is used for realizing the personalized function of the intercom terminal, and corresponds to the installation position identifier;
the method comprises the steps that first push information is sent to the intercom terminal, the first push information is used for informing the intercom terminal that target configuration information corresponding to the installation position identification is changed, and the target configuration information comprises target intercom information and target setting information; the target setting information comprises intelligent home setting information, security setting information and owner personalized setting information, wherein the intelligent home setting information is used for realizing control of the intercom terminal on a home, the security setting information is used for realizing an alarm function of the intercom terminal, and the owner personalized setting information is information generated by personalized settings of other owners except the intelligent home setting information and the security setting information;
sending target configuration information corresponding to the installation position identifier to the intercom terminal to instruct the intercom terminal to update intercom functions and/or personalized functions; the personalized function comprises a control function of the intercom terminal on the home and/or an alarm function of the intercom terminal.
7. A configuration device of an intercom system, which is applied to an intercom terminal, the device comprising:
the sending module is used for sending an acquisition request of configuration information to the configuration server, wherein the acquisition request carries an installation position identifier of the intercom terminal; before sending the configuration information acquisition request to the configuration server, acquiring a target IP address, wherein the target IP address is the IP address of the network segment where the installation position of the intercom terminal is located; sending UDP broadcast, and inquiring a configuration server address from a talkback host of the network segment;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring target intercom information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, so as to realize the intercom function of the intercom terminal, wherein the target intercom information corresponds to the installation position identifier; acquiring target setting information returned by the configuration server in response to the acquisition request, and realizing the personalized function of the intercom terminal, wherein the target setting information corresponds to the installation position identifier;
the updating module is used for receiving first push information of the configuration server, the first push information marks target configuration information change corresponding to the installation position identification in the configuration server, and the target configuration information comprises target intercom information and target setting information; the target setting information comprises intelligent home setting information, security setting information and owner personalized setting information, wherein the intelligent home setting information is used for realizing control of the intercom terminal on a home, the security setting information is used for realizing an alarm function of the intercom terminal, and the owner personalized setting information is information generated by personalized settings of other owners except the intelligent home setting information and the security setting information;
The second acquisition module is used for acquiring target configuration information corresponding to the installation position identifier of the configuration server and updating the intercom function and/or the individuation function of the intercom terminal; the personalized function comprises a control function of the intercom terminal on the home and/or an alarm function of the intercom terminal.
8. A intercom terminal comprising a memory and a processor, said memory storing a computer program, characterized in that said processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5 when said computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
