Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aeronautical centrifuges, in particular to an attitude keeping device and an attitude adjusting platform.
Background
The centrifuge with the attitude adjusting platform is important equipment for calibrating and detecting an aircraft engine lubricating oil system, and the centrifuge is usually a large-scale centrifuge and has large size and large centrifugal acceleration. The attitude adjusting platform is positioned at the end part of a cantilever of the centrifugal machine, can be subjected to resisting moments such as coupling moment, eccentric moment, friction moment and the like, and a direct drive motor needs to be electrified all the time to provide balance between driving moment and resisting moment for keeping a certain attitude. However, long-time electrification can cause a direct drive motor to generate larger load, the service life of the motor is shortened, and the reliability of the system is reduced.
Accordingly, the inventors provide an attitude keeping apparatus and an attitude adjusting table.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The embodiment of the invention provides an attitude keeping device and an attitude adjusting platform, which solve the technical problem that driving torque and resisting torque need to be balanced by always electrifying through reasonable matching of a telescopic driving unit and a shaft sleeve.

When the shaft sleeve is clamped in the clamping groove, the clamping groove of the shaft sleeve and the sliding block is pressed tightly due to the thrust action of the elastic element, so that the shaft sleeve is limited, and a main shaft of an inner shafting or a main shaft of an outer shafting is locked. When the telescopic driving unit pushes the sliding block and continues to compress the elastic element, the shaft sleeve and the clamping groove of the sliding block are not in a compressed state, so that the shaft sleeve cannot be limited, and the main shaft of the inner shafting or the main shaft of the outer shafting can freely rotate. The attitude keeping device has compact structure and simple principle, generates larger braking torque by reasonably matching the telescopic driving unit and the shaft sleeve, replaces a direct drive motor to lock a shaft system, can lock a main shaft of an inner shaft system and a main shaft of an outer shaft system at any position, maintains stable attitude, improves the reliability of the attitude adjusting platform, and prolongs the service life of the attitude adjusting platform.
The attitude adjusting table of the present invention also has the above-mentioned advantages, and will not be described herein.

In this embodiment, the shaft sleeve 5 is used for being sleeved on the main shaft 1021 of the inner shaft system 102 of the attitude adjusting table or the main shaft of the outer shaft system 103; the elastic element 3 is in a compressed state and is used for abutting against one end of the sliding block and the machine frame 1 and providing a thrust force for the sliding block in the direction of the telescopic driving unit. When the shaft sleeve 5 is clamped in the clamping groove 4, the shaft sleeve 5 and the clamping groove 4 of the sliding block are pressed tightly due to the thrust action of the elastic element 3, so that the shaft sleeve 5 is limited, and the main shaft 1021 of the inner shaft system 102 or the main shaft of the outer shaft system 103 is locked. When the telescopic driving unit pushes the slide block and continues to compress the elastic element 3, the shaft sleeve 5 and the slot 4 of the slide block are not in a compressed state, so that the shaft sleeve 5 is not limited, and the main shaft 1021 of the inner shaft system 102 or the main shaft of the outer shaft system 103 can rotate freely.
The posture holding device of the embodiment has a compact structure and a simple principle, generates a larger braking torque through reasonable matching of the telescopic driving unit and the shaft sleeve 5, replaces a direct drive motor to lock a shaft system, can lock the main shaft 1021 of the inner shaft system 102 and the main shaft of the outer shaft system 103 at any position, maintains stable posture, improves the reliability of the posture adjusting table, and prolongs the service life of the posture adjusting table.
Further, in an embodiment, the slider includes a cylinder 21 and a supporting block 22, the cylinder 21 is slidably disposed in the frame 1, the supporting block 22 and the slot 4 are respectively disposed at two side portions of the cylinder 21, and an elastic element 3 is disposed between one end of the supporting block 22 and the frame 1;

Further, in an embodiment, an oil outlet 7 is further arranged on the frame 1, the oil outlet 7 is communicated with the oil chamber 6, and hydraulic oil in the oil chamber 6 can be discharged through the oil outlet 7.
Further, in an embodiment, the frame 1 is provided with a sliding slot 11 and a stopper 12, the column body 21 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 11, and the stopper 12 is disposed at a side portion of the column body 21. The stopper 12 can block the column 21 and prevent the column 21 from sliding out of the chute 11.
Further, in an embodiment, the stopper 12 is detachably disposed at the notch of the sliding groove 11, the stopper 12 is connected to the frame 1 by a screw, and the stopper 12 limits the degree of freedom of the sliding block 1 in the radial direction, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
