Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a logistic right of a member user according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the steps of:

In an alternative embodiment, a membership page containing a logistics interest exchange control can be generated so that a membership user exchanges logistics interest. Assuming that a certain member user has 100 points, it can be known that 30 points are consumed for exchanging a logistics interest according to a logistics interest exchange strategy corresponding to the logistics interest, if the member user requests to exchange a logistics interest by triggering a logistics interest exchange control, the resource quantity of the member user is adjusted from 100 to 70 according to a logistics interest request behavior triggered by the member user, and a logistics interest is allocated to the member user.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a member page, as shown in fig. 3, the member page includes introduction information of the logistics rights and the logistics rights exchange control, the logistics rights exchange control may be specifically a "exchange" control 31, when a member user wants to exchange the logistics rights and interests by using resources, the logistics rights and interests request behavior may be triggered by clicking the "exchange" control 31, and then the number of resources of the member user is adjusted according to the logistics rights and interests request behavior triggered by the member user in the member page for the "exchange" control 31, and the logistics rights and interests are allocated to the member user.
In another optional implementation, a popup page including the logistics right redemption control may be generated, and the popup page may further include introduction information of the logistics right and the like. After the member user logs in the online application every time, when the member user visits the personal center page, the member page and other pages for the first time, the popup window page can be presented on the upper layer of the personal center page and other pages so as to guide the member user to carry out logistics rights and interests exchange. And adjusting the resource quantity of the member user according to the logistics interest request behavior triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics interest exchange control in the popup window page, and distributing the logistics interest to the member user. Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a pop-up window page, as shown in fig. 4, the pop-up window page may be presented on an upper layer of a page such as a member page, and the pop-up window page includes introduction information of the logistics rights and interests and a logistics rights and interests exchange control, the logistics rights and interests exchange control may be specifically a "exchange" control 41, when a user wants to exchange the logistics rights and interests with resources, a logistics rights and interests requesting behavior may be triggered by clicking the "exchange" control 41, and then, according to the logistics rights and interests requesting behavior triggered by the member user in the pop-up window page for the "exchange" control 41, the number of resources of the member user is adjusted, and the logistics rights and interests are allocated to the member user.
In another optional embodiment, logistics interest exchange prompt information can be added at preset positions in various pages to guide member users to exchange logistics interests. Those skilled in the art can determine which pages are added with the logistics interest exchange prompt information and the specific adding positions of the logistics interest exchange prompt information according to actual needs. For example, the personal center page or the application main page and the like comprise a member page access entrance, the member page can be jumped to by triggering the member page access entrance, and then logistics interest exchange prompt information can be added at the position close to the member page access entrance to prompt a member user to enter the member page for logistics interest exchange. In particular, the logistical interest may comprise a first logistical interest and a second logistical interest. Wherein, the first logistics right can be the real-time delivery logistics right, the real-time delivery logistics right is specified: if the order is not delivered within the corresponding first time period, the member user is given corresponding payment, wherein the first time period is determined according to a first delivery time and a first preset time length, and the first delivery time can be an estimated delivery time calculated for the delivery task according to factors such as platform delivery requirements, a distance between a pickup address and a delivery address, whether the delivery peak time is a delivery peak time, and the workload of delivery resources; the second logistics rights and interests can be specifically the logistics rights and interests which are delivered at an accelerated speed and the logistics rights and interests which are delivered at an accelerated speed are specified as follows: and if the order is not delivered within a corresponding second time period, giving the member user a corresponding payment, wherein the second time period is determined according to a second delivery time and a second preset time period, and the second delivery time is earlier than the expected delivery time.
After the membership user is assigned the logistics benefits, the membership user can view the assigned logistics benefits in a card item in a personal center page or a membership page or the like.
Step S202, aiming at the to-be-processed order of the member user, generating a bill-drawing page containing the logistics interest verification and cancellation control, and receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics interest triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics interest verification and cancellation control in the bill-drawing page.
After the member user is assigned with the logistics rights, the member user can use the logistics rights for the order to be processed, for example, the logistics rights can be verified and sold in the ordering process. Specifically, for the pending order of the member user, a bill of lading page including a logistics equity verification and cancellation control may be generated, and the member user may select whether to verify the logistics equity by triggering the logistics equity verification and cancellation control. The bill of lading page also contains order data (such as details of the article to be delivered, the order amount, the delivery address, the delivery contact way and the like), an order submitting control and the like. And if the member user selects to verify the logistics rights and interests, receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights and interests triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics rights and interests verification and cancellation control in the bill of lading page. The verification and cancellation request of the logistics right can include data such as a logistics right identifier, a corresponding order identifier, and request time.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a bill of lading page, as shown in fig. 5, the bill of lading page includes a delivery address, a contact way of a delivery party, details of an item to be delivered, an order amount, a logistics equity verification and cancellation control, an order submission control, and the like, where the logistics equity verification and cancellation control may be a selection control 51, and the order submission control may be an "submit order" control 52. When the member user wants to check the logistics rights and interests for the order, the member user can request the check of the logistics rights and interests by checking the selection control 51, and can submit the order by clicking the "submit order" control 52. After the member user submits the order, a verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights triggered by the member user in the bill drawing page for the selection control 51 is received.
In an alternative implementation mode, the member user can also directly exchange and verify the logistics rights in the bill of lading page in the ordering process. When the member user wants to exchange and sell the logistics rights for the order, the exchange and sale of the logistics rights can be requested by checking the exchange and sale control 61, and the order can be submitted by clicking the submit order control 62. After the member user submits the order, the resource quantity of the member user is adjusted according to the logistics interest request behavior triggered by the exchange and verification control 61 in the bill drawing page of the member user, the logistics interest is distributed to the member user, and the verification and verification request of the logistics interest triggered according to the logistics interest request behavior is received.

