the environment backup module comprises a first environment backup strategy and a second environment backup strategy, the first environment backup strategy comprises the steps of obtaining local environment information of the user terminal, retrieving the environment reference library according to the local environment information, storing the local environment information to a storage position of the environment information library corresponding to the user terminal if a matched corresponding environment reference plug-in exists in the environment reference library, and generating an environment missing request and storing the environment missing request to the storage position of the environment information library corresponding to the user terminal if the matched environment reference plug-in does not exist in the environment reference library; the second environment backup strategy comprises the steps of obtaining an environment application plug-in installed when the application of the user terminal is installed so as to generate application environment information, searching an environment reference library according to the application environment information, if the environment reference library has a matched corresponding environment reference plug-in, storing the local environment information to a storage position of the environment information library corresponding to the user terminal, if the environment reference library does not have the matched environment reference plug-in, storing the environment application plug-in serving as the environment reference plug-in into the corresponding environment reference library, and simultaneously storing the application environment information to the environment information library;

the application installation module comprises an application screening strategy and an application installation strategy; the application screening strategy comprises determining an application installation package from the encrypted ciphertext data, the first common data and the second common data, and the application installation strategy comprises obtaining installation parameter information of the application installation package from an application information base and installing the application installation package according to preset installation steps and the installation parameter information;

step A1, controlling the environment configuration module to work according to the first environment characteristic, the second environment characteristic and the application environment information of the user terminal;
step A2, controlling the data acquisition module to work according to the data information of the user terminal;
step A3, downloading a corresponding application installation package according to the first application characteristic of the user terminal;
and step A4, controlling the application installation module to work according to the application installation package of the user terminal.
