Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a data processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the data processing system includes a terminal of a user who obtains authorization of preset software, and the terminal of the user who obtains authorization of preset software includes one or more terminals, such as terminals 1011 to 1014, and the data processing system further includes an electronic device 102 and a storage server 103. The devices may be connected by a network that provides a medium for communication links between the devices. The network may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
Specifically, the electronic device 102 may acquire source data from at least one of the terminals 1011 to 1014, convert the source data into target data using preset software, and write the target data into the storage server 103; further, the electronic device 102 may also read the target data from the storage server 103, parse the target data into source data using preset software, and transmit the source data to at least one of the terminals 1011 to 1014.
In addition, the data processing system may further include a terminal of a user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software, such as the terminal 104, and when the terminal 104 reads the target data from the storage server 103, the target data cannot be parsed by the preset software because the user of the terminal 104 does not obtain the authorization of the preset software, and the target data is displayed as an anomaly, such as a messy code, on the terminal 104.
It should be noted that the configuration of the data processing system and the number of terminals shown in fig. 1 are only exemplary, and are not limited thereto. In addition, in the data processing system shown in fig. 1, the electronic device 102 and the storage server 103 are two independent devices, and in practical application, the electronic device 102 and the storage server 103 may be integrated together, which is not limited herein specifically.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method which can be executed by the data processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode. In a specific embodiment, the apparatus may be integrated in an electronic device, for example in the electronic device shown in fig. 1, having the preset software therein. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may include the following steps:
in step 201, it is determined whether the user is authorized to obtain the preset software.
The preset software may be, for example, software that converts data in a format, such as converting data in some formats into another format by the preset software. In the embodiment of the invention, the data obtained by converting the preset software can be normally displayed only by analyzing the data by using the preset software.
In a specific implementation, if the preset software needs to be used, the authorization of the preset software needs to be obtained. For example, when the user needs to use the preset software, the user can request the provider authorization of the preset software, and the provider of the preset software can authorize the user through serial number authorization, registration activation, dongle authorization and the like.
For example, when the user needs to store the source data in the storage server, the user may send a data writing request to the electronic device through the terminal, and after receiving the data writing request, the electronic device may determine whether the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, and if the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, step 202 is executed; if the user does not obtain the authorization of the preset software, the data writing request can be refused, or the source data can be directly written into the storage server without format conversion, and the source data of the storage server can be directly written into the storage server without format conversion, so that any user can access or edit the source data, and the data security cannot be ensured. The present embodiment will be described taking a user as an example of a user who is authorized to obtain preset software.
Step 202, when the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, the source data is obtained from the terminal of the user, the source data is converted into the target data by the preset software, and the target data is written into the storage server.
In a specific implementation, a user's terminal may have agent (agent) software thereon, and the electronic device may obtain source data from the terminal using the agent on the terminal, where the format of the obtained source data is an original format, and the original format includes, but is not limited to, the following formats: doc, # xls, # ppt, # jpg, # jpe, # jpeg, # pen,
Pdf,. Txt,. Cfg,. Htm,. Html,. Ios,. Log, etc.
After the original format source data is acquired, the electronic device can convert the original format source data into the target format by using preset software, so that the target data is obtained, and meanwhile, the electronic device can record the original format so as to facilitate subsequent analysis of the target data. The target format is different from the original format, and the target format can be any customized format, for example, the target format can be a cjy format.
After obtaining the target data, the electronic device may write the target data to the storage server. Further, for target data stored in the storage server, a specific storage location, a storage format, a user to whom the storage format belongs, creation time, data size, and the like can be viewed through a specified command (such as a ll command).
And 203, reading the target data from the storage server, analyzing the target data into source data by using preset software, and sending the source data to the terminal of the user.
In the specific implementation, when a user needs to read target data, the user can operate on the terminal, the terminal can send a data reading request to the electronic equipment according to the operation of the user, the electronic equipment can read the target data from the storage server when receiving the data reading request, the target data is analyzed into source data by utilizing preset software, the source data is sent to the terminal of the user, and the source data can be normally displayed on the terminal.
Specifically, when the target data is parsed into the source data by using the preset software, the parsing can be performed according to the recorded data format, i.e. the target data can be parsed from the target format into the original format by using the preset software. For example, the target format is a. cjy format, the original format of the record is a.doc format, and then the target data can be analyzed from the. cjy format to the.doc format by using preset software, so that the source data in the.doc format is obtained; for another example, the target format is the. cjy format, the original format of the record is the.log format, and then the target data can be resolved from the. cjy format to the.log format by using preset software, so that the source data in the.log format is obtained.
In addition, the terminal can also send a data editing request to the electronic device according to the operation of the user, and the electronic device can edit the data stored in the storage server according to the data editing request sent by the terminal, for example, add, delete, change and the like operations on the data stored in the storage server.
