Further, the embodiment of the invention also provides an automatic network quality crowdsourcing test system based on user complaints, and the system not only can be used for end-to-end automatic monitoring of services such as a 4G network, a home wide network and VoLTE, but also can be used for service walkthrough of mystery guests and the like, and provides monitoring tools for different industries and fields.
In summary, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem of how to reduce the test cost, quickly screen accurate test personnel, and timely and efficiently perform problem mining, positioning and solving.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a network performance testing apparatus, which is applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 5, includes:
the first determining module 51 is configured to determine an offer list of a network performance test task according to identity information of a complaint object corresponding to a complaint event when the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition;
and a first sending module 52, configured to send a network performance test task offer of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the offer list.
The network performance testing device provided by the embodiment of the invention determines an invitation list of a network performance testing task according to the identity identification information of a complaint object corresponding to a complaint event under the condition that the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition; sending a network performance test task invitation of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the invitation list; the small-range accurate invitation can be realized according to the complaint data of the user, the test is completed by automatically, timely and accurately selecting the object, the test efficiency is greatly improved, and the problem of low efficiency of the network performance test scheme in the prior art is well solved.
Further, the network performance testing apparatus further includes: the first processing module is used for preprocessing and classifying historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event; and the second determining module is used for determining the network performance testing tasks corresponding to the complaint events of all categories according to the classification result.
Furthermore, the network performance testing apparatus further includes: the second processing module is used for classifying the monitored complaint events according to the classification rules of the historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint objects corresponding to the complaint events; and the third determining module is used for determining whether the monitored complaint event reaches a preset triggering condition according to the classification result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first determining module includes: the first determining submodule is used for determining first base station information of a base station where the complaint event is located and second base station information of a base station adjacent to the base station where the complaint event is located according to the identity identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event; and the second determining submodule is used for determining an offer list of the network performance test task according to the first base station information, the second base station information and preset parameter information.
Wherein the preset parameter information includes: at least one of base station user quantity, base station user density and base station coefficient ratio.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second determining sub-module includes: the first determining unit is used for determining the corresponding sample volume of the base station and the adjacent base station according to the first base station information, the second base station information and the preset parameter information; a second determining unit, configured to determine, according to the sample amount and the subscription service corresponding to the complaint event, offer objects corresponding to the base station and an adjacent base station, respectively; and the third determining unit is used for determining an offer list of the network performance testing task according to the offer object.
Further, the network performance testing apparatus further includes: a first receiving module, configured to receive test data fed back by a terminal according to a network performance test task offer after sending the network performance test task offer of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the offer list; the first checking module is used for checking the test data; and the third processing module is used for analyzing and processing the network performance according to the test data under the condition that the verification is passed.
The implementation embodiments of the network performance testing method are all suitable for the embodiment of the network performance testing device, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, as shown in fig. 6, including: a processor 61 and a transceiver 62;
the processor 61 is configured to determine an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity information of the compliant object corresponding to the complaint event when the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition;
and sending the network performance test task offer of the complaint event to the corresponding terminal through the transceiver 62 according to the offer list.
The server provided by the embodiment of the invention determines an invitation list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of a complaint object corresponding to a complaint event under the condition that the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition; sending a network performance test task invitation of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the invitation list; the small-range accurate invitation can be realized according to the complaint data of the user, the test is completed by automatically, timely and accurately selecting the object, the test efficiency is greatly improved, and the problem of low efficiency of the network performance test scheme in the prior art is well solved.
Further, the processor is further configured to: preprocessing and classifying historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event; and determining the network performance test tasks corresponding to the complaint events of all categories according to the classification result.
Still further, the processor is further configured to: classifying the monitored complaint events according to classification rules of historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint objects corresponding to the complaint events; and determining whether the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition or not according to the classification result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processor is specifically configured to: determining first base station information of a base station where the complaint event is located and second base station information of a base station adjacent to the base station where the complaint event is located according to identity identification information of a complaint object corresponding to the complaint event; and determining an invitation list of the network performance test task according to the first base station information, the second base station information and preset parameter information.
Wherein the preset parameter information includes: at least one of base station user quantity, base station user density and base station coefficient ratio.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processor is specifically configured to: determining the sampling amount respectively corresponding to the base station and the adjacent base station according to the first base station information, the second base station information and the preset parameter information; determining invitation objects respectively corresponding to the base station and the adjacent base stations according to the sample amount and the subscription service corresponding to the complaint event; and determining an offer list of the network performance testing task according to the offer object.
Further, the processor is further configured to: after the network performance test task offer of the complaint event is sent to the corresponding terminal through the transceiver according to the offer list, receiving test data fed back by the terminal according to the network performance test task offer through the transceiver; verifying the test data; and under the condition that the verification is passed, analyzing and processing the network performance according to the test data.
The implementation embodiments of the network performance testing method are all suitable for the embodiment of the server, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a server, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor; when the processor executes the program, the network performance testing method is realized.

