Abstract

The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the temperature sensing cable fireproof detection device for the high-speed motor train unit converter comprises a temperature sensing cable which is coiled in a converter cabinet body and provided with two core wires therein, and a wiring board, wherein six terminal pairs are arranged on the wiring board, each terminal pair is provided with a main terminal and an auxiliary terminal, the main terminal and the auxiliary terminal of each terminal pair are mutually connected on the wiring board, the main terminals of the two terminal pairs are connected with two ends of a first resistor R1, the main terminals of the other two terminal pairs are connected with two ends of a second resistor R2, and the main terminals of the remaining two terminal pairs are used as input ends of the fireproof detection device; through the connection between each pair of terminals and the connection between the four core wire ends at the two ends of the temperature sensing cable and each pair of terminals on the wiring board, two core wires of the temperature sensing cable, a first resistor R1 and a second resistor R2 are connected in series to form a serial branch which takes two input terminals as the two ends of the branch, and the current flowing through the two core wires in the temperature sensing cable during operation is opposite in direction. It is found by research that: the current direction of two heart yearns of temperature sensing cable that during operation flows through plays crucial effect to the reliable work of temperature sensing cable fire prevention detection device. The motor train unit runs at a high speed (under dynamic state), because the traction power is increased, the current of high-voltage copper bars or cables and other high-voltage equipment in the converter is increased, because the internal space of the converter is limited, the electromagnetic interference around the temperature sensing cable is inevitably caused to be increased, if the current directions of two core wires in the double-core temperature sensing cable are in the same direction, the interference current with the same current direction can be generated, and excessive current is formed after superposition, so that the resistance value uploaded to the smoke and fire detection unit is abnormally hopped, and the smoke and fire detection unit can possibly give out a fire alarm fault by mistake. The wrong wiring pattern is shown in fig. 5. If the two core wires in the temperature sensing cable are opposite in current direction and generate interference current with opposite flowing directions, magnetic field interference can be mutually counteracted in a high-speed running state, abnormal jump of the resistance value uploaded to the smoke and fire detecting unit can not be caused, and a fire alarm fault is wrongly reported. The correct wiring is shown in fig. 6. When the temperature sensing cable fireproof detection device is used, the input end of the temperature sensing cable fireproof detection device is connected with the smoke and fire detection unit of the motor train unit, the smoke and fire detection unit of the motor train unit applies voltage to the two ends of the serial branch circuit, and the resistance value change of the serial branch circuit is monitored, so that the fire alarm detection and alarm of the converter are realized.