Optionally, when the logistics right includes a second logistics right, before receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics right triggered by the member user, the method may further include: generating a bill drawing page containing predicted delivery time aiming at the to-be-processed order of the member user; according to the operation behavior triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics equity verification and cancellation control or the logistics equity exchange verification and cancellation control in the bill-of-lading page, the predicted delivery time in the bill-of-lading page is updated to be the second delivery time, and the second delivery time is earlier than the predicted delivery time, so that the member user can intuitively know the change of the delivery time brought by selecting the logistics equity, and the enthusiasm of the user in using the logistics equity is improved. And if the member user selects not to use the logistics interest in the bill of lading page through triggering, updating the second delivery time in the bill of lading page to the predicted delivery time.

Specifically, when the logistics rights include a first logistics rights, matching the distribution tasks with the reserved distribution resources according to a first distribution resource allocation strategy, allocating the distribution tasks to the matched distribution resources, and executing the distribution tasks by the matched distribution resources according to the preset delivery time. When the logistics interest comprises a second logistics interest, according to a second distribution resource distribution strategy, selecting distribution resources with service levels meeting a preset level threshold from a distribution resource library, matching distribution tasks with the distribution resources with the service levels meeting the preset level threshold, distributing the distribution tasks to the matched distribution resources, and executing the distribution tasks by the matched distribution resources according to the advance delivery time, wherein the distribution resources with the service levels meeting the preset level threshold have higher distribution efficiency and are high-quality distribution resources, and the distribution tasks can be ensured to be completed within the advance delivery time.
Step S205, acquiring task completion information of the distribution task, and determining a fulfillment result of the distribution task.
The task completion information of the delivery task can be obtained from the delivery resource end and the like, and the task completion information can comprise information such as store arrival time, pickup time and actual delivery time. When the logistics right includes a second logistics right, whether the actual delivery time in the task completion information is within a second time period determined according to the second delivery time and a second preset time length can be judged; if yes, the delivery task is not completed within the second time period, the fulfillment result of the delivery task is determined to be a fulfillment failure result, a second time difference between the actual delivery time and the second delivery time is calculated, and fulfillment resources are distributed to the member users according to the second time difference between the actual delivery time and the second task fulfillment information; if not, the delivery task is completed within the second time period, and the fulfillment result of the delivery task is determined to be a successful fulfillment result, and no claim is required for the member user.