In embodiments of the present invention, the modules/sub-modules/units may be implemented in software for execution by various types of processors. Claims (17)

1. A network performance test method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining an invitation list of a network performance test task according to identity identification information of a complaint object corresponding to the complaint event under the condition that the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition;
and sending the network performance test task invitation of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the invitation list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining the list of offers for the network performance testing task based on the identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event, the method further comprises:
preprocessing and classifying historical complaint events;
and determining the network performance test tasks corresponding to the complaint events of all categories according to the classification result.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before determining the list of offers for the network performance testing task based on the identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event, the method further comprises:
classifying the monitored complaint events according to classification rules of historical complaint events;
and determining whether the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition or not according to the classification result.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the list of offers for the network performance testing task according to the identification information of the compliant object corresponding to the complaint event comprises:
determining first base station information of a base station where the complaint event is located and second base station information of a base station adjacent to the base station where the complaint event is located according to identity identification information of a complaint object corresponding to the complaint event;
and determining an invitation list of the network performance test task according to the first base station information, the second base station information and preset parameter information.
5. The network performance testing method of claim 4, wherein the preset parameter information comprises: at least one of base station user quantity, base station user density and base station coefficient ratio.
6. The method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the determining an offer list of network performance test tasks according to the first base station information, the second base station information and preset parameter information comprises:
determining the sampling amount respectively corresponding to the base station and the adjacent base station according to the first base station information, the second base station information and the preset parameter information;
determining invitation objects respectively corresponding to the base station and the adjacent base stations according to the sample amount and the subscription service corresponding to the complaint event;
and determining an offer list of the network performance testing task according to the offer object.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the network performance testing task offer of the complaint event to the corresponding terminal according to the offer list, the method further comprises:
receiving test data fed back by the terminal according to the network performance test task offer;
verifying the test data;
and under the condition that the verification is passed, analyzing and processing the network performance according to the test data.
8. A network performance testing device applied to a server is characterized by comprising:
the first determination module is used for determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity information of a complaint object corresponding to the complaint event under the condition that the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition;
and the first sending module is used for sending the network performance test task offer of the complaint event to the corresponding terminal according to the offer list.
9. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the first processing module is used for preprocessing and classifying historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event;
and the second determining module is used for determining the network performance testing tasks corresponding to the complaint events of all categories according to the classification result.
10. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the second processing module is used for classifying the monitored complaint events according to the classification rules of the historical complaint events before determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity identification information of the complaint objects corresponding to the complaint events;
and the third determining module is used for determining whether the monitored complaint event reaches a preset triggering condition according to the classification result.
11. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first determining module comprises:
the first determining submodule is used for determining first base station information of a base station where the complaint event is located and second base station information of a base station adjacent to the base station where the complaint event is located according to the identity identification information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event;

12. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 11, wherein the preset parameter information comprises: at least one of base station user quantity, base station user density and base station coefficient ratio.
13. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 11 or 12, wherein the second determining sub-module comprises:
the first determining unit is used for determining the corresponding sample volume of the base station and the adjacent base station according to the first base station information, the second base station information and the preset parameter information;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, according to the sample amount and the subscription service corresponding to the complaint event, offer objects corresponding to the base station and an adjacent base station, respectively;
and the third determining unit is used for determining an offer list of the network performance testing task according to the offer object.
14. The network performance testing apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive test data fed back by a terminal according to a network performance test task offer after sending the network performance test task offer of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal according to the offer list;
the first checking module is used for checking the test data;
and the third processing module is used for analyzing and processing the network performance according to the test data under the condition that the verification is passed.
15. A server, comprising: a processor and a transceiver;
the processor is used for determining an offer list of a network performance test task according to the identity information of the complaint object corresponding to the complaint event under the condition that the monitored complaint event reaches a preset trigger condition;
and sending the network performance test task invitation of the complaint event to a corresponding terminal through the transceiver according to the invitation list.
16. A server comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements the network performance testing method of any of claims 1 to 7.
