The invention discloses a portable demonstration method for the sagging performance of polyurethane, which comprises the following steps: 1) an electrostatic film is laid on a smooth wall or a vertical surface; if the electrostatic film has bubbles, the electrostatic film is scraped flat by using a square wood board; 2) extruding different polyurethanes on the electrostatic film, and scraping the polyurethanes horizontally by using a triangular scraper; 3) observing the sagging state of various polyurethanes; if certain polyurethane does not flow obviously, recording the position of the polyurethane by using a marking pen, and measuring the thickness of the polyurethane by using a wet film thickness gauge; until the thickness measurement of various polyurethanes is completed; 4) and comparing the measured thicknesses of the different polyurethanes to judge the anti-sagging performance of the different polyurethanes.
