The main source of the noise of the transformer iron core is that the silicon steel sheets forming the iron core can generate magnetostriction under the action of an alternating magnetic field, the magnetostriction enables the iron core to periodically vibrate along with the change of exciting frequency to generate noise, and meanwhile, electromagnetic attraction generated by magnetic leakage exists between the seam of the silicon steel sheets and the interlayer of the silicon steel sheets to generate noise when the iron core vibrates, and a noise reduction device is installed outside the transformer at present, but the noise reduction effect is not obvious by utilizing the mode, and the cost is high.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a dry-type transformer capable of reducing noise comprises a clamping piece and an iron core 2, wherein the iron core 2 is formed by stacking silicon steel sheets in a stepped seam mode, an upper noise reduction layer 31 formed by casting epoxy resin is arranged on the periphery of a side yoke at the upper part of the iron core 2, the upper noise reduction layer 31 covers a seam at the side yoke at the upper part of the iron core 2, a lower noise reduction layer 32 formed by casting epoxy resin is arranged on the periphery of a side yoke at the lower part of the iron core 2, the lower noise reduction layer 32 covers a seam at the side yoke at the lower part of the iron core 2, the thicknesses of the upper noise reduction layer 31 and the lower noise reduction layer 32 are respectively 10-30 mm, the epoxy resin deforms under the action of vibration, and part of vibration energy is lost into heat energy due to high internal loss of the epoxy resin, so that vibration excitation time of the silicon steel sheets can be shortened, noise generated by the silicon steel sheets is reduced, the purpose of damping noise reduction is achieved, the clamping piece comprises an upper clamping piece 11 clamped at two sides of the upper yoke 21 of the iron core 2, a lower clamping piece 12 clamped at two sides of the lower clamping piece 22 of the iron core 2, two clamping pieces 11 and two lower clamping pieces 12 are respectively fixed between two clamping pieces 13 through screws respectively.
In the above embodiment, the upper yoke 21 of the iron core 2 and the lower yoke 22 of the iron core 2 may be further provided with screw connecting holes 23, the screw 13 passes through the screw connecting holes 23 on the upper clamp 11 and the upper yoke 21 and is locked and fixed by nuts 24, the screw 13 passes through the screw connecting holes 23 on the lower clamp 12 and the lower yoke 22 and is locked and fixed by nuts 24, the screw 13 is further added on the basis of the original fixing structure of the clamp, and the screw 13 passes through the upper yoke 21 and the lower yoke 22 to fix the clamp and the iron core 2, so that the connection between the iron core 2 and the clamp is further reinforced, the iron core 2 is prevented from self-vibration and noise due to loosening in the working process, and the support frame 4 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the lower clamp 12.