In a specific embodiment, after the electronic device reads the target data from the storage server, if the electronic device does not parse the target data by using the preset software, but directly displays the target data, the target data will display an anomaly, such as a messy code or cannot be displayed, that is, the target data converted by using the preset software cannot be displayed normally if the target data is parsed by using the preset software.
In other embodiments, for the target data stored in the storage server, if the terminal of the user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software requests access, the terminal cannot obtain the target data, or the target data obtained by the terminal cannot be displayed normally, for example, as a messy code or cannot be displayed, the target data cannot be analyzed through other system software (such as decryption software, decompression software, etc.) except the preset software, and the user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software cannot edit the target data stored in the storage server, that is, for the target data obtained by converting the preset software, there is access restriction on the user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software, thereby guaranteeing the data security.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset software can be authorized to the user, when the data is written, the source data is acquired from the terminal of the user, the source data is converted into the target data by using the preset software, and the target data is written into the storage server; when reading data, reading target data from a storage server, analyzing the target data into source data by using preset software, and sending the source data to a terminal of a user. In the embodiment of the invention, the preset software is authorized to the user, the user needs to pass through the preset software for data reading and writing, and if the preset software is bypassed, the abnormality occurs, so that the user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software and does not use the preset software is limited to access the storage server, and the data safety is ensured.
In a specific embodiment, the source data may also include multiple formats at the same time, and the following description will take the example that the source data includes the first format and the second format as an example, and a specific data processing method may be shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
in step 301, it is determined whether the user is authorized by the preset software.
For example, when the user needs to store source data in different formats in the storage server, the user may send a data writing request to the electronic device through the terminal, and after receiving the data writing request, the electronic device may determine whether the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, and if the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, step 302 is executed; if the user does not get authorization of the preset software, the write data request may be denied.
Step 302, when a user obtains authorization of preset software, acquiring first source data in a first format and second source data in a second format from a terminal of the user, packaging the first source data and the second source data to obtain packaged data, converting the packaged data into a target format by using the preset software to obtain target data, and writing the target data into a storage server.
When determining that the user obtains the authorization of the preset software, the electronic device may acquire the first source data in the first format and the second source data in the second format from the terminal by using proxy software on the terminal, package the first source data and the second source data to obtain packaged data, and may preserve the format of the source data in the packaging process without damaging the content of the source data, and then convert the packaged data into the target format by using the preset software, thereby obtaining the target data. In addition, when format conversion is performed, the original format of the source data can be recorded, so that the target data can be analyzed later.
Wherein the first format and the second format are two different formats, and the first format and the second format can be. Doc,. Xls,. Ppt,. Jpg,. Jpe,. Jpeg,. Pen,. Pdf,. Txt,. Cfg,. Htm,
Html, & ios, & log.
After obtaining the target data, the electronic device may write the target data to the storage server in bulk. Further, for target data stored in the storage server, a specific storage location, a storage format, a user to whom the storage format belongs, creation time, data size, and the like can be viewed through a specified command (such as a ll command).
And step 303, reading the target data from the storage server, analyzing the target data into first source data in a first format and second source data in a second format by using preset software, and sending the first source data in the first format and the second source data in the second format to the terminal of the user.
For example, when a user needs to read target data, the user can operate on the terminal, the terminal can send a read data request to the electronic device according to the operation of the user, the electronic device can read the target data from the storage server when receiving the read data request, the target data is resolved into first source data in a first format and second source data in a second format by using preset software, the first source data in the first format and the second source data in the second format are sent to the terminal of the user, and the first source data and the second source data can be normally displayed on the terminal.
For example, where the target data has two portions, in format. cjy, the first format for a first portion of the target data record is in format.doc, and the second format for a second portion of the target data record is in format.pdf, then the first portion of the target data may be parsed from format. cjy to format.doc to obtain first source data, and the second portion of the target data may be parsed from format. cjy to format.pdf to obtain second source data.
In addition, the terminal can also send a data editing request to the electronic device according to the operation of the user, and the electronic device can edit the data stored in the storage server according to the data editing request of the terminal, such as adding, deleting, changing and the like the data stored in the storage server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset software can be authorized to the user, when the data is written, the source data in various formats can be obtained from the terminal of the user and packaged to obtain the packaged data, the packaged data is converted into the target data by the preset software, and the target data is written into the storage server; when reading data, reading target data from a storage server, analyzing the target data into source data with a corresponding format by using preset software, and sending the source data with the corresponding format to a terminal of a user. In the embodiment of the invention, the preset software is authorized to the user, the user needs to pass through the preset software for data reading and writing, and if the preset software is bypassed, the abnormality occurs, so that the user who does not obtain the authorization of the preset software and does not use the preset software is limited to access the storage server, and the data safety is ensured; further, the data processing efficiency is improved by packaging source data in various formats and then performing format conversion storage.
