The presentation layer is a unified interface service and comprises the following modules: a declaration service interface and a mobile interconnection interface.
In the invention, the taxpayer sends the corresponding service information to the service interface corresponding to the platform through https protocol by accessing software according to the specification of interface parameters of the basic service platform for tax declaration. And after receiving the request information, the system sends the tax declaration service request to an acceptance server by using a load balancing server based on a load balancing strategy. And the acceptance server sequentially decrypts and analyzes the tax declaration service request by using an acceptance module so as to acquire access channel information, identity information of the taxpayer, authority information of the taxpayer and service information.
In step 102, the taxpayer information is verified, and after the verification is passed, a certificate serial number corresponding to the tax declaration service request is generated and sent to the taxpayer.

Preferably, the verifying the correctness of the service request information, and forwarding the service request information to the corresponding office declaration system after the verification is passed includes:
and checking the relation among tables, the user data and the service parameters in the service information, putting the service request information into a message queue after the checking is passed, pulling the service request information from the message queue by using an adaptive forwarding server, assembling the service request information based on the interface format of the corresponding local side declaration system, and sending the assembled service request information to the corresponding local side declaration system.
In the invention, the acceptance module firstly verifies the identity and authority of the access channel and the taxpayer, generates a unique certificate serial number as a unique identifier corresponding to the business operation after the verification is passed, and directly returns the certificate serial number to the taxpayer by the acceptance module. Then the acceptance module checks the correctness of the service request information, and the method comprises the following steps: the relation between tables, the verification of user data and service parameters, etc. After passing the verification, the data is delivered to the adaptation module and the forwarding module for further processing. The adaptation module assembles data according to different provincial local side interface formats, and then the data are sent to a local side declaration system (for example, a provincial declaration system) corresponding to the taxpayer by the forwarding module to carry out corresponding service operation.
In step 104, a service processing result returned by the corresponding office declaration system is received, and the service processing result is sent to the taxpayer.