A communication interface 804 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers.
The processor 802 is configured to execute the program 810, and may specifically execute the relevant steps in the embodiment of the method for processing the logistics rights and interests of the member user.
In particular, the program 810 may include program code comprising computer operating instructions.
The processor 802 may be a central processing unit CPU, or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention. The computing device includes one or more processors, which may be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
The memory 806 stores a program 810. The memory 806 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 810 may be specifically configured to cause the processor 802 to execute the method for processing the logistics rights of the member user in any of the method embodiments described above. The specific implementation of each step in the program 810 may refer to the corresponding steps and corresponding descriptions in the units in the above embodiments of processing the logistics rights of the member user, which are not described herein again. It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules may refer to the corresponding process descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. c. Claims (10)

1. A method for processing logistics rights and interests of member users comprises the following steps:
distributing logistics rights and interests to member users according to logistics rights and interests request behaviors triggered by the member users;
aiming at a pending order of a member user, receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights and interests triggered by the member user;
generating a distribution task of the order according to the verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights and interests, and setting task configuration information corresponding to the logistics rights and interests for the distribution task;
and executing the distribution task according to the task configuration information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said assigning logistics rights to member users in accordance with member user triggered logistics rights request activities further comprises:
generating a member page containing a logistics right exchange control;
and adjusting the resource quantity of the member user according to the logistics interest request behavior triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics interest exchange control in the member page, and distributing the logistics interest to the member user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and updating the non-member user to be a member user according to a member opening request behavior triggered by the non-member user, and distributing logistics rights and interests to the member user.
4. The method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the receiving, for a pending order of a member user, a verification and cancellation request for the logistics rights triggered by the member user further comprises:
generating a bill-drawing page containing a logistics interest verification and cancellation control aiming at a pending order of a member user, and receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics interest triggered by the member user aiming at the logistics interest verification and cancellation control in the bill-drawing page.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the allocating logistics rights for the member user according to the member user triggered logistics rights request behavior, and the receiving a member user triggered verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights for pending orders of the member user further comprises:
generating a bill drawing page containing a logistics rights exchange and verification control aiming at the to-be-processed order of the member user;
according to the logistics interest request behavior triggered by the logistics interest exchange and verification control in the bill of lading page of the member user, the resource quantity of the member user is adjusted, the logistics interest is distributed to the member user, and the verification and verification request of the logistics interest triggered according to the logistics interest request behavior is received.
6. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein after the executing the delivery task according to the task configuration information, the method further comprises:
and acquiring task completion information of the distribution tasks, and determining the fulfillment results of the distribution tasks.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the logistical interest comprises a first logistical interest; the setting of the task configuration information corresponding to the logistics rights and interests for the distribution tasks further comprises:
and setting a first delivery time, a first preset time and first task performance information corresponding to the first logistics interest for the distribution task.
8. A member user's logistics right processing apparatus comprising:
the logistics interest allocation module is suitable for allocating logistics interests to member users according to logistics interest request behaviors triggered by the member users;
the receiving module is suitable for receiving a verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights and interests triggered by the member user aiming at the pending orders of the member user;
the processing module is suitable for generating a distribution task of the order according to the verification and cancellation request of the logistics rights and interests and setting task configuration information corresponding to the logistics rights and interests for the distribution task;
and the task execution module is suitable for executing the distribution task according to the task configuration information.
9. A computing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the logistics interest processing method of the member user as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method for processing logistics rights of member users as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
