when the average waiting time of each transport vehicle in the current observation time window and the current vehicle concentration meets the transport vehicle increasing condition, the current vehicle concentration increases the preset number of transport vehicles to meet the freight order requirement.

The method of claim 1, wherein the transportation vehicle adding condition comprises a condition of similar duration being met between the average waiting time of each transportation vehicle centrally established by the current vehicle, the average waiting time of all transportation vehicles centrally established by the current vehicle being not less than a value obtained by subtracting a difference threshold from the longest waiting time record value of a single transportation vehicle centrally established by the current vehicle; the condition of similar duration is a condition for judging whether the average waiting time of each transport vehicle intensively established with the current vehicle belongs to similar duration; the mean waiting time is an average of average waiting times of all the transportation vehicles collectively established with the current vehicle.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: and when the average waiting time of each transport vehicle centrally established with the current vehicle in the current observation time window meets the transport vehicle increasing condition, storing the average waiting time.
